The topic of drones is one of the emerging issues in this era of the 4thindustrial revolution, which is characterized by big data, artificial intelligence, a hyper-connected society that values deep learning, and the digital transformation era. Drones have been used in many different areas, from mini-games to professional military missions to weather forecasting. As drones are now being used in various industries, there has been an explosive demand for drone pilot certificates in Korea. Therefore, the current condition of the drone certificate system as we ll as its accompanying problems are studied here so that plans for improvement can be proposed.

By analyzing cases of space-time activation using media art, we would like to conduct empirical studies on major factors affecting space-time activation. New media art was studied so that art can bring time, space, and environmental diversity through the use of digital technology and a new art method that allows viewers to feel various time and space. Through literature research, case analysis, and fieldwork, we would like to find out what types of IT technologies, digital spaces, and content have been the main factors for space-time activation, and to carry out research models, hypothesis settings, questionnaire development and data collection, as well as statistical analysis and verification of research models. According to the research results, digital factors of new media art and space-time factors are factors that affect the activation of time and space. I hope these two factors will serve as an opportunity for the work of new media, which is highly creative and popular, to improve the city's aesthetic appearance and expand its ability to apply technology to art. Due to the revitalization of time and space in urban space, cultural and artistic spaces will be created as dynamic spaces and expressed in various forms of art. Based on this study in the future, we hope that studies related to the development of new media art with a more advanced theoretical foundation can be carried out.

Expectations of and interest in mobile businesses through which users can engage in personal, business, and commercial activities anytime and anywhere are rising because of the development of the Internet, the spread of e-commerce, and the dissemination of mobile devices such as mobile phones and PDAs. In this study, people with experience in purchasing products from mobile shopping malls are referred to as consumers of mobile shopping. This study analyzed the factors that affect customer satisfaction and continuous use of mobile shopping. The main findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, immediacy and personalization of mobile shopping service significantly influenced consumers’ trust and confidence in mobile shopping. Second, the currency of mobile shopping information has been shown to affect customer trust. Third, the connectivity of mobile shopping has been shown to affect consumers’ trust in mobile shopping. Fourth, trust and confidence in mobile shopping have been shown to be deeply related to mobile shopping satisfaction. This study is meaningful in that it recognized the actual consumer perception of and attitude toward mobile shopping in the wake of the full-fledged revitalization of domestic mobile shopping in Korea.

Recently, there are many cases in which employees with work knowledge and know-how in companies or organizations retire without transferring their knowledge due to various variables in the knowledge generation process. After that, these knowledge and know-how naturally disappear in a neglected state, resulting in loss of knowledge nationally, which can weaken national competitiveness. In principle, knowledge generation is basically performed by internal employees of the company, but if it cannot be resolved internally, it is necessary to utilize external knowledge resources. Due to the retirement of employees, their expertise and know-how have already become external resources, but there is a desperate need for a system to utilize them continuously and efficiently. Therefore, in order to solve the above research problems, this paper proposes the development and utilization plan of an expert knowledge management system(EKMS) to efficiently utilize the knowledge resources of external experts including retirees.

The research presents a relationship of academic persistence influences based on individual psychological factors of learners in non-face-to-face classes(untact classes). When measuring tools according to research models, this study defines self-directedness, sociality, and self-efficacy as independent variables, class satisfaction and the orientation of the learning system as dependent variables and then explores the degree of academic continuity influence through correlation and multiple regression analysis between variables. According to the study, self-directedness and self-efficacy have something to do with academic conation, but sociality has no significant impact. Therefore, this study suggests not only improving self-directed learning environment centered on enhancing creativity and convergence but also cultivating self-efficacy to reduce academic stress in online spaces in order to increase non-face-to-face class satisfaction and academic conation.
