For efficient project management, schedule management and delivery management-oriented techniques such as PERT / CPM and TOC-CCPM have been used in many cases. In addition, many projects, beginning with US government agencies, have adopted the EVM or TOC-TA method, which is a budget-based project progress management technique. Recently, a project management method considering simultaneously both TOC-CCPM and EVM method has been suggested. For the successful application of these techniques, it is important to divide the project into tasks using the WBS concept and to handle indirect cost when assigning the cost to each task. In this paper, we propose a suitable indirect cost allocation method for EVM application based on TOC-TA for project performance management through budget.

In this paper, we design a transaction management and intermediary system that analyzes and predicts the process of both seller and buyer by utilizing integrated weblog analysis method, automatically recommends the order timing of the goods to the buyer, And implemented. Through this, B2B2B logistics management system is built which emphasizes the role of intermediaries and reduces the workload of seller and buyer.

The rise of smartphone technology, which started with Apple’s iPhone, was the spark that ignited the revolution of the mobile platform. Since then, the mobile platform has become very popular. Many IT companies, such as Google and Apple, have developed various businesses and services on the mobile platform and have been competing vigorously in order to maintain their dominance of the market. The mobile-based platform environment provides a totally different level of user environments by leading users for the consumption of extensive content and services freely as compared to previous computing environments. Along with the distribution of various smartphone contents, the hardware performances of other smart devices that can be used conveniently together have been gradually advanced. This study reviews the concept of mobile based-platforms, current technology status, and the application of the mobile platform. With this background, this paper predicts the direction in which the mobile platform will grow as it continues to operate.

This research reviews the meanings of open technology innovation, examines the current status of start-ups, and studies growth plans for open technology innovation-based start-ups. In addition, this study provides plans for successful start-up growth, establishing visions and goals based on open technology innovation, and creating harmonic trust and cooperation between organization members for domestic prep entrepreneurs who are just starting, as well as businessmen who are trying to switch to a different industry. The detailed research results for this study are as follows. First, this article identifies the meaning of convergence and studies the role of ICT as a catalyst in an innovative economy. Second, we review the concept of a start-up and the current status of domestic and foreign start-ups. Third, this study proposes a growth plan for open technology innovation-based start-ups by reviewing previous research and other cases. The growth plan for open technology innovation-based start-ups will provide an important theoretical foundation for future research on start-ups, and will also arouse insight for start-up progress in practical aspects.
Geospatial Semantic Mobile Mashup Based on GoogleMAP and Location APIs

Linked Data can perform expressive query capabilities over the aggregated Web of data, similarly to how a relational database is queried. Smartphone’ multimedia, sensing, and communication capabilities provide the best environment in which to create easily new and superior mashup content combined with Linked Data. This paper describes a novel geospatial semantic mobile mashup system based on Google Map and Location APIs. It provides mashups of Google Map and DBpedia based on users’ current location, display surrounding DBpedia objects, and links to search for additional semantic information. DBpedia is emerging as the core of LOD (Linked Open Data), which is gathering information based on Wikipedia and using it to develop the large scale Big Data. Developed semantic mobile mashups are able to find the desired place of your current location through GPS, and access the semantic information easily in the self-developed Linked Data browser.
