Through research on the factors related to diffusion as the adoption of ERP systems, which were mainly distributed to large or medium-sized companies, increases in SMEs, and the role of top executives is also examined. As the data support method of the ERP system also moved to the Mobile Cloud ERP system with the development of technology, user accessibility and diffusion speed became faster. Based on two issues: technical and non-technical, we study diffusion factors by dividing them into Market Factors and Technical Factors, and Internal Factors and System Factors.

The global outbreak of the epidemic has impacted the experiential culture of festivals and brought new opportunities. In the society of the fourth industrial revolution, the trend of industrial integration of technology is becoming more and more obvious. Under this interaction between society and technology, Convergence Festivals emerged, which promoted the transformation of online and offline operation systems in the field of festivals. Through literature analysis and case analysis, this study clarifies the concept of fusion celebrations and summarized the operation mode of Online & Offline Convergence System in the Post-pandemic Era. Sorted out the Convergence System’s characteristics under the framework of social-technical system innovation theory(STS), provided suggestions for building a Convergence System of Festivals with technology in the future.

Each of the three sectors of society, the government, private individuals, and civil society (NGOs), clearly has a significant role to play in nation-building and, in particular, in development efforts to improve residents' quality of life. The role of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) on community development in Ghana is investigated in this study using secondary data. In Ghana, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) work to promote sustainable community development by focusing on environmental issues, development goals, health, and education. Data from many publications, academic research papers, the internet, and prior research throughout the world, as well as Ghanaian governmental frameworks, back up this argument. NGOs' activities are recognized as an alternative for comprehensive development and an essential catalyst to address the socioeconomic circumstances of the disadvantaged under Ghana's sustainable development strategy. They do this via programs, functions, and positions that empower communities and eventually lead to sustainable development. Unfortunately, the operations of NGOs in Ghana, as well as their effectiveness, have been hampered by financial issues, inadequate institutional capacity, low levels of self-sustainability, and a lack of inter-organizational communication and/or coordination.
