The development of the Web has made it easy to access large amounts of data. However, it is one of the big issues how to effectively store and improve query performance about these huge data. This paper proposes an RDF query optimization with hybrid storage structures to solve the issue. Hot-cold detection relocates data properly to improve the RDF query performance. After collecting data access information for a period of time, we identify the data with hot-cold detection. It reduces the write performance degradation of the SSD by moving all hot data at a time to the SSD.

Based on Chinese consumers' understanding and use of UAV(Unmanned Aircraft Delivery) on SNS(Social Networking Services), this paper arrempts to analyze the factors that affect consumers' acceptance and use of UAV delivery. This Study collected big data on UAV delivery key words by using the big data integration platform known as Textom from October 7, 2018 to October 30, 2018. Using UCINET to analyze the sorted data with Concor cluster analysis, firstly, this study analyzed the current public perception of drone delivery on social networks in China. The study summarized eight factors that affect consumers' understanding and use of UAV delivery. This study has developed a research model based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The research hypothesis of the study was tested by using smartpls 3.0 software. The research results show that consumers' perception of UAV service level, the social effects of UAV delivery, the UAV technology level, and regional differences have a positive impact on consumers’ willingness to accept and use UAV delivery. Based on the results of the research, this paper puts forth some suggestions on the growth of UAV delivery for logistics enterprises. The results of this study can provide a theoretical basis and references for the growth of UAV delivery as used by logistics companies.

The level of curiosity of the people in Jakarta towards new products looks quite high, especially in low involvement products, such as food and soft drinks. In this paper, in order to reduce scarcity and improve accuracy, a factor that seriously affects the accuracy of the collaborative filtering system, which is one of the methods for providing intelligent personalized app services, we create a user function matrix after purifying all log data of webmail users. Using the collaborative filtering g)-based Euclidean distance measurement method, a process of comparing user data and group data, comparing user data and group data after calculating the similarity of function usage patterns between users, We proposed a method to provide customized services for each user by extracting each user's service usage pattern.

In this paper, we analyzed the technology management and growth cases of Nano Hi-Tech. Nano Hi-Tech is a technology-oriented company that has grown step by step from the beginning of its foundation to grow into a comprehensive measuring equipment company that aims for a total solution of measuring equipment. In this study, not only the vision, strategy and organizational operation of nano high-tech, but also the step-by-step growth process and success factors were analyzed. The success factors were classified into entrepreneurial competency, technology development competency, and technology commercialization competency. This analysis can be a case study that can comprehensively examine the growth process and success factors for each stage from the beginning of a company's founding.
