서울지역 학령기 취약계층 아동의 건강문제와 관련 요인

Purpose: This is a qualitative descriptive study with the purpose of identifyng the health problems and related factors of socially vulnerable school-age children in Seoul, South Korea. Methods: Two focus group interviews and two individual interviews were conducted with eleven participants. They were two class teachers, three school nurses and two daycare teachers working at elementary schools and three social workers and a welfare worker working at community childcare centers. Data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results: The identified psychosocial problems were ‘distracting and excessive behavior’, ‘depression and helplessness,’ ‘aggression and violent behaviors’, and ‘internet overdependence’. The revealed physical health problems were ‘poor hygiene’, ‘obesity’, and ‘gastrointestinal problems’. In addition, the fact that physical and psychosocial problems are closely inter-linked was reaffirmed through practical examples. Meanwhile, socioeconomic, family environmental, social experiential and individual factors were found to affect children’s health. Relationships within a family or a peer group and healthy lifestyle were considered critical issues to deal with in order to improve the childrens’ health status. Conclusions: It was proved that socially vulnerable school-age children have various physical and mental health problems due to multiple factors. Therefore, it is required to design nursing approaches that help them achieve optimal health status.

대학생의 심폐소생술 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인

Purpose: The aim of the study was to identify factors influencing confidence in performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) of university students. Method: Data were collected from 261 students recruited from 2 cities using a questionnaire covering confidence, knowledge and attitude in regard to CPR. Results: There was a significant positive correlation between confidence and knowledge (r = .37, p <.001), between attitude and confidence (r = .61, P <.001), and between knowledge and attitude (r = .61, P <.001). Confidence in performance increased as knowledge, attitude, grade, CPR training frequency and educational satisfaction increased. Conclusion: There is a need for CPR training programs that can improve practical training for and educational satisfaction of university students.

여대생의 유방자가검진에 대한 지식과 태도가 실천의도에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study was to determine the effect of knowledge of and attitude to Breast Self-Examination(BSE) on female university students’ intention to practice. Methods: The subjects were female university students who participated in the Pink Ribbon Campaign of the Korea Breast Health Foundation held at H University on October 11, 2016. The data were collected using a questionnaire in Naver Office Form. The data were analyzed by χ2-test, t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, ANOVA and logistic regression model using SPSS 21.0 program. Result: Significant factors influencing the intention to practice were BSE educational experience and the benefits of BSE. The odds ratios were 3.61 and 5.92, respectively. Conclusion: It was found that the benefits of BSE were more influential than the educational experience on BSE as an influencing factors of BSE practice intention. Also, it was confirmed that attitude should be considered more important than knowledge in order to increase their practice intention. Since the benefits, among attitudinal factors, were confirmed as an influencing factor, BSE educational programs for female university students should put more focus on the benefits of BSE, not just sticking to delivering related knowledge.

중∙고등학교 교사의 정신건강 관심군 학생 지도 경험

목적: 이 연구는 중·고등학교에서 정신건강문제를 겪고 있는 관심군 학생들에 대한 교사의 인식과 태도를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 방법: 2013년 교육부 지정 6개 시범운영지역 중 정책취지에 잘 추진되었다고 평가된 초록시 소재 2개 중·고등학교의 교원 17명, 자문의사 2명을 대상으로 심층면담과 관찰을 통해 질적 연구를 실시하였다. 분석방법은 Hatch가 제시한 해석학적 방법을 활용하여 공통된 범주로 추론을 만들고, 중요성을 부여하여 결론과 교훈을 도출하였다. 결과: 교사들은 관심군 학생에 대한 인식과 태도에서 스티그마가 강하게 나타났다. 관심군 학생들은 가정의 문제로 한없이 망가질 수밖에 없으며, 숨쉬기도 힘들어하며, 한계를 넘어 교사로서는 도움을 주기 어렵다고 인식하였다. 이러한 인식과 함께 고정관념, 편애하기, 처벌하기, 전문가에게 위임하기 태도를 보였다. 결과적으로 교사들은 관심군 학생의 치료와 변화에 대한 기대감을 갖지 않았고, 가정의 책임과 전문가의 역할로 규정하면서 소극적인 태도를 보였다. 결론: 이 연구는 학교현장에서 정신건강 관심군 학생에 대한 교사의 관점에서 교사 역할의 한계를 보여주었다는데 시사하는 바가 크다. 이에 학생들의 정신건강문제가 날로 심각하게 대두되고 있는 현 시점에 정신건강문제에 대한 인식개선과 교원의 역량강화를 위한 지원방안이 필요하다. 또한 관심군 학생을 분류하고 치료 지원하는 선별적인 정책에서 범국민적인 인식개선과 사전예방을 위한 보편적인 정책을 제안한다.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to clarify the social stigma phenomenon in teachers’ perceptions and attitudes toward students who are classified as mental health support needs students in middle and high schools. Method: Qualitative research was conducted through in-depth interviews and observations of 17 teachers and 2 consultants from 2 middle and high schools in Green City, which were evaluated as successful among the six pilot project schools designated by the Ministry of Education in 2013. The study’s analysis is based on Hatch's hermeneutical method. Common categories were developed from the interviews and observations. Then, inferences were made per category and given importance to draw conclusions and lessons. Results: Teachers had a strong stigma in their perceptions of and attitudes to special needs students. Their perception was that those students are bound to go wrong due to family problems, even some having difficulty breathing, and that it’s beyond their limit to help them. In addition, their attitudes included stereotypes, favoritism, punishment, and referral to experts. As a result, teachers did not expect those students would be cured or change and showed passive attitudes while shifting the responsibility to families and experts. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it showed the limitations of the role of teachers regarding mental health support needs students from the perspective of the teachers themselves. Today, when students’ mental health problems are emerging as a serious issue, it is necessary to provide support to improve teacher’s awareness and capabilities regarding adolescent mental health problems. In addition, we suggest the current selective policy that sorts out special needs students and provides care for them to evolve into a universal policy that improves public awareness and focus on prevention.

보건교사의 서번트 리더십, 학생의 자기효능감, 건강증진행위에 대한 청소년의 인식과 변인 간의 관계

Purpose: Maintaining a lifelong health is very important. The purpose of this study is to know the perception of youth about health teacher’s servant leadership, student’s self-efficacy, and health promoting behavior, and the relationship among the variables. Methods: This study used surveys of health teacher's servant leadership, student’s self-efficacy, and health promotion behaviors. The subjects were 1,286 elementary, middle and high school students. PASW Statistics 18.0 was used in the data analysis. Percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA test were used to compare the difference of the health teacher's servant leadership, student’s self-efficacy, and health promotion behavior according to the background variables of the subject. Results: There was a statistically significant difference in the perception of youth about health teacher's servant leadership, student's self-efficacy, and health promotion behaviors according to school level, establishment type, and grade. There was also a statistically significant difference in the perception of youth about student's self-efficacy and health promotion behaviors between male and female student. In addition, student's self-efficacy serves as a positive mediator to the effects of health teacher's servant leadership on student's health promoting behavior. Conclusion: Based on these results, it needs to implement the human resources and policy support for the systematic health education of elementary, middle, and high schools, the development of the program for the teacher's servant leadership, and the health promotion of students in curriculum.

다문화 청소년과 비다문화 청소년의 저체중 위험에 관한 비교 연구

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the risk of being underweight between multicultural and Korean-origin adolescents. Methods: This study used the Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-Based Survey data of 2016. A total of 46,457 underweight and normal-weight adolescents were included. General characteristics, health status and health behavior variables, and weight related variables were included. Weighted percentage and means were used to describe the sample. Simple and multiple logistic regressions were conducted using SAS 9.2. Results: From the simple and multiple logistic regression, multicultural adolescents showed a higher risk of being underweight (OR: 1.63, 95% CI: 1.20-2.20; AOR: 1.51, 95% CI: 1.01-2.27) than Korean-origin adolescents. Among the covariates, being female (AOR: 1.90, 95% CI: 1.72-2.10), being older (AOR: 1.18, 95% CI: 1.15-1.22), having poor self-health perception (AOR: 1.56, 95% CI: 1.24-1.82), having longer hours of sleep (AOR: 1.12, 95% CI: 1.09-1.16), having fewer days of exercise (AOR: 0.94, 95% CI: 0.91-0.96), and doing vigorous exercise less (AOR: 0.78, 95% CI: 0.68-0.89) showed a higher risk of being underweight. Self-rated health and effort to control weight were also significantly related to being underweight. Conclusion: Since multicultural adolescents are vulnerable to being underweight, it is necessary to develop intervention programs to reduce the number of underweight multicultural adolescents.

학령기 아동의 성교육에 대한 통합적 고찰

Purpose: This study is an integrative review to analyze articles about sex education for school age children in Korean journals. This study explored the year, methods, major variables and key findings of previous studies. Methods: Five electronic databases and eleven journals of nursing in Korean language were searched to find studies done until 2017. 75 papers published from 1995 to 2017 were selected (43 were survey studies and 32 were intervention studies). Results: Among the intervention studies, there was no RCT study. Most intervention studies were conducted to change sexual knowledge and sexual attitudes. Among the survey studies, Q methodology and content analysis were used. The subjects' sexual knowledge and sexual consciousness were measured low in some studies. The sex education for school age children was composed of elementary school students' perception, understanding and needs related to sex. In addition, sex education was carried out to improve students’ informational aspects such as sexual knowledge, prevention of sexual violence and secondary sexual character as well as emotional aspects such as sexual attitude. But research on sexual consciousness, sexual values and sexual identity was insufficient. Conclusion: In order to develop an effective sex education program for school age children, it is necessary to consider the degree of their perception, understanding and needs and reflect both the social and cultural aspects as well as the informational and emotional aspects.

도시와 산촌 학령기아동의 정신건강 비교 및 주관적 정신건강 지표와 심박변이도(HRV)의 상관관계 분선

Purpose: This study was performed to compare the mental health of school age children residing in urban and rural areas and to analyze the correlations between the subjective mental health indicators such as depression and attention deficit–hyperactivity behavior and heart rate variability (HRV) indicators. Methods: For this study, a convenience sample of one hundred and three children was recruited. Depression and attention deficit-hyperactivity behavior were measured using self-reported questionnaires and HRV indicators were measured using an electronic instrument. Results: Among the HRV parameters of the rural children, their normalized LF and the LF / HF were significantly lower than those of the urban children. The RMSSD and the normalized HF were statistically significantly higher. The level of depression showed a significant positive correlation with the normalized LF and LF/HF, but showed a negative correlation with the normalized HF. Also, the level of attention deficit-hyperactivity behavior was significantly correlated with the normalized LF, LF/HF, and the normalized HF. Conclusion: Based on the findings, we expect that HRV indicators can be applied to predict the level of depression and attention deficit-hyperactivity behavior in elementary school children.

학교폭력피해경험이 우울에 미치는 종단적 연구 : 자아존중감과 자아탄력성의 매개효과

Purpose The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effects of self-esteem and self-resilience while identifying the relationship between bullying victimization (being bullied) and depression based on a longitudinal study design. Methods Participants were a adolescent cohort of 1,971 middle school students participating in 2013 and 2014 Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey conducted by National Youth Policy Institute. Data were analyzed by Pearson’s Correlation and regression. Results The major findings are as follows. First, self-esteem and self-resilience were positively related to each other and negatively related to depression and bullying victimization. Second, bullying victimization effected the level of depression of adolescents and self-esteem played a mediating role between bullying victimization and depression while self-resilience did not. Conclusion The results suggest that emotional factors continue to play an important role in promoting psychological adjustment of victims of bullying and, therefore, interventions are more likely to be successful if they focus on emotional skills development of adolescents.

여자대학생의 생활습관과 임신에 대한 인식 조사

목적 : 우리나라 여성은 출생률 감소, 고연령 임신 및 고위험 임신 위험에 직면해 있다. 건강한 임신과 출산을 위해서는 가임기 이전부터 바람직한 생활습관의 형성과 임신에 대한 올바른 지식이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 여자대학생의 식습관과 운동습관, 임신에 대한 태도와 지식 및 임신에 대한 교육 요구도의 차이를 파악하고 임신에 대한 태도, 임신지식, 임신 교육요구도와의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 방법 : 경기도에 위치한 대학에 다니는 245명의 여자대학생을 대상으로 앱 기반 온라인 설문지을 사용하여 조사하였다. 설문 항목은 대상자의 일반적 특성을 포함하여 생활습관인 운동습관과 식습관, 그리고 임신에 대한 태도와 지식 및 교육 요구도이었다. 결과: 참가자의 평균 연령은 20.4세로 운동시간이 부족하였으며 임신에 대한 태도는 긍정적인 임신 기대에 비하여 양육부담감과 경제적 요인을 고려하였다. 임신지식은 내용에 따라 편차가 컸으며 교육 요구도는 높았다. 결론: 여자대학생을 대상으로 건강한 임신을 위한 생활습관 중재 교육프로그램 개발과 올바른 정보제공과 교육이 학교를 중심으로 이루어져야 한다.
Purpose: Along with the country’s decreasing birth rate, many South Korean women are currently facing the issue of high risk pregnancy. Despite the increasing number of women who prefer to get married at an older age, fewer of them are aware of how to prepare for healthy pregnancy at such age. The following study has been conducted to check the level of awareness and educational demand regarding healthy pregnancy among female university students who are not majoring in medical fields. Method: Google Forms was used to survey 245 female students attending a university located in the Province of Gyenongi. We asked about their attitudes to and knowledge of pregnancy, their lifestyle, and the demand for pregnancy education. Results: The average age of the participants was 20.4 years. Although the majority of the correspondents answered that they have received education about pregnancy before, many of them displayed a low level of knowledge regarding pregnancy. On contrast, the demand for education about pregnancy and high risk pregnancy was high. Conclusion: For healthier pregnancy and childbirth, more preparation is needed before entering pregnancy. Management programs to be given prior to pregnancy should be developed to promote the knowledge and awareness of healthy pregnancy.

청소년의 자해 행동 예방을 위한 마음챙김 기반 정서 관리 훈련 효과

연구 목적: 본 연구는 자해 행동에 몰두하는 청소년들의 정서 관리를 위한 프로그램을 실시하고 그 효과를 보기 위한 것이다. 연구방법: 연구 참가자는 서울시에 있는 중학교에 다니는 61명의 학생들이다. 30명의 학생들은 자해 행동 예방을 위한 마음챙김 기반 정서관리 훈련에 배정되었고, 나머지 31명은 대기자 집단에 배정되었다. 마음챙김 기반 정서관리 훈련 집단에 배정받은 참여자들은 6주 동안 주 2회, 총 12회기 프로그램에 참가하였다. 프로그램 내용은 감정 마음챙김, 행동/충동 마음챙김, 생각 마음챙김, 개별 회기 등으로 구성되어 있다. 프로그램 시작 전과 사후에 두 집단 모두 고통감내 척도, 의도적 자해 척도, 인지정서조절 전략 척도, 자살 사고 척도를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 마음챙김 정서관리 집단에 참여한 청소년들은 고통 감내, 인지정서 조절 척도, 자해 행동과 자살 사고에서 유의미한 변화를 보여 주었다. 결론: 이러한 결과들은 마음챙김 기반 정서 관리 프로그램이 자해 행동을 감소시키는데 효과적이고 고통 감내 능력을 향상시키며 인지 정서적인 조절 전략을 향상시켜준다는 것을 의미한다.
This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of Mindfulness-based Emotion Management Training for adolescents immersed in self-harm behaviors. Methods: The participants were 61 middle school students located in Seoul. Thirty students were assigned to the Mindfulness-based Emotion Management Training(M-EMT) group and the other 31 students were assigned to the waitlist group. The students in the M-EMT group participated in a total of 12 sessions, twice a week, for 6 weeks. The modules of the program comprised of mindfulness for emotion, mindfulness for behavior/impulse, mindfulness for thought, and coping with self-harming behavior. The Distress Tolerance Scale, Deliberate Self-Harm Inventory, Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, and Scale Suicidal Ideation were assessed at baseline and post-intervention. Results: Compared to the waitlist group, the intervention group exhibited a statistically significant improvement in distress tolerance and cognitive emotion regulation and a statistically significant reduction in self-harming behaviors and suicidal ideation. Conclusion: These results support the hypothesis that mindfulness-based emotional management training has a positive effect on reducing self-harming behaviors and enhancing distress tolerance and cognitive emotional regulation.

건강증진모델학교 분석 : 도시 지역 대규모 초등학교를 중심으로

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the operational status and operational problems of health promoting model schools, particularly of the large-sized elementary schools in urban areas. Methods: The study analyzed the data of 14 large-sized elementary schools in urban areas selected from 85 health promoting model schools, an initiative led by the Ministry of Education from 2012 to 2014. Results: The study examined the operation process of health promoting schools in five stages; system development, needs survey & current status survey, school health policy development, program development & execution, and evaluation. In addition, the study discovered three key factors in operating health promoting schools and examined the status of each factor; connection with the curriculum, connection with the community, and consensus among members. Four problems were identified as operational problems: lack of research on faculty health issues, school physical environment and community resources, inadequate presentation of performance indicators, no close coordination in core task development and lack of linkage with the curriculum. Conclusion: It turned out the concept of health promoting school suggested by WHO was relatively faithfully realized in this study. Compared to small-sized elementary schools in rural areas, health promoting schools in this study showed better aspects overall. The connection with the community was good, but the connection with the curriculum was poor.

청소년의 규칙적 아침식사를 위한 수면 관련 요인 분석

PurposeBreakfast is the most important meal to provide energy for the day. Breakfast is especially important to give enough nutritional support to children and adolescents for their physical growth and sexual development. Sleep-related factors like average sleep duration and wake up time would mostly be associated with regular breakfast. This study aimed to investigate the effect of sleep on regular breakfast consumption in Korean adolescents. MethodsThe study used the data from the 12th Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey (KYRBS-XII) conducted in 2016 by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The data of 62,820 subjects (middle/high school students) were included in the final analysis. The study examined the factors related to regular breakfast, focusing on weekday average sleep duration and wake up time of middle school students and high school students, respectively. ResultsRegular breakfast consumption was shown to have a statistically significant association with high economic status, nutritional education, weekday average sleep duration, wake up time, and subjective sleep satisfaction in the multivariate logistic regression. Regardless of the school level, regular breakfast consumption was significantly associated with early wake up time. As to the effect of weekday average sleep duration on regular breakfast consumption, it showed some different results depending on the school level. ConclusionRegular breakfast consumption of Korean adolescents was related to weekday average sleep duration and wake up time. Having breakfast regularly was affected by both adequate weekday average sleep duration and early wake up time.

남녀 청소년의 신체활동과 자살 생각

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 남녀 청소년의 신체활동이 자살생각에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위함이다. 방법: 단면적 조사연구로, 청소년 건강행태온라인조사 원시자료 대상자 62,558명을 이차분석하였다. IBM SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 x2-test, 위계적 다중회귀분석 방법을 사용하였다. 결과: 일주일에 3회 이상 신체활동을 하는 비율은 남학생은 39.6%, 여학생은 37.2%였고, 자살 생각을 하는 비율은 남학생은 9.5%, 여학생은 14.9%였다. 남학생은 신체활동을 하지 않는 경우에 일주일에 3회 이상 신체활동을 하는 경우보다 자살 생각을 1.42배 더 많이 하는 것으로 나타난 반면, 여학생의 경우에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 결론: 청소년의 자살 생각을 감소시키기 위하여 체육교과 및 학교보건 영역에서 신체활동이 권장되어야 할 것이다. 또한 성별에 따라 차별화된 중재가 필요하며 특히 남학생의 경우 보다 적극적인 신체활동 관련 중재, 여학생의 경우 비만 및 흡연 예방 중재 프로그램을 연계하여 시행할 것을 제안한다.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of physical activity on suicidal ideation according to gender in South Korean adolescents. Methods: This study is designed as a cross-sectional study. Using the statistics from the 12th (2016) Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey, hierarchical logistic regression analysis was conducted. The study sample comprised 62,558 middle and high school students aged primarily 12 to 17. Results: The rate of engaging in physical activity more than three times a week was 39.6% for boys and 28.8% for girls and the rate of suicide ideation was 9.35% for boys and 14.9% for girls. Male students were 1.42 times more likely to commit suicide when they did not engage in physical activity than when they do more than three times a week but it was found to have no significant effect on female students. Conclusion: Physical activity should be encouraged in the physical education curriculum and the school health area to reduce suicidal ideation in adolescents. Differentiated interventions are required according to gender. It is suggested that intervention programs involving physical activity be implemented more actively for male students and intervention programs centering on obesity and smoking prevention be implemented for female students.

비만인 대학생의 주관적 건강상태 인식의 영향요인

본 연구의 목적은 비만 대학생들의 주관적 건강상태 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하는 것이다. 방법: 2015년 지역사회 건강조사 자료를 활용하였다. 본 연구는 비만인 대학생 951 명을 대상으로 하였다. SPSS ver 23.0을 이용한 t-test, ANOVA 및 다중 선형 회귀 분석을 이용하여 데이터를 분석 하였다. 결과: 주관적 건강상태 인식은 평균 점수는 3.81±0.81로 나타났다. 성별, 연령, 주거 지역, 스트레스 및 우울증은 주관적 건강상태 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 밝혀졌으며 주관적 건강상태 인식을 6.7 % 설명하였다. 결론: 이러한 결과는 비만 한 대학생들에게 자기 건강 상태를 올바르게 인식하고 스트레스와 우울증을 관리 할 수 있는 효과적인 중재 프로그램의 필요성을 설명하고 있다.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify influencing factors of subjective health status perception of obese college students. Methods: We used the data from the 2015 Community Health Survey. The subjects of this study included 951 obese college students. The data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and multiple linear regression with SPSS ver. 23. Results: The average score of subjective health status was 3.81±0.81. Gender, age, residential area, stress and depression were found to be the influencing factors of subjective health status perception and explained 6.7% of the subjective health status. Conclusion: These findings indicate that effective intervention programs are needed to help obese college students correctly recognize their subjective health status and manage stress and depression.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to assess school health teachers’ awareness of the severity of natural disasters and nursing core competencies related to disasters. Methods : This cross-sectional study asked 119 school health teachers to complete structured questionnaires sent by email and mobile phones from Feb to Aug, 2017. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21.0 statistical program. Results: The predictor that had a significant effect on school health teachers' core competency was the experience with natural disaster safety education. Its explanatory power was 14.3%. Conclusion: The finding of this study suggests a strong need for the implementation of disaster-related education targeting school health teachers in order to improve their disaster management ability.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify health promotion behaviors of elementary school teachers and investigate the factors influencing the health promotion behaviors. Methods : Data were collected from 234 elementary school teachers in the B Metropolitan City Office of Education from 5th to 30th October, 2016. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Mann-Whitney test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Spearman correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis, using SPSS/WIN 23.0. Results : The elementary school teachers' health perception scored 2.94 out of 4, health status 1.59 out of 3, and health promotion behaviors 2.66 out of 4. The level of mental health status (1.67) was higher than that of physical health status (1.54) and the most practiced health promotion behavior was spiritual growth (3.15) and the least was health responsibility (2.00). Significant negative correlations were found between health perception and health status(r=-.59, p<.001) and between health status and health promotion behaviors(r=-.41, p<.001). A significant positive correlation was found between health perception and health promotion behaviors(r=.32, p<.001). The significant factors influencing health promotion behaviors were job stress and health status. These factors explained 19.6% of the health promotion behaviors. Conclusion : It is necessary to establish measures to increase the health perception and health promotion behaviors of elementary school teachers and improve their health status. In addition, since job stress and health status are factors influencing health promotion behaviors, it is necessary to actively manage job stress and health status in order to increase health promotion behaviors.
