Average collusion attack is a very effective attack for digital fingerprinting system. Moreover, the commercial value of the colluded content is often time-sensitive. The more profit the colluder will make from it when the colluded copy is distributed earlier. This paper presents a new collusion-resilience approach with recursive chaotic desynchronization and social network. It has processed chaotic transformations due to random image grid based on chaos. The experimental results show that collusion even with only two copies results in degradation of the image metric, even if those traitors try to resynchronization using image registration technology. However, it will take expensive computational cost to do that, and the visual quality is degraded expensively with the increase of the number of fingerprinted copies.
Vision Based Natural Smart Phone Interface using Face Detection for Optimal UX

User interface is the key technology in high-value smart phone applications services. This paper suggests a user interface algorithm and tests its validity through experiments. User’s face is detected in the input image on the smartphone camera sensor. Based on the sensing information about the detected face area, analysis is carried out to infer the locations for the eyes and the mouth. With the resulting information, the nose is detected. To identify the movements of each area, image-processing methods are applied to the eyes, the nose and the mouth. An algorithm is proposed to use them as interfaces. To test the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, experiments are conducted on interfaces made with the proposed algorithm in the 3D augmented reality game environment with four virtual objects augmented. The test results show that the proposed algorithm is applicable for possible interfaces for various interactions with virtual objects in the augmented reality environment. This means that by realizing specialized interfaces on various smart phone services, exclusive conveniences are available satisfying critical and independent needs of the user. The proposed algorithm can also be used in user interfaces for optimal UX in AR Game where vision-processing methods are involved.

Advanced Vision System by Subtraction of Background Image for Patient’s Movement during Treatment

According to the International Cancer Institute (IARC), the incidence of cancer in the world is rapidly increasing, and in the method of treating cancer, radiation therapy is 45% or more. As in the normal tissue in radiation therapy, to minimize radiation, it is important to maximize the exact dose to the tumor sites for local tumor control rates in intensive research (Local Tumor Rate). Therefore, at the beginning, therapist accuracy of detecting fatigue in the movement of the patient and therapist has been a problem that is weighted down directly. Also, by using a web camera, a difference value between the image to be updated to the reference image is calculated, and if the result exceeds the reference value, using the system for determining the motion has occurred. However, it is not possible in this system to quantitatively analyze the movement of the patient, as the background is changed when moving the treatment bed in the co-therapeutic device was not able to shift the patient. In this paper, using an alpha (α) filter index is an attempt to solve these limitation points, as it quantifies the movement of the patient by separating a background image of the patient and treatment environment, and it only senses movement of the patient during treatment, it was possible to reduce the problems due to patient movement.

College english teaching mode multimedia assisted based on computer platform is studied in this paper, and the inevitable trend is discussed which to cultivate students’ English language proficiency by computer networks and multimedia tools in the college English teaching reform. It has unparalleled advantages than traditional teaching mode. Then foreign language teaching mode based on B/S architecture and computer networks is paid more attention to introduce, which provides a new way of thinking of college English teaching reform and is also a good reference of the similar institutions in computer-aided teaching.
Research on the Analyze Technology of Tuning Elements Based on the Theory of Cognitive Distribution

The theory of cognitive distribution has been widely used in the field of artificial intelligence. This article takes music as example, and from the point of distributing view to bring out the hypothetical model of cognition that the researchers have on the music based the view of the characters of sound level distribution matrix (PCDM). Based on PCDM, combining with the technology of music signal processing, we propose an analyze technology framework of musical tuning elements based on cognitive distributed features. At last, this article carry out many comparative experiment of musical tuning testing upon the database constructed by many real music of different style, including the starting point detecting, the fundamental frequency estimating and the mechanisms of tuning smoothing.
A Study of In-Vehicle Infotainment System Based on HTML5 Using Tizen IVI

Cars are the most essential and important means of transportation to modern people. However, the service paradigm of cars, which were just a simple means of transportation in the past, is being changed in combination with recent IT technology. In-Vehicle Infotainment system (IVI), with this flow, is not only playing an existing navigation role. However, unlike mobile OS market which Android and IOS occupy the most, the In-vehicle infotainment market is still in competition. Technical competition of related companies gets deepened to preoccupy this new market, and IT companies are also participating in competition one after another. Typically, GENIVI to establish Linux based open-source IVI platform, Android Auto of Google, Car Play of Apple, Window Embedded, Car2 of QNX, and Tizen IVI of Samsung are those companies. Therefore, the 3rd party companies have inconvenience having to configure their own services so that they will match with each platform. On the other hand, the services based on HTML 5 standard can reactively respond to hardware like screen size, unlike existing native services, and have advantage that they can promptly correct, distribute existing service so that they will meet the demand of consumers in rapidly changing market. Therefore, this study is going to design and implement In-Vehicle Infotainment system based on open-source and HTML 5 standard. So this study is going to provide the service which is independent in any in-vehicle OS platforms and can promptly deal with the demand of consumers through the design and implement of In-Vehicle Infotainment Application based on HTML 5 and open-source.
A Novel Multi-Wing Chaotic System and Circuit Simulation

Base on a 3-D chaotic system, a new chaotic system generating three-wing and fourwing chaotic attractors is constructed by introducing a linear term. The phase diagrams, Lyapunov exponent spectrums and bifurcation diagrams of the system are studied by numerical simulation. Furthermore, the system is simulated by circuit, and the three- wing and four-wing chaotic attractors are observed. The circuit simulation results are in agreement with numerical simulation results.
AHP Based Quantitative Evaluation Index System of Teacher's Research Performance in the University

With the advent of the information society and the big data era, the content of quantitative evaluation of teacher's research performance in the university constantly goes deeper, and the method of it further enriches as well. In this paper, our method references eight university ranking index systems as a source of information, and then adopts analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method to obtain a quantitative Evaluation Index System of Teacher's research Performance and to determine the weight of each index. As a result, A set of indicator system was established, including 1 first order indicator, 2 second order indicators as well as 27 third order indicators, among which, scientific research is considered as the first order indicator.
