2015년 패션컬렉션과 트렌드 컬러를 활용한 젤 네일아트 작품연구

In order to study the fashion design appeared on the 2015 S/S, F/W Ready To Wear Collection and the nail art designed with the 10 colors selected by Pantone on this research. It also intends to show the trendy nail design which graft the 10 colors selected by Patone in 2015 onto the fashion design appeared on the 2015 fashion collection. The research range is S/S,F/W Ready To Wear Collection(New York, Paris, London, Milano) and the 10 Women’s color including the 16 colors selected by Pantone. The data for the research used literature related the fashion and nail art, preceding research and internet site. The results of this study are as follows. First, In the work of nail design utilizing the pantone color of aquamarine, scuba blue, classic blue, and lucite green, the various colors containing the coolness of the sea were represented by using the gradation method with blue and green color. Secondly, In the work of nail design utilize pantone color of custard, tangerine with geometric patterns on the black line of orange and yellow color scheme in together by design across being vibrant can be expressed. Opponent colors of tangerine and custard, navy color, in an empty space on the pattern is by entering into the glamour can be expressed. Third, In the work of nail design utilize pantone color of strawberry ice, marsala were represented in red stripe pattern of irregular as a color scheme being hot can be expressed. Fourthly, In the work of nail design utilize pantone color of toasted almond, in diamond in the from by color of beige color, black, gold pearl color scheme bing simple, elegant and soft can be expressed. Fifth, In the work of nail design utilize pantone color of glacier gray, gray with black color scheme being stability and by using silver pearl being cold and wild crack can be expressed. Overall, the hand painting technique used for work, and motive of each image pantone color harmony of the trendy art has been made.

Whoever have desires for the human’s beauty and express them in a variety of ways and forms. The expression of desires for beauty can be found in ways of make-up, hair styles or fashions, but also in nail arts. In this study, First, we will find about the definition of the nail art, the techniques of expression in nail arts, the techniques of coloring, and the definition and characteristics in expressing of Geometric patterns in literature investigation. Second, we will apply the Geometric patterns in fashion industries to nail designs by changing about coloring, materials and patterns, and make some works. Third, we will find the preference of consumers in survey. Finally, we will find a result; we tried to figure out the preference of Geometric nail designs which there are many kinds of color accordingly ages. And the best people preferred was the gradation coloring. All of age groups without the 36~40 age group, age groups was distinguished in 7 kinds, preferred the gradation coloring, and there wasn’t big difference according to ages. We also found the preference of Geometric designs with different pattern each other and fabrics about ages. The most preferred fabric and pattern was the flower pattern. In 7 distinguished age group, 4 kinds of age groups preferred the flower patterns, other 2 kinds of age groups liked striping tapping materials, the other wanted checked patterns; there are some difference within ages. Like this result, nail arts can make various and individual designs with application to diverse patterns, materials and coloring, so nail arts can be a method to represent out beauty and individuality. These days, the designs, techniques of expression and colors in nail arts become diverse. To satisfy beauty and individual desires, we need to try to study about the extension of nail design with application of many techniques in expression, whici is motive in not just Geometric patterns also others patterns.

Building a network utilizing the Internet and the relationship between the utilization of a wide variety of content is increasing day by day. Accordingly beauty service workers in a variety of ways for SNS marketing is trying to access. In recent years, rapid self hair styling interest from both men and women while growing personal hair salon or franchise are making a self hair styling video and update it at the SNS. If you see these movies, salons' brand names are shown at the beginning and end of the video by Youtube and Facebook, Twitter, Blog spread quickly through the salon is helping to promote the effect. Promotional video of the steady increase in both views could confirm that. Among them, Youtube video of shared and source code using blogs, Twitter, Facebook, as well as the advantage of being able to spread throughout the world is due to frequent toxic hits again viewed as over time the number has increased significantly. The results of this study in the beauty industry in the increasingly important contribution of beauty to use SNS service workers make a big difference to the low-cost marketing methods that can be presented is significant from the point.

미용 전공 대학생들의 미용 산업에 대한 기대요인과 취업선호도 분석

This study analyzed expectation factors(employment·compensation, training, and maintenance) of college students majoring in cosmetology for the beauty industry and their job preferences. This aims to create an environment for preventing a waste of human resources and helping beauty industry members exert influences by themselves by motivating talented students who will lead the future beauty industry, and provide data for development of the beauty industry. This study was conducted using a survey method. In terms of expectation factors for employment·compensation in the beauty industry, the biggest number of the subjects replied that it was ideal to take two days off a week, '1,500,000 to 2,000,000 won' was good as a monthly pay for employees with less than 2 years of experience, and the college students wanted 'monthly pay+incentive'. The average working hours a day that the subjects expected, was 8 hours, the ideal employment method was resume +interview, and the biggest number of them wanted 16 to 20 days of leave a year. This result is highly different from the reality. In terms of training, most students wanted to receive small-scale technical training 'for 2 hours' 'twice a month'. Mostly, they preferred a public relationship and a humane and kind superior. Also, they replied that get-together was the best means for promoting friendship among employees. In terms of job preferences, the largest number of the subjects wanted to work at beauty shops, in consideration of their aptitudes. This reveals that the subjects were clear about their career paths. The biggest number of the students responded that work experience was most important to be successful in the beauty industry and when asked if they think beauty care-related academic career is recognized in the industry, they responded 'normal', or it was not recognized. In conclusion, it is thought that it will have a more significant influence on organizational performance, if the beauty industry builds an environment which provides fair judgment of job abilities and compensation for increasing highly-educated ones that graduate from colleges.



미용전문학원 교육서비스 만족도에 관한 연구

This study was conducted to help improve the quality of education services and the competitiveness as the market of beauty academies has been changing by analysing age specific and major sectoral satisfaction with education services among students. The data has been collected by a total of 407 questionnaires which is distributed and pick up directly from the beauty academies which were spread across seoul, Gyeonggi-do , and Incheon province for 4 weeks from 24th Feburary to 24th March. A self- administered questionnaire survey was used for this and the 403 of questionnaires excepting 4 of questionnaires which showed insincerity have been analyzed using SPSS 18.0 According to the result of analyzing for the general characteristics of those, age of 10-19 reached their peak with 156 people then age 20-29 followed by 121. For the Education service satisfaction featured by age group, the group of age 10-19 showed high satisfaction with sub factors, which is 'satisfaction for educational programs', satisfaction for relationship', 'learning environment satisfaction', 'career counseling satisfaction'. And for those featured by major, it shows somewhat differences depending on the department as Hair department appears to be higher with sub factor of educational programs and learning environment and for nail department it showed higher with sub factor of satisfaction for relationship while make up department showed higher in career counseling satisfaction factor. This study shows that there are lots of differences with satisfaction according to their ages and majors at the beauty academies. Therefore, it is considered for a professional beauty training institute to provide education services which meet the student's characteristics and put their attention and affection according to their needs. in order to increase competitiveness and improve the service satisfaction.



중년여성의 피부건강관리가 외모만족도에 미치는 영향

Understand how they affect social and recently the center and 40-50 in skin health targets female appearance satisfaction and self -esteem. Quality of life in middle-aged women seeking through it, as well as provide basic data for the study for skin health beauty has its purpose. Targeting 40-59 year-old middle-aged women from July 1, 2014 to July 31, 400 people were surveyed insincere response if the final analysis, a survey of 21 382 except for the residents of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province was materials analysis SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) v. 18.0 Statistical analysis utilizing the results of the research program package are as follows. First, the general characteristics of the subjects age 40 to 49 years, education is high school or less, occupation housewife, child birth number is two, the number is not getting drunk, whether it should exercise was higher in less than two times a week. Second, skin health is the positive impact on health behavior and appearance satisfaction skin health higher positive attitude, appearance, satisfaction was high. The effects of skin health is the act of appearance satisfaction showed that attitude affects the skin health. When you try the more general result , a middle-aged woman looks positive self- satisfaction, namely that the rise is a result , the skin healthy skin gakkuryeo knowledge, attitude and behavior and found to be acting satisfaction is important to look through the skin and health care could. Thus, a middle-aged physically to configure and maintain high quality women's lives and health promotion, mental stability, and this sense of self-worth, etc. should be utilized for skin health because they can be resolved positively. The beauty industry for more than middle-aged women, better understand the desire to diversify is considered as granular skin health program to be able to enhance the appearance satisfaction of middle-aged women.



초등학생의 헤어스타일 변화 원인이 헤어스타일링 추구에 미치는 영향

Children in their early 10s tend to be very conscious about their own images and how they look to others in the face of puberty. This study was conductedwith fifth and six graders to investigate the effect of urges to change their hairstyle on attempts for hairstyles and to provide basic information needed to provide effective hair styling services to early teens. The subjects were recruited from male and female fifth and six graders at the M Elementary School located in Gyeonggi-do. Data were collected from October 20 to October 31, 2014 via a questionnaire. A total of 200 questionnairrs were distributed, and 173 completed questionnaires were analyzed in this study, excluding 27 questionnaires due to insufficient answers. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0. The results of this study are as follows: in the questions asking subjects' preference for hairstyles, subjects' satisfaction level on their hairstyle, particularly their current hair style, was the highest. Thus, they changed their hair style in favor of fresh look. This means that subjects had greater desire to follow trendy hairstyles when they tried harder to be fashionable and to change their mood and reduce stress. The results of the study showed that subjects tended to put more value on their physical appearance when they had stronger desire to keep their hairstyle neat and clean.

One of the noticeable features of hair art in early 21st century was the introduction and application of the objects which were found. A creative and innovative hair design was created by introducing a variety of objects which were not even imagined before to the hair. The complicated features created by mixture of multiplicity and simplicity of human beings pursue surrealism as a way to escape from the illogical and sensual thinking system. This study investigated the concept, background, development process and features of surrealism, The trends of arts as the source of design concept, ideation and background of depaysement. Furthermore, this paper examined the expression techniques and features of depaysement. One of expression techniques of surrealism in moderntimes, concept and background of hair art. Finally analyzed the features of surrealistic hair art works. The Hair art expressed the depaysement techniques via exaggeration and change of silhouette, concealment of a body and deformed form to embody the frameworks of thinking and idea. It broke the order of simple form and conventional concept. This study will be the opportunity for continuing communications with formative arts. It is expected that the works by many artists are analyzed and investigated in artistic aspects, a diversity of methods to create hair art will be developed and researches on them will be activated. Moreover, The methods to create hair art required for producing the forms in the field and a variety of motivations need to be investigated more. The suggestion of this paper will help further study and to strengthen the academic theories in hair industry.



프랜차이즈 미용실 종사원의 직무만족이 서비스품질, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

The quality of beauty service depends on the employee's attitudes as their direct participation rate is high for production and propose of service in the beauty service industry. In order to improve the quality of beauty service, the job satisfaction of employees would be an important factor. An employee who satisfied his job can contribute to the profit of the company through organizational commitment.The purpose of this study is to present the influences of employee’ s job satisfaction components on organization commitment and service quality in the beauty industry. So, this study verified the hypothesis about the relationships between employee’s job satisfaction and its determinants(service quality and organizational commitment). For this study, the final data were obtained from 479 employees working at the franchise hair salon. These surveys were analyzed as with SPSS-WIN 18.0. performed as frequency, factor, reliability. The results were as follows. First, employees’job satisfaction had significant effects on employees’ service quality. second, employees’job satisfaction had significant effects on employees’ organization commitment.
