In these days, as our standard of living is improving, our interest in hair care as well as desire for beauty is increased. This keen interest in hair directed to improvement of hair care products, therefore the market of hair care products has been enlarged. The desire of consumers begun to be gentrified, individualized, versatile. These changes of purchase pattern brought lunches of different kinds of haircare products. The types of distribution channel in Korea can be cosmetic stores, door-to-door sales, department stores, convenient stores, major supermarkets, and professional hair salons. The satisfaction in hair products can differ from type to type. This study is conducted surveying people in their 20s and 30s on how they feel about their purchased products whether in hair salons or supermarkets. The purpose of this study is to acknowledge the perception and satisfaction and to give directions of improving the market of hair products in future based on this study.

There is growing number of beauty salons that provide beauty services by fully leveraging their unique competitiveness amid fierce competition in the beauty market as the beauty industry makes advancement. Resultantly, the qualification of professional beauty experts has taken on added importance, and the uniforms have become more important. The subjects of this study are the experts providing beauty services in beauty salons, and the purpose of this study is to examine the perception towards the uniforms worn by the workers in beauty salons and compare the uniform designs that are preferred. In this study, the frequency analysis was conducted to determine demographic characteristics of beauty experts, look into current perception of those experts towards the uniforms of beauty salons, and determine the uniform designs preferred by those experts, using the SPSS16.0. Based on these findings, this study aims to examine current perception towards the beauty salon uniforms and determine the difference in the designs of beauty salon uniforms, and provide basic data useful for setting the direction for improvement of beauty salon uniforms in the period ahead.

The beauty corporate and social condition joined in the middle of rich history of Private brand, starting in the last 2000s century. In this project, I selected hair salon franchise three are based on South Korea to analyse for these companies’ Private Brand application method. On the basis of analysing the brand, I tried to seek more efficient and intensive ways to activate Private Brand of beauty corporate by giving successful case study of these company and careful consideration to the strategy of Private Brand. At 2013, the Private Brand of companies had a tendency to accelerate and diversify the cosmetic item and strengthen to the promotion marketing. So, they focused on bulk of order and production by OEM as well as to establish its own brand through additional proposal. According to trend, the Private Brand will be classified with types of brand and development. Although it is in a nascent stage of its quality, pricing and competition, it is likely to develop the premium brand from development form and a marketing strategy. If the Private Brand activate, it will give profit to the all tripartite relationship between distribution, manufacturing and the customers. Furthermore, the efficient and intensive Private Brand strategy will bring cosmetic company's profits, brand value rise and changing social attitudes to the overall the company

미용서비스 종사자의 웰니스가 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to encourage right recognition and to suggest efficient methods that provide willingness and energy to life. To this end, the study empirically explored with workers in beauty service on how wellness affects subjective happiness. The study results are as follows. First, From demographical characteristic of subjects, unmarried women in their twenties and thirties who are current students or graduated from college or university were most. Second, From working form of subjects, workers with these conditions were most-daily working time of 8 hours to less than 10, over one year to less than three years career in franchise beauty salon, and designer with career over three years. Third, From influences of wellness on subjective happiness, in the achievement factor compared to others and positive satisfaction factor, there was negative relationship in internal attribution factor. In negative anxiety factor and helpless factor on aging, there were negative relationship in positive emotion factor, self-development and taking medicine instruction factor. In satisfaction factor in old age, there were negative relationship in control of food, service for society, and negative emotion factor but there was partially positive factor among wellness factors. In conclusion, it is suggested that for efficient management of human resources and service in high quality in beauty industry, wellness program considering physical fatigue, mental stress, and lack of leisure life for workers in beauty service is improved.

This study was carried out to know levels of job stress, coping strategies and job satisfaction used DiSC Behavior Patterns to classify the personal characteristics of the hair service employees. Depending on the individual characteristics of workers who experience job stress at work and there will be differences in coping strategies. In this study, this salon professionals, this type of job stress and coping strategies DiSC behavior affects job satisfaction and want to know what the hair service industry in the field next to the foundation for effective personnel management is to provide information. Distribution of DiSC behavioral patternss of beauty salon workers influence pattern(i pattern) was the highest. Each act of feeling the impact of job stress and coping strategies on job satisfation resulting four kinds of patterns of behavior both getting an idea to show significant results, the dimensions of coping strategies increases, the dimension of job satisfaciton seemed to increase. For each of DiSC behavioral patterns of the different dimensions that appeared to experience job stress seen, the beauty industry in the field workers effective in managing human resources in accordance with this act through the type of profitability that we can expect to be feed.

The external image rendering is of importance in maintaining personal relations, and eyebrow is one of the major factors that determine a face image. Reflecting this importance, eyebrow bars which have recently attracted the attention of the public will be hereafter discussed. In this study, characteristics of eyebrow concept and eyebrow shape, the current status of domestic eyebrow bars, and features of individual brands were investigated. The domestic brands such as Benefit, Aritaum, and Espoir have launched eyebrow bars in Korea, and number of brand stores in Korea, features of the brand stores, and the extent of their services were evaluated and compared. This study is expected to contribute to the supply of services which can address public’s interest and desires eyebrowbar industry to be developed and stabilized as a full-blown industry fostering of related professionals and revitalization of eyebrow bars.

In this paper, after the classification by analyzing the image of sexual minority that appear in movies and dramas in Korea and overseas and inspect how our society are to have seen them. Results of analysis of the images of minorities, images that images are ladies, are caricatured, were classified as realistic image. As an image of sexual minority that emphasized a more feminine than masculine appearance and beautiful than women, images that are Ladies, expressed femininity. Image that has been caricatured, was expressed in images that induce laughter as an image of sexual minority that emphasized the disharmony of action feminine and masculine looks. Realistic images, which is expressed in male realistic you do not have emphasized the feminine, I expressed in the image of sexual minority that emphasizes the beauty and fashion sense. In this paper, we analyzed the image of sexual minority that appear in movies and dramas. It was found that the make-up and their hair is changed based on the image of sexual minorities in the movies and dramas. The recommendations of this paper, we know that you intended only of minorities in the movies and dramas of the East bloc, and was not treated for sexual minority women, in subsequent studies, and for something like this , I want you to continue follow-up study specific.

The purpose of this study is to increase the value of Hair-art Design, checking of characteristic Design and expressions used in Modern Architecture and Modern Hair-art, All shape of Design Art makes a decision Geometric space designed by point, line, surface which constituting elements. After Industrial Revolution, Life form was progressed to urbanization. The style of architecture also had been changed building forms and apartments. Especially in twentieth-century, in modern architecture, the esthetic requirements became main trend. And so many beautiful buildings turned up. In the late twentieth-century, there were many concepts, a new technical skill, application of a natural factor, a special materials, esthetic concepts and ideas in modern Architecture. Hair Art is also a formative arts, including individual and particularity factor, making esthetic technical design. Therefore, I tried to check and to compare between Modern Architecture and Modern Hair Art of charactsristic expressions of works to research of Jean Nouvelle, 2008 Pritzker Architecture prize winner, France mordern Architect. According to this study, there was meaningful result. Constituting element and formative principle in Modern Architecture and Modern Hair Art are understood in the same context of Geometric Design. Characteristic expressions of Jean Nouvelle mordern Architect having done, could be searched for technical skill in modern Hair-style Designs. One of these days, I hope various creative Hair Art works which formative principle and technical skill are mixed, can be created in Hair art society like Architecture field.

Recently, keen competition of global market demands the expanding individual’s capabilities, so that almost of workers who are on duty at each companies suffer from various diseases caused by job stress. These problems cause the economic loss and make our quality of life deteriorate day by day. Therefore, in this paper, we will analyze The effects of office worker’s job stress on their physical conditions. To carry out a survey contextured by questions asking the relationship between job stress and health condition, we distribute 189 copies of questionnaires to workers of C healthcare center located in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Korea, from June 4th 2012 to June 30th 2012. Through this survey, we could understand survey subject’s current job, workload, physical condition and the stress about their capabilities and promotion. The analysis about the relationship between job stress and physical conditions shows that the effects of workload, physical condition and the stress about their capabilities and promotion were statistically significant. Also on investigation about the subordinate factors of job stress and physical condition, it shows that excessive workload and job stress bring out muscle pain and deterioration of the condition. Finally based on this research, it will need to establish the quantitative index of job stress deducted from accurate experiments as follow up researches. Also for development of various health care programs, diverse researches about relationship between stress and health care should be progresses steadily.

The rate of concern for one's physical appearance is significantly increasing among adolescents. In particular, during the rapid development of secondary growth, young adults express themselves through their appearances notably by utilizing different hair styles and dyes. The subjects of this study were mainly youths who lived in Seoul or the Gyeonggido Province. First, the data regarding the youths' attitudes, cognizance, and level of satisfaction have been collected and analyzed. According to the youths' physical characteristics and their awareness and attitude towards taking one's appearance and hair coloring. Finally, for this study, data that was collected and examined what type of look or style that the young people showed a liking for. For this study, SPSS 16.0 was utilized to define the factor analysis and reliability analysis (Cronbach's Alpha), increasing awareness of one's own appearance and attitude regarding hair. According to certain physical characteristics and the attitude/awareness regarding how they manage their appearances. The T-teat and analysis of variance (ANOVA) measured youths' perspective of hair and physical appearance and level of satisfaction As a result, the first factor was the raised awareness of physical appearance and how it is taken care of. Pursuit of one's own style, cleanliness and hygiene, and the subjects' reliance on others for their own appearances and regarding hair, transforming the overall appearance, receiving professional care, and concealing flaws and defects.

타이마사지가 중년여성의 신체조성 및 혈액성상에 미치는 영향

Therefore, this study, applying for middle aged women Thai massage which does not have any danger of side effects and which is able to give emotional stability and psychological satisfaction, carried out the massage for the purpose of granting objective validity through the way of medical access and checked the change of the body composition and blood contents after the experiment. Study participants of 8 persons have been classified into experimental groups and the effect of Thai massage on body composition and blood contents of middle aged women has been investigated. After total 16 massages twice a week for 8 weeks had been given to them, sizes of weight, chest, waist, buttocks, femoral region, above of knee and calf have been measured, and the change of blood contents has been compared through biochemical test (test on basal blood, stress hormone, liver function and kidney function). The result showed that Thai massage made sizes of weight, chest, waist, buttocks, femoral region, above of knee and calf decrease meaningfully in body composition, and HCT and MCV decrease in blood contents, leading to a conclusion that Thai massage is effective. By doing this, the study has tried to provide basic data for developing various programs on Thai massage which is effective in reducing the body size.

The mass media provides us with a wide range of information easily and quickly. Thanks to this, many people can share their techniques about beauty and it has been helped for the beauty industry to grow rapidly. The emphasis was on colors and eyebrow shapes, however, dewy textured skin makeup was born with 'the no makeup face' craze, the techniques of skin texture has made new trends and developed gradually over the years. As advanced studies on makeup techniques for skin texture have been limited since 2006, the research was conducted to find new makeup techniques by reading beauty books and looking into cosmetic web sites and cable channels. Through the research, followings are newly born techniques that were not seen before 2006: dewy, shiny and honey textured skin makeup. They use essence, pearl makeup base, balm products when applying foundation instead of powder. They make skin look moist, glow and glossy instead of soft and dry. Another glowing textured skin technique is a semi matte makeup which is differ from above-mentioned techniques. It focused on covering blemishes, uneven skin and pores. The latest technique called moist and shiny textured skin gives natural glossy look from the inside of skin not from the surface like dewy, shiny and honeyed textured skin techniques. Based on diverse makeup techniques, further researches have been carried out to remove weaknesses and improve their skills. There is much attention toward the future textured skin makeup techniques and the researcher hopes for people to keep their studies on various techniques for skin texture.

Hairstyling in modern life is increasingly being invaded by deconstruction philosophy. Deconstruction ideas, openly introduced by Jacque Derrida in 1966 has ever since led to a speedy propagation in the life of the public for the last few decades. Many people in modern life are now accelerating the pace of the deconstruction march in various areas of modern cultural society under the outline given by the French Algerian scholar. Hairstyling is one area where deconstruction ideas are most energetically adopted and realized. American pop singer Lady Gaga is currently a notable ambassador of deconstruction philosophy performed by hair design, and the public is more and more encouraged to follow her suit and apply their own deconstructionist attempts to their hair-style not alone to their fashion. This study is an assessment of the influence of the deconstruction philosophy in today’s hairstyling by examining to recognize deconstruction tendencies in the hair-style of Lady Gaga.
