This study is focused on understanding the practicability of nail design in line with the trend and contributing to the nail design development by analyzing the 2011 S/S fashion color trend and applying that trend into nail color design. To this end, the 2011 S/S fashion color trend was first analyzed based on the relevant document and data, and then was applied on the square-off shaped nail to express french, gradation, and one-color nail design. As a result of this study, diverse types and colors of nail design that can meet the customers’ stylistic demand and taste have been successfully developed by applying the representative colors which were suggested under the latest trend concepts of ‘Future Classic,’ ‘Elegant Aesthetics,’ ‘Mysterious Daybreak,’ and ‘Impulse Creation’ through diverse expression methods. Such development is also expected to contribute to suggesting a direction of a new trend creation.

It is very important to enhance the quality of our traditional culture and the cultural content, while culture becomes the foundation of each nation’s competitiveness. Nowadays, the cultures that possess the inimitable Korean origin integrate into digital technology, and contribute greatly to the introducing the excellence of typical Korean culture to the whole world. generally, there are reports on beard formations and techniques standardized by different categories of age, shape, and role. However, from the past until now, researches on the change of beard according to social change from humanities aspects is much to be desired, and also studies on physiological part as well. Here, I would like to closely study these portions in depth. Moreover, I will explain the validity of beard make-up, and learn the basics of the state of effective beard formations. In addition, I hope examining areas the basic form of beard can be applied will be able to play a part in mass production of the best-quality tradition and cultural contents. At such times, it is very important to produce the most honest and genuine traditional contents, while securing professionalism in our make-up environment based on thorough historical research. Hereupon, the ultimate purpose of this study is producing the complete tradition and cultural content by establishing the basic form of beard through portraits from the Joseon dynasty period, and looking for ways to apply them most effectively.

The purpose of this study paper is to take a look at how the makeup, hair styles and clothes of the leading actors of the movie titled "The Other Boleyn Girl"(2008) changes as the plot of the story develops and how such a change contributes to the concentration and perfection level of the movie. As for the study method, I have referred to various novels, historical literature and internet information related to the movie. As for the study object, I have focused mainly on the heroine of the movie. The results and proposals of this study are as follows. First, as a result of the analysis on the makeup, hair styles and clothes of the leading actors of the movie, I have found out the British beauty trend in the 16th century Renaissance period. second, through the analysis on the change of the makeup, hair styles and clothes of the each actor, I have found out the method used in the movie to show the change of situations and their psychological states. Third, I have concluded that beauty designers whose job is related to makeup, hair styles and clothes would need to acquire more professional knowledge in the related occupational fields. Fourth, the analysis conducted in this study will be used as a useful study material for movie producers to reinvent the makeup, hair styles and clothes of certain period into modern ones. More accurate studyes on makeup, hair styles and clothes that are combined with film art by being used in each movie should be continuously made from now on.

This study is to prove thatthe customer oriented aptitude ofa service provider impacts on the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.The study found that the level of customer satisfaction has been impacted by the service provider’s customer oriented aptitude, such as putting customer’s needs first, or demonstrating kindness and passion. Customer satisfaction was also affected by the provider’s social skills, such as rendering reliable and appropriate services, or being swift to respond to customer’s questions. The study showed that customers preferred the service provider, who showed a bright smile and kindness, and took care of their needs and problems swiftly. It indicated that the various factors of the service provider, such as his/her motivation, professional and social skills, and a decision making ability, impact directly or indirectly on the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Therefore, it is important to utilize the above factors to establish a positive reputation by word of mouth. The study also found that the more expressive the provider was, the higher level of customer satisfaction was seen.
