In stage performance, makeup helps the audience get a lot of information and predict the personalities of the characters without even hearing any words from the actors. In other words, character makeup is a means of delivering images and topics and expressing aesthetic functions and performers’ characteristics. It promotes creative and re-creative works by attempting effective expression techniques in a diverse fashion. Chunpung’s Wife is one of the most popular musicals with the highest number of performances since 1976. It is considered a great musical in which to analyze diverse performers’ characteristics with character makeup. In this study, the makeup of five characters in Chunpung’s Wife was examined. The study adopted character makeup which can well describe performers’ characteristics. To create makeup styles which are specified and harmonious with the characters in the musical, character makeup is first planned through script, and then the actual work is launched. After analyzing the five performers’ characteristics, character makeup was planned and applied. Then, they were classified by morphological elements. In the Republic of Korea, character makeup is less systematic. To promote more systematic and professional character makeup, there should be studies on basic data for character makeup. In addition, it is necessary to continue theoretical and empirical studies after realizing the importance of character makeup and acquiring systematic and professional makeup skills.

The importance of makeup is being raised as it serves to directly reveal the character of the character due to the development of stage performances. Makeup alone provides information on the plays and characters, and is now recognized for its versatility and artistry. Thus, Femael Kukkuk(the features of female theater), Chinese opera, and kabuki, one of the most popular traditional plays in Korea, China, and Japan, were selected and compared and analyzed. As a result, I could see that each of the characteristics of makeup, material, and design element were different. These results confirmed the possibility that the analysis of makeup techniques from each country could have a positive effect on the development of different stage makeup.

The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of beauty related departments and look for future plans in 2017 Korea. Currently, each of the universities and colleges are suffering from the common difficulties of restructuring due to the decrease in the schooling population in Korea. experienced a bigger change than expected in one cycle, and we feel a sense of crisis that there are no safe universities or departments in preparation for two cycles. In addition, trends in the beauty industry and some prospects that beauty companies are currently saturating in Korea are calling for a new focus on the survival and future potential of the beauty department. To date, there are a total of 12 schools that have been closed down among the colleges. These include 10 universities, and 2 colleges. Some Universities are scheduled to be closed soon. In the beauty department, the number of vocational colleges is decreasing more. But according to recent statistics and research, the beauty industry is a specialized field with potential for future convergence such as beauty and tourism, beauty and medical care, beauty and health, and the beauty and advanced countries such as USA, UK. And Korea's cosmetics sales have surged more in recent years due to the beauty of the Korean Wave, and the target countries of the beauty industry such as education are increasing explosively due to the expansion of SNS. And Beauty Korea has not been staying in neighboring Asian countries, also has been expending American and French . In addition, present day is focusing on quality of life and is a pioneering era in which not only women but also men are seeking well-being beyond well-dying. Therefore, we will follow up on ways to enhance industries and occupations that can bring out the characteristics of each school. We hope to contribute on an individual level as well as on a national economic level.

Aiming to analyze the effects of lateral back massage and craniosacral massage on the brainwaves of pregnant women, the massage was provided to 12 pregnant women in 20-40 weeks, and then their brainwaves were measured. The results of this study are as follows. First, the effect on the basic rhythm quotient of brain function quotients was shown as p=0.200 in the experimental group, which did not satisfy the significance level(p<.05), so that there were no significant differences. However, the right brain(p=0.025) satisfied the significance level(p<.05), which showed significant differences. Second, the effect on the emotional quotient was shown as p=0.078 in the experimental group, which did not satisfy the significance level(p<.05), so that there were no significant differences. Third, the effect on the attention quotient was shown as p=0.078 for left brain, and p=0.150 for right brain in the experimental group, which did not satisfy the significance level(p<.05), so that there were no significant differences. Fourth, the effect on the stress quotient was shown as p=0.109 for left brain, and p=0.423 for right brain in the experimental group, which did not satisfy the significance level(p<.05), so that there were no significant differences. Based on the results of this study, it would be necessary to have diverse massage programs and researches for health and peaceful childbirth of pregnant women. This study could be used as basic data for follow-up researches. As limitations, the number of research subjects was limited as 12 people. Also, there were no concrete researches like classification in accordance with age or characteristics of subjects. Thus, it would be needed to have researches on detailed factors.

This study classified makeup image types focusing on cosmetic advertisements that were introduced in domestic magazines for 2017, and analyzed a design element by makeup image type according to it. The analytical contents are as follows. First, ‘natural image makeup’ expresses clean image. ‘Elegant image makeup’ represents delicate and refined image. ‘Feminine image makeup’ expresses soft and womanly image. ‘Classic image makeup’ represents intellectual feeling of being not influenced by trend. ‘Retro image makeup’ expresses reactionary sexy image. Second, the eyebrow shapes in ‘natural image makeup’ were equally shown a standard form, an angular pattern, a horizontal form, and an angular shape. On the other hand, ‘elegant image makeup’, ‘classic image makeup’ had the mainstream as the standard form. ‘Retro image makeup’ was shown evenly the thick straight pattern and the angular shape, arch shape and was mainly used the brown color. The eyeshadow colors in ‘natural image makeup,’ ‘elegant image makeup’ and ‘classic image makeup’ had the mainstream as peach, brown and pink colors. The lips in ‘elegant image makeup,’ ‘feminine image makeup’ and ‘retro image makeup’ were primarily used the red series, thereby being able to be known the principal trend for the year in 2017. Third, ‘natural image makeup’ and ‘classic image makeup’ did not highlight any specific section. ‘Elegant image makeup,’ ‘feminine image makeup’ and ‘retro image makeup’ tend to give a point with red series to the lip makeup color. Fourth, ‘natural image makeup,’ ‘elegant image makeup,’ ‘feminine image makeup’ and ‘retro image makeup’ can be known to be stressed the eye line in a long shape using black and brown colors in order to express clear eye shapes. It could be known to have been shown a strong image in order of natural<classic<feminine<elegant<retro based on design elements in color, texture and shape according to 5 Makeup image types.
