본 연구는 정서적 지원과 심리적 계약위반 및 산업보안정책 준수의지 간의 관계를 검증하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 2024년 04월 15일부터 05월 20일까지 국내 소재지의 기업에서 근무하고 있는 근로자를 대상으로 목 적표집법을 이용하여 설문조사를 진행하였다. 200부의 설문자료가 회수되었으나 활용 가능한 181부만을 전산화하여 STATA 통계패키지로 통계분석을 진행하였다. 결과, 조직의 정서적 지원인식은 보안정책 준수의지에 유의한 영향 을 미치지 못하였으나, 심리적 계약위반에 부적인 영향을 미쳤고, 심리적 계약위반도 보안정책 준수의지에 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 두 변인 간의 관계에서 심리적 계약위반은 매개하였다. 이는 정서적 지원인식을 통해 조직지원 인식을 강하게 느낄 때, 심리적 계약위반의 경험을 완충시켜 보안정책 준수의지가 제고될 수 있다는 것을 시사한다.

This study aims to verify the relationship between emotional support and psychological contract violations and willingness to comply with industrial security policies. To this end, a survey was conducted on workers of companies located in Korea from April 15 to May 20, 2024. A total of 200 questionnaire data were collected, but only 181 copies that were available were computerized and statistical analysis was conducted with the STATA statistical package. As a result, the organization's perception of emotional support did not significantly affect the willingness to comply with the security policy, but it negatively affected the psychological contract violation, and the psychological contract violation also negatively affected the willingness to comply with the security policy. In addition, in the relationship between the two variables, psychological contract violations were mediated. This suggests that when the perception of organizational support is strongly felt through the perception of emotional support, the willingness to comply with security policy can be enhanced by buffering the experience of psychological contract violations.
