Objectives: The objective of this study is to evaluate the correlates of depression and perception gap of adolescents’ Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQOL) between Parents and Children. Methods: Research targets are all students and their parents who are enrolled in from 1st~3rd grade of middle school to 1st grade of high school which was selected intentionally. The survey was conducted from May 16th to June 9th in 2014 by research staffs equipped with structured questionnaire. PedsQLTM4.0 Generic Core Scales and Korean form of the Kovacs’ Children’s Depression Inventory were the main tool for measuring the HRQOL and depression. Data of 985 respondents, both of parents and children, was used for analysis of this study. Results: In terms of gender difference of depression, 5.8% of adolescents, 3.2% of male and 8.5% of female (p<0.001), are shown depression symptom. Depression rate of the low level students of academic achievement was 11.0% which is the lowest rate to compare to 4.3% of middle level and 2.6% of high level students (p<0.001). The case that parents overestimated their children’s overall HRQOL is 3.699 times more likely to have depression symptom than the case which is in concurrence between parents and children. Especially the overestimation in social, emotional, and academic area of HRQOL promote depression 3.918 times, 3.371 times, and 2.258 times more than the agreement occurred of each areas. In contrast underestimation in physical area of HRQOL reduce depression 0.266 times less than the agreement occurred of the area. Conclusion: The perception gap of adolescents’ HRQOL between parents and children is the most influential factor to adolescents’ depression among all variables which was evaluated in this study.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine differences between the traditional lecture teaching learning method and action learning teaching learning method of nursing students’ leadership, problem solving competence, creativity, and critical thinking disposition. Methods: This study was carried out from February 24, 2014 to May 30, 2014 with 171 nursing students (an experimental group of 88 students and a control group of 83 students) assigned among 2nd year students attending nursing departments in U city. The Action learning teaching learning method applied to the experimental group by two experts. The Traditional lecture teaching learning method applied to the control group. In order to compare the differences, a pre and post questionnaire were used. The data gathered was analyzed using the SPSS 22. Results: Upon completion of education the nursing students’ leadership, problem solving competence and creativity significantly increased both in the experimental group and in the control group compared to the pre testing phase. The critical thinking disposition significantly increased after education in the experimental group, but there was no significant change in the critical thinking disposition of the control group. Conclusion: To improve nursing students’ leadership, problem solving competence, creativity, and critical thinking disposition the action learning teaching learning method appears to be more effective than the traditional lecture teaching learning method.

Objectives: This study was aimed at finding out the current smoking situation of workers in the field of railroad electricity and vehicles and changes of their smoking behaviors after the raise of price of tobacco in 2015. Methods: With a self-administered questionnaire conducted from February 9 to March 6 2015, one-way ANOVA and crosstabs(PASW Statistics Ver. 18.0) were conducted on the data of 626 people. Results: As the result, the smoking rate was 39.1% and 90.5% of the smoking experienced group showed some changes including cutting down on smoking due to raise of price of tobacco. Factors related to smoking included stress, the number of times of drinking, awareness of harmfulness of smoking, the number of days with hard exercise per week and the marital status. Conclusion: Therefore, it is assumed that there is necessity of top-down intervention using these factors to cut down the smoking rate.

Objectives: This study examined the factors the oral health promotion in university students. It is to identify factors that affect activities for life style and subjective oral health status. Methods: The subjects are 385 students who agreed to participate in research Cheonan. Questionnaires were distributed and collected after they filled in by themselves. SPSS ver.20.0 was used for analysis to get the reliability of each analysis tool. The genral characteristics was analysis of frequency. For comparison oral health promotion and subjective oral health status related to the genral characteristics, it was used t-test, ANOVA. Pearson's correlation was used correlation of each variable. multiple linear regression analysis was used to comprehend that affects oral health promotion behavior. Results: There was statistical significant difference in factors affecting subjective oral health status, departments of health. dietary lifestyle was low correlated among sub factors of lifestyle. oral health promotion behavior wasn't related to subjective oral health status. dietary lifestyle had the most significant impact to oral health promotion behavior. Conclusion: To progess through oral health education program of the university students, it is asked to configure the content that can handle regular lifestyle, rather than focusing on smoking habits and drinking habits.

Objectives: This study examined the relationships among career identity, job-seeking stress, self control, and test anxiety in nursing students. Methods: Data were collected through self reported structured questionnaire form nursing students using convenient sampling methods form November 15 to December 10, 2015. The data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 19.0 using ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Factors that had an influence on test anxiety included job-seeking stress(β=0.40, p<0.001), career identity(β=-0.17, p=0.010), fourth grade(β=-0.14, p=0.020). These factors together explained 25% of the test anxiety in nursing students(F=25.48, p<0.001). Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that job-seeking stress management strategies and academic career identity enhancement programs should be developed to reduce test anxiety in nursing student and that further study should be done on the effects of such programs.

Objectives: The objective and aim of this research is to cultivate a problem-solving ability by analysing the factors that negatively impact on filming sexual behaviour by adolescent. Methods: This research mainly refer to the secondary reference which is conducted a survey of all over the country by National Youth Policy Institute. 3,963 students on the register who participated in survey between 12th of June in 2014 and 15th of July in 2014 was nominated as final recipient for research. Results: Firstly, it has been shown that students who have watched sexual video have more experienced at filming sexual behaviour. In the area of stimulation(p<0.01) and emulation/sharing(p<0.001) except to violation of human rights, adolescent who has experienced at filming sexual behaviour significantly gains more high score than adolescent who does not have experienced statistically. Secondly, as a result of analysis the factors which negatively impact on filming sexual behaviour by adolescent with Binary logistic regression analysis, the adolescent who have shared sexual video was impacted on having an experience at filming sexual behaviour. and the adolescent who had sexual conversation was impacted on having an experience at filming sexual behaviour. Conclusion: A local autonomous entity and school should enforce systematic health education and practical management of mass media rather than unconditional restriction of adolescent’s use of smart phone. To carry out this, the state and a local autonomous entity should urge plan for support for settling the instructive environment about using smart phone.
