The purpose of this study was to quantitatively examine the technical aspect of triple jump skills form last 3 stride to landing motion to give the basic triple jump techniques for female triple jumper. For these purpose, top 3 female triple jumper attended in the 2011 National Track and Fields Athletic Championships were selected and analyzed, the conclusion were as follow; The females triple jumper in korea needs keep running at the last 3 stride without of stride difference and reduce of horizontal speed during the approach run. They also needs special technical drills at the Step phase to set good record. The subject needs to improve the take-off motion and they need more higher knee drive for the good distance in the step phase. The distance of Step phase is most significant technical aspect in triple jump.

This paper is aimed at comparing the changes of immune hormones(IgG), stress hormone (Cortisol), muscle damage hormone (CK) and muscle-growth hormone (IGF-1,Testosterone) when resistance exercise is put on legs through different muscle contraction type. 14 male ,14 female with more than 5 years of resistance exercise experience Isotonic squat, isotonic squat, and jump squat were done for one minute each and a total of five sets were performed with a thirty-second break between each set. Also, blood was taken in a stable condition and after each exercise to analyze immunity-related hormones (IgG), stress hormone (Cortisol), muscle damage hormone (CK) and muscle-growth hormone (IGF-1,Testosterone). One-way ANOVA through SPSS(Ver 15.0) was made to prove the hormone responses depending on different ways of muscular contraction. Tukey was used for post-hoc analysis. Statistical significance level was a=.05. The analysis of IgG between men and women showed a higher signigicant level in women isotonic squat and jump squat (p<.001). The analysis of Cortisol between men and women showed a higher signigicant level in men isotonic squat and jump squat (p<.05). The analysis of CK between men and women showed a higher signigicant level in men isotonic squat, isometricsquat and jump squat (p<.01, p<.001, p<.01). The analysis of Testosterone between men and women showed a higher signigicant level in men isotonic squat , isometricsquat and jump squat (p<.001).

This research has for objective to evaluate the win/loss pattern depending on scores per quarter of each basketball team, which has played ten minutes for four quarters during total two seasons, 2010season, 2011season and, simultaneously, to figure out which quarter’s goal average would be a major factor in winning or losing. It, also, has for objective to set a segmented analysis index for evaluating basketball games. In order to accomplish its objective, this study included data which shows score per quarter of ten teams in total 1080 games for the 2010season, 2011season of the Korean Basketball League, and the decision tree model, one of the Data Mining techniques, through SPSS clementine 11.1 was used to establish the win/loss pattern model depending on scores per quarter and to analyze predictive capability of game results. An algorithm of the decision tree model this research used was CART algorithm. The analysis result is the same as the next. The pattern of which the winning rate is high appeared for 3 pattern. first getting over 23.5 points in 3 quarter. second pattern is getting over 20.5points in 2 quarter. last pattern is getting over 15.5 points in 4 quarter. The pattern of which the defeat rate is low appeared for 4 pattern, too. First getting lower 23.5 points in 3 quarter. Second pattern is getting lower 23.5 points in 1 quarter. Third pattern is getting lower 14.5 points in 2 quarter. last pattern is getting lower 20.5 points in 1 quarter. Consequently, The most important factor of connection with korea professional basket ball victory and defeat is the score distribution of at the 3 quarter. additionally, the major element appear at the distribution of score of 1, 2 quarter.

The purpose of this study improves a range of motion and alleviates a spasticity on children with spastic cerebral palsy, range of motion and spasticity caused by excessive myotasis. For achieving this purpose, we select 8 children who are spastic cerebral palsy, as an experimental group, taking part in swimming program of S-rehabilitation center and 8 children who are spastic cerebral palsy, as a control group, not participating swimming program. Swimming exercise is performed from each one hour on three times a week. We use a modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) to evaluate a spastic and a Goniometer to evaluate a range of motion. For a suitable data processing, SPSS/PC+ 12.0 Windows version is used. Differences between pretest and posttest according to spastic and range of motion are compared using two-dependent sample t test and differences intergroup are compared using two-independent sample t test. The results are follows. First, In experimental group, rom of elbow shows significantly different appeared but muscle tone of elbow shows significantly different is not appeared. Second, In experimental group, rom of knee shows significantly different appeared but muscle tone of knee shows significantly different is not appeared. Third, In control group, rom and muscle tone of elbow show significantly different is not appeared. Fourth, In control group, rom and muscle tone of knee show significantly different is not appeared. Fifth, ROM and muscle tone of elbow are improved averagely between groups but significantly different is not appeared. Lastly, ROM and muscle tone of Knee are improved averagely between groups but significantly different is not appeared.

The purpose of this study is for examining the efficiency of a 12 weeks resistance training program that includes ingesting sport supplements. The effectiveness of this study is based on muscle anabolism, mass and strength, developing body builders’ competing ability and improving the quality of life for those who enjoy weight training exercise. According to the result of this study, in comparison with the before and after effects to the body in the following areas: bench press, leg press, human growth hormone, insulin and IGF-1; those who took sport supplements with additional protein increased their muscle anabolism, mass and strength. However, the resistance training program did not provide a positive effect on amplifying body composition, weight, muscle mass, fat mass, bench press or leg press. Based on the findings of this study, a 12 week resistance training program while ingesting sport supplements can produce positive effects in accelerating our biological response by improving muscle anabolism, mass and strength. The body’s growth and development should be balanced in conjunction with exercising, a healthy diet and sufficient rest. If you cannot control all of these aspects, it is impossible to anticipate a positive result in body growth and improvement.
운동형태의 차이 및 Detraining이 비만중년여성의 노화관련 호르몬과 심폐기능에 미치는 영향

The objective of this study was to suggest a more effective exercise method to age-related hormones and cardiopulmonary function of obese middle-aged women by defining a more effective exercise method with application of yoga, aerobic exercise, and gymstick to such women and observation of tendency change attributable to exercise stoppage by having four-week of detraining period. The research subjects are 27 obese middle-aged women with over 30% of body fat measured who are member of B women group in P Metropolitan City and they are categorized into 3 groups of 9 members for yoga, aerobic exercise, and gymstick respectively. O2max, FVC, growth hormones, DHEA-S, and melatonin were measured and data was treated by two-way ANOVA with repeated measure. As for research outcome, VO2max did not have a meaningful difference; and FVC significantly increased in those groups for yoga and gymstick after exercise and significantly decreased after stopping exercise for 4 weeks after from pre-exercise. As for the difference between after-exercise and after 4 week exercise stoppage, it significantly increased only in the gymstick group after 4 week exercise stoppage. GH significantly increased in the gymstick group after exercise; significantly decreases after 4 week exercise stoppage; and sustained the increasing momentum with a meaningful difference between before exercise and after 4 week exercise stoppage. DHEA-S significantly increased in yoga and gymstick groups after exercise and significantly decreased in the period between after-exercise and after 4 week exercise stoppage. Melatonin did not show a meaningful difference.

The purpose of this study was to effects of combined exercise and extracts from Cirsium japonicum var. ussuriense on oxidative stress, antioxidant capacity and inflammatory markers in middle aged men. The subjects of this study were total 36 persons(control group: 9, milk thistle extracts group: 9, exercise group: 9, milk thistle extracts+exercise group: 9). Subjects in 4 groups performed their assigned combined training 50∼60min/day, 3∼4day/week for 12weeks. And milk thistle were extracts silymarin capsule once per day for 12weeks. In measurements index, oxidative stress, antioxidant capacity and inflammatory markers were determined oxidative stress(Fort), total antioxidant capacity(Fort), WBC, CRP, and fibrinogen. Data obtained at pre and post test were compared among four groups test utilizing two-way ANOVA with repeated measures. The results of this present study were as follows: In oxidative stress and antioxidant capacity, plasma free oxygen radical levels in the milk thistle extracts group was significantly decreased after treatment than before(p<.05). The exercise group was significantly decreased after treatment than before(p<.05), the milk thistle extracts+exercise group was significantly decreased after treatment than before(p<.01). Total antioxidant capacity in the milk thistle extracts group was significantly increased after treatment than before(p<.01). The exercise group was significantly increased after treatment than before(p<.05), the milk thistle extracts+exercise group was significantly increased after treatment than before(p<.01). WBC and fibrinogen levels in the milk thistle extracts group was significantly decreased after treatment than before(p<.05). The exercise group was significantly decreased after treatment than before(p<.05), the milk thistle extracts+exercise group was significantly decreased after treatment than before(p<.01). The CRP levels in the milk thistle extracts group was significantly decreased after treatment than before(p<.01). The exercise group was significantly decreased after treatment than before(p<.05), the milk thistle extracts+exercise group was significantly decreased after treatment than before(p<.01). It was concluded that middle aged men were improved by combined exercise and milk thistle extracts more effective for enhancing oxidative stress, antioxidant capacity and inflammatory markers.

The purpose of this study was to provide scientific data for an exercise prescription and improve body balance and muscular strength in male university students through K-Bar training. The Subjects in this experiment were 23 male university students who wanted to participate in the experiment actively, and they were divided into two groups. Repeated measures ANOVA was used to see the changes between obese and normal groups, and the Duncan method(p<0.05) was used for post-inspection. We investigated the differences in body composition, body balance, and lumbar joint between the two groups after K-Bar weight training. First, it is considered that there will be positive results in body lean mass, fat mass, and muscle mass through K-Bar training program, for at least. Second, performing K-Bar weight training more than, 4 days per week, and hour per day is effective for body balance. Third, there is an improvement in K-Bar weight training, and it is Trunk imbalance, Trunk inclination, Surface rotation, Lateral deviation considered that there will be more positive result when performing long-term K-Bar program. Therefore, there is a need for longer period of time before planning K-Bar weight training.

The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of 12 weeks of regular exercise on physical fitness and health-related variables in iron industrial workers. Thirty eight untrained volunteers that they who have a adult disease risk factor. All subjects participated to combined exercise program (weight training: 1RM 50-70%, 12-20 repetitions, 3-5sets, 30sec rest between each set, endurance exercise: RPE 15±2, 25min). Physical fitness (back strength, sit and reach, sit-ups, 1000m) and health-related index(weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, total cholesterol, HDL-c, LDL-c, triglyceride(TG), body fat, muscle mass, BMI) were measured before and after of the combined exercise program. Basal fitness was significantly difference that sit ups(P<.01), Health related variables were positive effect on blood glucose(P<.01), HDL-c(P<.01), LDL-c(P<.01), TG(P<.01), BMI(p<.05), and muscle mass(P<.01) improved significantly in pre and post. These result indicated that the regular exercise program of 12 weeks positive effects on physical fitness and health-related variables.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 12-week combined aquatic exercise on risk factors of vascular dementia in the obese elderly women. The subjects were the over 65 years obese women who participated in combined aquatic exercise program at a social welfare organization. Total 9 of subjects were participated in and had 50 min session with 3 day per week for 12 weeks. This Combined aquatic exercise was composed of aquatic aerobic and resistance exercises(RPE 9-16). Some variation of body composition and risk factor of vascular dementia were measured before and after exercise. Through statistical analysis on paired t-test, following results. There were no significance in SBP(systolic blood pressure), DBP(diastolic blood pressure), Glucose, TC(total cholesterol), TG(triglyceridc), LDL-C(Low Density Lipoprotein - Cholesterol), HDL-C(High Density Lipoprotein - Cholesterol), Dopamine, Epinephrine, depression but there were significance in Norepinphine before and after exercise. These findings indicate that combined aquatic exercise was effective to prevent vascular dementia risk factors and to retard the velocity of vascular dementia.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of combined exercise on metabolic syndrome in obese and normal college students through 16-week program of combined exercise, and to provide scientific data for prevention of metabolic syndrome and treatment of obesity. The participants performed 70 minutes of training, 4 times per week for total 16 weeks. Repeated measures ANOVA was used to see the changes between obese and normal groups, and the Duncan method on correlation analysis(p<0.05) was used for post-inspection. The obese group achieved greater reductions in body fat mass(BMI) and body fat percentage when compared with normal group. In addition, there were significant differences in HDLC(p<0.05) between obese and normal groups. Missing data were excluded. These results imply that combined exercise composed of aerobic and resistance exercise reduces blood lipid in college students, and it is effective against metabolic syndrome to conduct 70 minutes of exercise 4 times per week at the intensity of 50∼80%HRmax and 50∼80% RM.
