전 세계는 현재 수소 경제사회로 급변하는 시점에 있으며, 유럽 및 선진 주요국의 수소 기술 개발 과 수소 전략투자는 수소 경제 확산을 위해 저렴한 생산과 안정적인 저장, 그리고 수요 공급 체계 및 인 프라 개발에 역점을 두고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 모빌리티 플랫폼에 주력하게 된다. 본 연구의 방법은 IT 산업의 수소에너지의 수요보다 미래 차세대 동력으로 전기차의 인프라 플랫폼 연관성을 조사하였다. 이에 대한 분석을 통해 융합 IT 정책에 따른 미래 산업 플랫폼과 인프라를 지역혁신에 따른 구축을 하고자 하 였다. 그 결과 블록체인을 이용한 지역 플랫폼 구축은 더 많은 모빌리티을 더 활성화하여 전체 지역혁신 에 영향을 미치게 된다. AI 연계 수소 에너지 경제로의 전환하고, 스마트 e-모빌리티로써, 향후 수소 친환 경 경제성장을 위한 글로컬 플랫폼 구축함으로써, 국가의 IT 융합산업 정책에 이바지할 것이다.

The world is currently rapidly changing into a hydrogen economy, and hydrogen technology development and hydrogen strategic investment in Europe and major developed countries are focusing on low-cost production, stable storage, and demand supply systems and infrastructure to spread the hydrogen economy. Therefore, this study focuses on the mobility platform. The method of the study investigated the relationship between the infrastructure platform of electric vehicles as a future next-generation power rather than the demand for hydrogen energy in the IT industry. Through this analysis, the future industrial platform and infrastructure according to the convergence IT policy were to be built according to regional innovation. As a result, the construction of a local platform using the block chain will activate more mobility and affect the overall regional innovation. The transition to AI involved-hydrogen energy economy and smart e-mobility will contribute to the national IT convergence industry policy in building a glocal platform for hydrogen eco-friendly economic growth in the future.

코로나 19시대 이후 온라인 동영상 서비스 이용이 급증하고 있다. 이로 인하여 온라인 동영상 서비 스 기업 중 넷플릭스와 왓챠의 사용 비중이 증가하였으며 두 기업의 마케팅 전략 또한 다양해지고 있다. 본 연구는 두 기업의 경영 방식, 서비스를 비교하여 한국 기업인 왓챠의 온라인 동영상 서비스 시장에서 의 경쟁력 강화 방안을 모색하려고 한다. 공식 홈페이지, 기사, 블로그 등 인터넷 매체를 통해 넷플릭스의 경영 방식과 시청자들에게 제공하는 서비스를 분석하고 현재 왓챠의 경영 방식과 시청자들에게 제공하는 서비스를 분석하여 이를 바탕으로 7가지의 가정을 이용해 게임이론을 적용시켜 보수행렬표를 이용해 평가 하였다. 온라인 동영상 서비스 플랫폼 중 왓챠가 경쟁력을 가질 수 있도록 자체 및 다국적 콘텐츠, 다국적 자막 계정 공유 등의 서비스를 유지 또는 축소하는 것이 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이들 방식을 적용 하면 온라인 동영상 서비스 플랫폼 중 왓챠의 경쟁력이 높아질 것으로 기대된다.

Since the era of COVID-19, the use of Over The Top(OTT) media services has been rapidly increasing. As a result, the proportion of use of Netflix and Watcha among OTT media service companies has increased.The marketing strategies of the two companies are also diversifying.This study compares the management methods and services of the two companies to find ways to strengthen the competitiveness of Watcha, a Korean company, in the OTT media service marke..The purpose of this study is to analyze the management method of Netflix and the services it provides to viewers through internet media such as the official website, articles, and blogs.The current management method of Watcha and the services provided to viewers were analyzed, and 7 assumptions and game theory were applied and evaluated using the payoff matrix. As a result of the study, it was found that it is good to maintain or reduce services such as sharing of own and multinational content and multinational subtitle accounts so that Watcha can have a competitive edge among OTT media service platforms Therefore, if these methods are applied, it is expected that Watcha's competitiveness among OTT media service platforms will increase.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 국제보건 간호역량과 셀프 리더십의 정도와 관계를 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구는 간호대학생 96명을 대상으로 2022년 5월 1일부터 5월 20일까지 온라인 설문조사를 자료를 수집하여 SPSS로 분석한 상관관계 연구이다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 국제보건 간호역량은 평균 2.53±0.65점으로 중간 정 도의 점수를 보였으며, 셀프 리더십은 평균 4.04±0.63점으로 높게 나타났다. 해외 방문 경험이 많을수록 국제보건 간호역량이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 셀프 리더십이 향상될수록 국제보건 간호역량이 증진됨을 알 수 있었다. 결 론적으로 국제보건 간호역량 향상을 위해 직·간접적인 해외 체험을 할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 것이 필요하다. 또한, 국제보건 간호역량 향상을 위한 프로그램을 개발하여 이에 대한 효과성 연구 등 지속적인 추후 연구가 필요하다.

This study is to investigate the relationship between nursing students' global health nursing competency and self-leadership. This study was conducted from May 1 to May 20, 2022, for 96 nursing college students. As a result of the study, the global health nursing competency of nursing students averaged 2.53±0.65 points, showing a moderate score, and self-leadership was high with an average of 4.04±0.63 points. It was found that the more overseas visit experience, the higher the global health nursing competency. In conclusion, it is necessary to find ways to improve self-leadership and provide opportunities for direct and indirect overseas experience to improve global health nursing competency. In addition, it is necessary to develop a program to improve global health nursing competency and to conduct continuous future research such as research on its effectiveness.

최근 무기체계 개발에 있어 시험평가의 중요성이 부각 되고 있다. 특히, 개발시험평가가 미흡하여 운용시험평가의 정상적인 수행에 지장을 초래하는 경우가 다수 발생하고 있으며, 이에 따른 개발 기간의 지연 및 소요 예산이 증가하는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 이에, 개발시험평가에 대한 신뢰성 강화 요소를 도 출하고, 이러한 요소를 중심으로 문제 사례를 분석하여 시사점을 찾고, 우리나라에의 적용 가능성을 논하 였다. 문헌 연구와 전문기관 및 전문가 자문을 통해 요소 후보들을 도출하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 구조방정 식 모델을 설정하여 관계를 파악한 후, 개발시험평가 신뢰성 강화를 위한 발전 방향을 제언하였다.

Recently, the importance of test and evaluation has been highlighted in the development of weapon systems. In particular, there are many cases where the development test and evaluation is insufficient, which interferes with the normal performance of the operational test and evaluation, and as a result, the development period is delayed and the required budget is increased in many cases. Accordingly, factors to strengthen reliability in development test evaluation were derived, and problem cases were analyzed based on these factors to find implications, and the possibility of application to Korea was discussed. Element candidates were derived through literature study and consultations with specialized institutions and experts, and based on these, a structural equation model was established to identify the relationship, and then a development directions were suggested to strengthen the reliability of development test and evaluation.
