CPR in High-rise building is one of the challenging tasks to 119 paramedics, evacuating patient from the narrow and vertical area. This study was built to compare the method of mechanical CPR and manual CPR is to maximizing on-scene treatment time, and minimizing the hand-off time in cardiac arrest, transporting patient as fast as possible. The electronic data research (Science, Pubmed, Medline, Medline and 55 academic DB interworking) was conducted, and five articles were included by reviewing and excluding through the Covidence program and Review Manager version 5.4(Cochrane Collaboration). OHCA occurring on the higher floor indicates lower in survival. A total studies uniformly reported mechanical CPR is more effective during the high-rise building evacuation, than manual CPR in rate, depth, and hands-on time of chest compression. Use of mechanical CPR device is more suitable in case of High-rise building OHCA to improve the survival rate which is affected by high-quality CPR.

With the start of COVID-19 in 2020, the MBTI test became popular among Korean young generation and then developed into a nationwide hot topic. This paper aims to investigate the characteristics of the MBTI popularity in Korea and the public opinions toward this phenomenon. With the analysis of the reports contents, 231 news reports related to MBTI were selected from KINDS (Korea Integrated News Database System) as research samples. The general attitude of the media towards MBTI tests and the reasons for the formation of positive and negative evaluations will be discussed from three perspectives: media attention, media attitudes and cognitive sources. The research finds that the increasing interest in MBTI among the younger generation in Korea is driven by a post-epidemic desire for self-exploration, emotional planning, and online group affiliation. MBTI has gained quasi-scientific status, similar to horoscopes, influenced by celebrities and a substantial fan base in online communication. While widely used for entertainment and social currency, there are concerns that extensive labeling may unconsciously impact individuals' self-perception and hinder the development of a holistic and objective cognitive framework.

Introduction. In this study, purpose is to analize the types of golf tourism, inbound or outbound, by using big data and see how movement of industry is being changed and what changes have been made during and after Covid-19 in golf industry. Method Using Textom, a big data analysis tool, "golf tourism" and “Covid-19” were selected as keywords, and search frequency information of Naver and Daum was collected for a year from 1st January, 2023 to 31st December, 2023, and data preprocessing was conducted based on this. For the suitability of the study and more accurate data, data not related to "golf tourism" was removed through the refining process, and similar keywords were grouped into the same keyword to perform analysis. As a result of the word refining process, top 36 keywords with the highest relevance and search frequency were selected and applied to this study. The top 36 keywords derived through word purification were subjected to TF-IDF analysis, visualization analysis using Ucinet6 and NetDraw programs, network analysis between keywords, and cluster analysis between each keyword through Concor analysis. Results By using big data analysis, it was found out option of oversea golf tourism is affecting on inbound golf travel. “Golf”, “Tourism”, “Vietnam”, ”Thailand” showed high frequencies, which proves that oversea golf tour is now the re-coming trends.

The Pulpose of this systematic review is aimed to establish the procedure of the injection with saftey and efficiency in the pre-hospital cardiac arrest patient performing the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), compared with traditional medication administration using Ampoule and medication administration with Pre-filled Syringe. Databases were searched for CPR, heart arrest, resuscitation, Pre-filled Syringe, and Ampoule by the electronic data research including Pubmed, EMBASE and Cochran Library of Konyang University Library: 4 articles were selected by three co-authors using EndNote X20 and Covidence (Covidence.org) and were systematically reviewed. The Result of this study, the medication administration using Pre-fillled Syringe improves the safety of patients and Emergency medical workers by reducing the error in administration dose and administering the drug in safe than the medication adminisrtaion using Ampoule, also, contributes to the increment of survival rate of cardiac arrest and severe patients by decreasing the administration time that prevents the delay of medication administration.

Academic procrastination is a common phenomenon among college students where individuals knowingly delay their assignments, expecting negative consequences. The present study, mainly consisting of literature review, examined the complex nature of procrastination, focusing on the causes, outcomes, and components suggested for relevant interventions. Research suggests the following features as the causal factors of college students’ procrastination: fear for failure, low selfefficacy, and perceived irrelevance in the given tasks. Negative consequences of procrastination include higher anxiety and depression, damaged academic performance, and impaired mental health. Though a few studies indicated potential benefits of procrastination, its overall impact is highly detrimental. Interventions aiming to reduce procrastination are suggested to consist of a few components, including certain cognitive-behavioral strategies, addressing emotional approaches, and creating socially supportive environments. The literature review methodology applied to the present study contains certain limitations, such as heavy reliance on existing research, potentially restraining novel viewpoints, and inclusion of various perspectives of stakeholders. Future researchers interested in this theme are encouraged to further explore the long-term effects of procrastination, the interplay between procrastination and mental health, and to develop interventions that are culturally sensitive. The present study discusses the need for an extensive comprehension for college students’ academic procrastination in order to generate effective interventions that promote their academic success as well as well-being.

This study examined the effect of the distance Infection Control Education Program (ICEP), developed based on the ADDIE model, on infection control knowledge, attitude, and performance among care workers in long-term care facilities nationwide. The program, developed based on the ADDIE model, was applied to 173 care workers directly responsible for nursing care of elderly residents in lomg-term care facilities. The distance ICEP for care workers was conducted through the website and lasted 30 minutes for each of the eight topics. To determine the effectiveness of the education, infection control knowledge, attitude, performance, and satisfaction were surveyed before and four weeks after the program. Differences in infection control knowledge, attitude, and performance before and after the distance ICEP were assessed by a t-test. A significant difference was observed in knowledge and infection control performance after the distance ICEP was administered to care workers. In the sub-domains of infection control performance, overall understanding of infection, regular infection control education, infection control by special pathogen (multidrug-resistant bacteria, tuberculosis, tick-borne infectious diseases), and detailed infection control education by infection site (pressure ulcers and urinary tract infections) were significantly improved. Infection control knowledge and performance improved through the distance ICEP applied to care workers. Satisfaction also displayed high scores on most items and indicated that it was helpful for infection control in facilities, confirming the effectiveness of infection control education. Based on the survey of care workers nationwide, the infection education program can be effectively used for care workers in the future.

A blind box is a kind of sales method in that you can only get the product information by opening the package. In 2019, blind box products began to grow rapidly in the Chinese market, and gradually formed a special "blind box economy". The particularity of blind box products is that driven by consumers' curiosity, consumers' purchasing behavior can be directly induced by the visual and tactile perception of commodity packaging. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the psychological needs of consumers and master the blind box packaging design elements under the influence of consumer psychology. This paper takes figurine blind box packaging elements as the research scope and Chinese blind box consumers as the research object. Through market research and literature study, We are designed to conduct a questionnaire survey and SPSS empirical study to find out the differences in the preferences of different consumer temperament types for blind box packaging, taking the characteristics of blind box products and consumer psychology as the relevant theoretical background. The research results show that among the blind box consumers, choleric type consumers predominate, the color of the blind box packaging presents red, orange, and yellow preference, and the material presents metal, and plastic preference. The shape of the blind box shows a preference for special shape.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the competitive environment of 7-Eleven using Porter's 5 Force model to analyze the specific competitiveness of 7-Eleven that has maintained continuous growth as a competitive company. Methods: This study is a case study of 7-Eleven. Results: As a result of the analysis, 7-Eleven has reinforced its competitiveness with existing competitors by raising entry barriers by expanding domestic stores and developing overseas convenience store business, focusing on North America, based on economy of scale. In addition, 7-Eleven seeks to differentiate itself from other convenience stores by developing a “private brand” and strengthens its bargaining power with suppliers through the development of new products by gathering information and know-how of experts in product development based on customer needs. The bargaining power with customers has been strengthened by building loyalty and trust in the brand by allowing consumers to purchase the same products at the same price no matter which store they visit. As a threat to potential competitors, 7-Eleven has secured a competition advantage by raising the barrier to entry by concentrating stores in specific areas through a dominant franchise development strategy and increasing awareness of 7-Eleven among consumers. In the case of threats from substitute products, it was confirmed that 7-Eleven has overcome the threat from substitute products by opening 24 hours a day and providing various services such as ATMs and copiers.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effects of major satisfaction, positive psychological capital, and job-Seeking Stress in the relationship between college students' self-directed learning and career preparation behavior. For this purpose, the study was conducted on 253 college students. The parallel mediation effect was analyzed using SPSS (24.0). Process Macro and Bootstrapping. The following results were confirmed. First, self-directed learning, major satisfaction, positive psychological capital, job-Seeking stress, and career preparation behavior were found to have a mutually significant influence relationship. Second, in the relationship between self-directed learning and career preparation behavior, major satisfaction, positive psychological capital, and job-seeking stress were confirmed to be variables that affect the parallel mediation effect and serial multiple mediation effect.Third, college students' self-directed learning was found to increase career preparation behavior through the mediating roles of major satisfaction, positive psychological capital, and employment stress. Therefore, in order to increase the career outcomes and success rates of college students, their own efforts, professors, and schools must create diverse environments and develop programs for college students' careers. Additionally, follow-up research must continue to supplement this.

As a main purpose of ecotourism is to protect natural environment, it is important to ensure sustainability of ecotourism sites. Also, understanding ecotourists’ behavior related to sustainability is a key for ecotourism because their activities might impact on the sustainability in any form. Thus, this study was designed to analyze the integrated model of Self-determination Theory and the Theory of Planned Behavior, along with sustainable intelligence as a moderating variable, to identify the behavioral intention of ecotourists. The empirical analysis was conducted using 265 questionnaires collected from ecotourists visiting Geomun Oreum Lava Tube, utilizing SPSS/WIN 27.0 and AMOS 23. The results revealed that a stronger sense of intrinsic motivation positively influences planned behavior and ultimately has a significant impact on the formation of behavioral intention. Furthermore, it was confirmed that sustainable intelligence has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between ecotourists' attitude and their behavioral intention. The contributions of this study are as follow. First, this study provides unique understandings on ecotourists’ behavioral intention based on the integrated model of the two theories which has not been actively discussed in the previous studies. Second, this study suggests new findings on the value of sustainable intelligence as a moderating variable in order to improve ecotourists’ behavioral intention. Based on these contributions, we need to develop ecotourism considering the relationships among the variables of self-determination and planned behavior related to sustainable intelligence of ecotourists.
