Previously, parallel computing was mainly used in areas requiring high computing performance, but nowadays, multicore CPUs and GPUs have become widespread, and parallel programming advantages can be obtained even in a PC environment. Various parallel programming frameworks using multicore CPUs such as OpenMP and PPL have been announced. Nvidia and AMD have developed parallel programming platforms and APIs for program developers to take advantage of multicore GPUs on their graphics cards. In this paper, we develop digital image transformation programs that runs on each of the major parallel programming frameworks, and measure the execution time. We analyze the characteristics of each framework through the execution time comparison. Also a constant K indicating the ratio of program execution time between different parallel computing environments is presented. Using this, it is possible to predict rough execution time without implementing a parallel program.

A Comparative Study on 3D Data Performance in Mobile Web Browsers in 4G and 5G Environments

Since their emergence in 2007, smart phones have advanced up to the point that 5G mobile communication in 2019 started to be commercialized. Accordingly, now it is possible to share 3D modeling files and collaborate by means of a mobile web. As the recently commercialized 5G mobile communication network is so useful in sharing 3D modeling files and collaborating that even large-size geometry files can be transmitted at ultra high speed with ultra low transfer delay. We examines characteristics of major 3D file formats such as STL, OBJ, FBX, and glTF and compares the existing 4G LTE (Long Term Evolution) network with the 5G NR (New Radio) mobile communication network. The loading time and packets of each format were measured depending on the mobile web browser environments. We shows that in comparison with 4G LTE, the loading time of STL and OBJ file formats were reduced as much as 6.55 sec and 9.41 sec, respectively in the 5G NR and Chrome browsers. The glTF file format showed the most efficient performance in all of the 4G/5G mobile communication networks, Chrome, and Edge browsers. In the case of STL and OBJ, the traffic was relatively excessive in 5G NR and Edge browsers. The findings of this study are expected to be utilized to develop a 3D file format that reduces the loading time in a mobile web environment.

The purpose of this study is to show probability of alternate food by using edible insects through the reports (Edible insects: Future prospects for food and feed security) edited by WFO (World Food Organization). We were carried out to develop the functional meat new product using Mealworm (Tenebrio molitor lavare) and Chicken breast. People's interest to the healthy, low-calories food is growing up, the Foodservice industry is developing and making Functional food, which helps to a sale strategy. Insects have played an important role as human food throughout history, especially in Africa, Asia and Latin America. . A rapid increase in the human population is expected in the second half of the 21 century, which will lead to lower availability of food, especially animal protein As the problem of food supply and demand has come to the fore with climate change, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) has noticed edible insects as future food resources in order to prepare against the shortage of protein source. Recently consumers, especially patients have doubts about safety of raw materials for food. To overcome these limitations, I propose an enteral nutrition formula using edible insects as a raw material.

Double Quadrature Spatial Modulation

Quadrature spatial modulation (QSM) utilizes the in-phase and quadrature spatial dimensions to transmit the real and imaginary parts, respectively, of a single signal symbol. Improved QSM (IQSM) builds upon QSM to increase the spectral efficiency by transmitting the real and imaginary parts of two signal symbols using antenna combinations of size of two. In this paper, we propose a double QSM (DQSM) scheme that transmits the real and imaginary parts of two signal symbols independently through any of the transmit antennas. The two signal symbols are drawn from two different constellations of the same size with the first symbol drawn from any of the conventional modulation sets while the second is drawn from an optimally rotated version of the first constellation. The optimum rotation angle is obtained through extensive Monte Carlo simulations to minimize the bit error rate (BER) of the system. Simulation results show that for a given spectral efficiency, DQSM performs relatively close to IQSM while requiring a smaller number of transmit antennas, and outperforms IQSM by up to 2 dB when the same number of antennas are used.

Rotated-symbol Generalized Spatial Modulation

In spatial modulation (SM), both the signal symbol and spatial symbol, i.e., the index of the antenna from which signal symbol is transmitted, carry information. To increase the number of bits carried by spatial symbols, more transmit antennas are required. In the generalized SM (GSM), the same signal symbol is transmitted from a combination of antennas, resulting in a reduction in the number of antennas required to achieve a given spectral efficiency. In this paper, we propose a rotated-symbol GSM (RGSM), in which the signal symbol is rotated with an angle corresponding to the position of the antenna index within the combination. This increases the number of spatial symbols by a factor equivalent to the length of the antenna combinations of the GSM. Numerically, SM, GSM and RGSM require 128, 17 and 12 transmit antennas to convey seven bits through the spatial symbols. Simulation results show that RGSM performs relatively close to GSM, and in several system settings, their error performances coincide.

The Management Discussion and Analysis(MD&A) provides investors with an opportunity to gain insight into the company from a manager's perspective and enables short-term and long-term analysis of the business. And MD&A is an important channel through which companies and investors can communicate, providing a useful source of information for analyzing financial statements. MD&A is measured by the quality of disclosure and there are many previous studies on the usefulness of disclosure information. Therefore, it is very important for the financial analyst who is the representative information user group in the capital market that MD&A Disclosure Quality is measured in real-time in combination with IT information technology and provided timely to financial analyst. In this study, we propose a method that real-time data is converted to digitalized data by combining MD&A disclosure with IT information technology and provided to financial analyst's information environment in real-time. The real-time information provided by MD&A can help the financial analysts' activities and reduce information asymmetry.

Efficient evidential reasoning is an important issue in the development of advanced knowledge based systems. Efficiency is closely related to the design of problems solving methods adopted in the system. The explicit modeling of problem-solving structures is suggested for efficient and effective reasoning. It is pointed out that the problem-solving method framework is often too coarse-grained and too abstract to specify the detailed design and implementation of a reasoning system. Therefore, as a key step in developing a new reasoning scheme based on properties of the problem, the problem-solving method framework is expanded by introducing finer grained problem-solving primitives and defining an overall control structure in terms of these primitives. Once the individual components of the control structure are defined in terms of problem solving primitives, the overall control algorithm for the reasoning system can be represented in terms of a finite state diagram.

Security Exposure of RTP packet in VoIP

VoIP technology is a technology for exchanging voice or video data through IP network. Various protocols are used for this technique, in particular, RTP(Real-time Transport Protocol)[1] protocol is used to exchange voice data. In recent years, with the development of communication technology, there has been an increasing tendency of services such as “Kakao Voice Talk” to exchange voice and video data through IP network[2]. Most of these services provide a service with security guarantee by a user authentication process and an encryption process. However, RTP protocol does not require encryption when transmitting data. Therefore, there is an exposition risk in the voice data using RTP protocol. We will present the risk of the situation where packets are sniffed in VoIP(Voice over IP)[3] communication using RTP protocol. To this end, we configured a VoIP telephone network, applied our own sniffing tool, and analyzed the sniffed packets to show the risk that users' data could be exposed unprotected.

Video files of video devices such as black box and CCTV may be damaged due to repetitive file read / write and physical environment factors. Even though there are available parts of video information, it may happen that playback can’t be performed due to damage of some information. To playback the remaining video information normally, it is necessary to recover damaged areas of the files. For this, it is necessary to accurately check the damage range of the files. In this paper, we propose the design and implementation of a tool which detects damaged areas of a video file and recovers the usable area of the file to playback. The proposed tool can analyze and recover without additional information by analyzing common information of video container format and can check detailed damaged ranges with chunks. It is possible to perform recovery just only with the target file and reference file without any other information such as codec specification.

One-Click Marketing Solution for Mobile Videos

In this paper, we propose a simple one-click marketing solution for mobile devices which can advertise a product which is embedded in a mobile video while watching the video on a smartphone. If a specific product of interest appears in the video to the user, one can simply click on the product in the video and a pop-up window with information about the product is proposed. The implementation of the system is expected to enable users to gain real-time information about the product while watching the video without having to search for the product again after watching the movie, and thereby facilitating more mobile commerce. We use a two-fold system to prevent the failure of tracking which often occurs on a single online tracking system, so that the user cannot always get the commercial product information.

The purpose of this study was to reveal how the agility of fingers directly involved in the use of mobile phones, a necessity for modern people, is related to the amount of text usage. To find out, 95 people who agreed to the purpose of this research without any limitation on visual and upper-geometry were selected. The research period was from June 27, 2018 to July 31, 2018. The evaluation tool used in this study was Grooved Pegboard, a standardized evaluation tool that measures hand dexterity, and the general characteristics of examinees such as age, text message amount, and a hand that using for text messages were investigated through interviews. Since text input methods vary depending on mobile phone types, unfamiliar methods of typing mobile phone characters can affect the speed of texting. As a result, there were significant differences in hand dexterity between age and gender. The rate of texting and hand dexterity were statistically significantly faster than those in their 20s and 30s (p<0.05), and in gender, women showed significantly faster texting and hand dexterity than men (p<0.05). However, it was not statistically significant to text usage and to the dexterity of the hand.

In the study, we show the annual average increasing rate of death bodies in the capital area was 2.1% while the annual average increasing rate of cremated bodies was 4.5%. As the annual average increasing rate of cremated bodies was about 2.1 times higher than the annual average increasing rate of death bodies, the increase rate of cremated bodies contrast to the increase rate of death bodies was relatively high. Also, the cremation rate of the capital area was increased by 9.5% from 80.3% in 2011 to 89.8% in 2017 while the increase rate of cremated bodies was 27.2%(N=21,694 people) from 79,866 people in 2011 to 101,560 people in 2017. Thus, the increase rate of cremated bodies contrast to the increase of cremation rate of the capital area was relatively very high. On the basis of 2017, the utilization rate of public cremation facilities in by capital area was 94.5% in Incheon Metropolitan City, 91.1% in Seoul Metropolitan City, and 20.9% in Gyeonggi-do, which showed huge differences in the utilization rate of public cremation facilities in the jurisdiction area of by capital area. Focusing on the actual state shown in the results of this study above, it would be necessary for Seoul Metropolitan City to carry forward a supply & demand policy of cremation facilities through the extension of cremation furnaces, for Gyeonggi-do to carry forward a policy to build the public cremation facilities focusing on the basic local government in the jurisdiction area, and for Incheon Metropolitan City to enforce the measures for the joint use of cremation facilities with the basic local government in the adjacent Gyeonggi-do jurisdiction area in order to improve the efficiency of the operation of cremation facilities.

A great deal needs to be learned about why and how users participate and consume information on various online sites. The design of socio-technical systems especially for promoting engagement in terms of maximum user participation is both a theoretical and real-world challenge that researchers strive to understand. At present, most of the research on the motives of Internet video users' behavior focuses on the user's "viewing motivation" and "sharing motivation", and lacks the analysis of the factors affecting users' "subscription motivation". This study will attempt to compensate for this gap. Based on the YouTube platform, we take Chinese video users as the research object and uses the “Censydiam user motivation analysis model” to make assumptions about user subscription motivation from the two levels of social needs and personal needs, using regression analysis. Validate the hypothesis and get the influencing factors that may be available in the user's subscription motivation based on the assumptions. Built on survey data from 215 respondents, the study found that Enjoyment, Vitality, Power, and Conviviality are four factors that influence user motivation.
