Investigating the Regression Analysis Results for Classification in Test Case Prioritization : A Replicated Study

Research classification of software modules was done to validate the approaches proposed for addressing limitations in existing classification approaches. The objective of this study was to replicate the experiments of a recently published research study and re-evaluate its results. The reason to repeat the experiment(s) and re-evaluate the results was to verify the approach to identify the faulty and non-faulty modules applied in the original study for the prioritization of test cases. As a methodology, we conducted this study to re-evaluate the results of the study. The results showed that binary logistic regression analysis remains helpful for researchers for predictions, as it provides an overall prediction of accuracy in percentage. Our study shows a prediction accuracy of 92.9% for the PureMVC Java open source program, while the original study showed an 82% prediction accuracy for the same Java program classes. It is believed by the authors that future research can refine the criteria used to classify classes of web systems written in various programming languages based on the results of this study.

Control of Seesaw balancing using decision boundary based on classification method

One of the key objectives of control systems is to maintain a system in a specific stable state. To achieve this goal, a variety of control techniques can be used and it is often uses a feedback control method. As known this kind of control methods requires mathematical model of the system. This article presents seesaw unstable system with two propellers which are controlled without use of a mathematical model instead. The goal was to control it using training data. For system control we use a logistic regression technique which is one of machine learning method. We tested our controller on the real model created in our laboratory and the experimental results show that instability of the seesaw system can be fixed at a given angle using the decision boundary estimated from the classification method. The results show that this control method for structural equilibrium can be used with relatively more accuracy of the decision boundary.

For the last two decades, a number of information systems are developed for various aims, depending on business’ needs. There are a lot of organizations in the world which are using information systems in their environment, such as telecommunications organizations, universities and banks. Using information system has become crucial for most of organizations regarding with increasing the performance of work procedures and improve productivity and efficiency in general. There are many different models that have been designed and validated to explain the effect of constructs on the adoption of technologies. The aim of this research is to review the literature on information systems adoption and to analyze the different types of models which are frequently applied by researchers in their efforts to examine the factors that estimate the adoption of technologies. The research explores information systems adoption literature that focuses on development models.

Implementation of Spectrum Analysis System for Vibration Monitoring

Factory monitoring systems are gaining importance in wide areas of industry. Especially, there have been many efforts in implementation of vibration measurement and analysis for monitoring the status of rotating machines. In this paper, a digital signal processor (DSP) based monitoring system dedicated to the vibration monitoring and analysis on rotating machines is discussed. Vibration signals are acquired and processed for the continuous monitoring of the machine status. Time domain signals and fast Fourier transform (FFT) are used for vibration analysis. All of the signal processing procedures are done in the DSP to reduce the production and maintenance cost. The developed system could also provide remote and mobile monitoring capabilities to operator via internet connection. This paper describes the overview of the functional blocks of the implemented system. Test results based on signals from small-size single phase motors are discussed for monitoring and defect diagnosis of the machine status.

Performance Comparison of 3D File Formats on a Mobile Web Browser

As smartphone H/W performance and mobile communication service have been enhanced, large-capacity 3D modeling files are available in smartphones. Common formats of 3D modeling files include STL (STereoLithography), OBJ (Wavefront file format specification), FBX (Filmbox), and glTF (open GL Transmission Format). Each format has different characteristics depending on the configuration and functions, and formats that are supported are varied depending on the applications. Large-size files are commonly used. The 4th generation mobile communication network secures loading of 3D modeling files and transmission of large-size geometric files in order to provide augmented reality services via smartphones. This paper explains the concepts and characteristics of major 3D file formats such as OBJ, FBX, and glTF. In addition, it compares their performance in a wired web with that in the 4th generation mobile communication network. The loading time and packet transmission in each 3D format are also measured by means of different mobile web browsers (Google Chrome and MS Edge). The experiment result shows that glTF demonstrated the most efficient performance while the loading time of OBJ was relatively excessive. Findings of this study can be utilized in selecting specific 3D file formats for rendering time reduction depending on the mobile web environments.

Nowadays, one-person media broadcasting has become popular, and with the progress of this popularity, multimedia techniques which can support such broadcasting are also becoming more and more advanced. One of the most emerging multimedia technique used in this field is the virtual reality technology which sets the one-person media broadcasting environment as a virtual reality environment. However, as such an environment requires instruments of high cost, it is not easy for normal individuals to constitute such environments. Therefore, in this paper we propose how to construct virtual reality-like panoramas with a multiple of smartphones. For this purpose, we designed a special rig which can hold firmly 8 smartphone cameras which have overlapping view of the environment such that panorama stitching becomes possible. To reduce the computation cost, we precomputed the homography matrices, and used 1-D pointer structures to store the computed coordinate values.

The clear and specific objective of this study is to design a false news discriminator algorithm for news articles transmitted on a text-based basis and an architecture that builds it into a system (H/W configuration with Hadoop-based in-memory technology, Deep Learning S/W design for bigdata and SNS linkage). Based on learning data on actual news, the government will submit advanced “fake news” test data as a result and complete theoretical research based on it. The need for research proposed by this study is social cost paid by rumors (including malicious comments) and rumors (written false news) due to the flood of fake news, false reports, rumors and stabbings, among other social challenges. In addition, fake news can distort normal communication channels, undermine human mutual trust, and reduce social capital at the same time. The final purpose of the study is to upgrade the study to a topic that is difficult to distinguish between false and exaggerated, fake and hypocrisy, sincere and false, fraud and error, truth and false.

The emergence of new IT technologies and convergence industries, such as artificial intelligence, bigdata and the Internet of Things, is another chance for South Korea, which has established itself as one of the world’s top IT powerhouses. On the other hand, however, privacy concerns that may arise in the process of using such technologies raise the task of harmonizing the development of new industries and the protection of personal information at the same time. In response, the government clearly presented the criteria for deidentifiable measures of personal information and the scope of use of deidentifiable information needed to ensure that bigdata can be safely utilized within the framework of the current Personal Information Protection Act. It strives to promote corporate investment and industrial development by removing them and to ensure that the protection of the people’s personal information and human rights is not neglected. This study discusses the strategy of deidentifying personal information protection based on the analysis of fake news. Using the strategies derived from this study, it is assumed that deidentification information that is appropriate for deidentification measures is not personal information and can therefore be used for analysis of big data. By doing so, deidentification information can be safely utilized and managed through administrative and technical safeguards to prevent re-identification, considering the possibility of re-identification due to technology development and data growth.

We are worth exploring in detail. The research and analysis of digital IP market, the advantages and disadvantages will be the focus of our pragmatic research. As an emerging market in the digital industry, China has great research value. This paper analyzes the status quo of the current Chinese market by comparing the mature US and Japanese markets. For example, the research of American Disney Company analyzes the mature market structure of Japan. , compared with the excellent case of the Chinese market legend of qin. By studying the current situation of China's digital market, analyzing the interest trends of the customer base, discovering existing problems and improving the accuracy of the prediction and judgment of the Chinese digital market in the future.According to the survey, the IP heat is mainly concentrated in six categories of games, animation, TV, variety, movies, and novels. At present, the most popular IP of manufacturers have three major categories. This article will conduct research and analysis on digital IP, and analyze the market status of China, the United States, and Japan and the research on outstanding representative works in the market.

In this paper, we propose the beamforming algorithm for the performance improvement of MIMO MC-CDMA system. The proposed multibeamforming of MIMO MC-CDMA structure having the same number of beamformer as the number of transmit antenna is derived by calculating the error signals between the coded pilot symbols and the corresponding received signals from the multiple transmitters of the desired user in the frequency domain, transforming the frequency-domain error signals into time-domain error signals, and updating the weights of the multibeamformer in the time-domain in the direction minimizing the mean squared error (MSE). The proposed approach can track each direction of arrival (DOA) of the signals from multi-antennas of a desired user. The performance improvement is investigated through computer simulation by applying the proposed approach to MIMO MC-CDMA system in a multipath fading channel with multiusers.

While the Internet continues to integrate with modern lives, the risks of negative outcomes resulting from problematic use (PU) are also increasing. Although psychological well-being and use motivations have been shown to play major roles in Internet PU, understanding the moderating mechanism is critical for advanced knowledge. The present study employed survey data from users of a live video-game streaming service (LVGS) that is an area rarely been studied. Result concluded a positive moderating effect of escapism motive (EM) on the association between loneliness and the PU of LVGS, while the moderating mechanism between EM and stress was not indicated. A moderating effect of information seeking (IS) on the relationship between stress and the PU of LVGS was found negative, but no mechanism between IS and loneliness was indicated. This study highlights how the interplay of different motivation and pathologies may induce or prevent video-gamerelated addiction.
