This paper presents a study on nonlinear time varying systems based on differential geometry. A brief introduction about controllability and involutivity will be presented. As an example, the exact feedback linearization and the approximate feedback linearization are used in order to show some application examples.

This work is based on the motion estimation to handle the ill-posed nature. The algorithm used in this study that performs the motion estimation for overlapped block is used to calculate with using pixel of neighborhood block with higher correlation and present block by considering the correlation level of neighborhood block. The proposed method shows in a significant improvement in the quality of the mothion field when comparing the conventional methods.

This study aims to examine the effects of watching 2D and 3D images on the blink rate. Regarding the image watch, their blink rate for 2D and 3D images was separately checked for 1 minute in the 1m distance, before the watch, after 15 minutes of watch, and after 30 minutes of watch. About the change of their blink rate in the 2D image watch, it tended to become higher than that before watching the image; however, there was no statistical significance (paired t-test, p=0.106, p=0.062). And in the 2D image watch, it tended to increase in comparison between after 15 minutes and after 30 minutes, but there was no statistical significance (paired t-test, p=0.623). Meanwhile, about the change of their blink rate in the 3D image watch, it tended to decrease statistically significantly both after 15 minutes and after 30 minutes when compared with that before watching the image (paired t-test, p=0.000, p=0.000). In the 3D image watch, it tended to increase in comparison between after 15 minutes and after 30 minutes; however, there was no statistical significance (paired t-test, p=0.867).

Now is the applications are using WSN for environmental monitoring and surveillance applications, intelligent transportation systems, monitoring, disaster recovery, and the structure used in the field. Also, the low cost of the communication and control functions can be provided, in particular management of smart grid demand may be used in many applications. In this paper, WSN in smart grid is based on the building blocks of smart grid management system proposed for the fuzzy demand.

These days the large-scale car accidents have often been occurred by overspeeding in disregard of sharp curve, foggy and freezing regions. This paper has proposed the algorithm to calculate the safety speed in real time that can protect the car accidents under these weather and road conditions using Fuzzy reasoning theory. Under raining and snowing, drivers have to slow down the traffic safety speed by 1/3 of the traffic safety speed indicated on the existing speed sign plate based on their decision. So it is difficult to calculate and then observe the safety speed. This paper has performed the simulation that provides the deivers with the optimal safety speed considering the road and weather conditions in real time to improve these problems. We have proved this method can improve more 25% than the existing one.
