Spatio-temporal Query Processing Systems for Ubiquitous Environments

With the recent development of the ubiquitous computing technology, there are increasing interest and research in technologies such as sensors and RFID related to information recognition and location positioning in various ubiquitous fields. Especially, RTLS (Real-Time Locating Services) dealing with spatio-temporal data is emerging as a promising technology. For these reasons, the ISO/IEC published RTLS standard specification for compatibility and interoperability in RTLS. Therefore, in this paper, we designed and implemented Spatio-temporal Query Processing Systems for efficiently managing and searching the incoming Spatio-temporal data stream of moving objects. Spatio-temporal Query Processing Systems's spatio-temporal middleware maintains interoperability among heterogeneous devices and guarantees data integrity in query processing through real time processing of unceasing spatio-temporal data streams and two way synchronization of spatio-temporal DBMSs. Web Server uses the SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol) message between client and server for interoperability and translates client's SOAP message into CQL(Continuous Query Language) of the spatio-temporal middleware.

Entropy-based Similarity Measures for Memory-based Collaborative Filtering

We proposed a novel similarity measure using weighted difference entropy (WDE) to improve the performance of the CF system. The proposed similarity metric evaluates the entropy with a preference score difference between the common rated items of two users, and normalizes it based on the Gaussian, tanh and sigmoid function. We showed significant improvement of experimental results and environments. These experiments involved changing the number of nearest neighborhoods, and we presented experimental results for two data sets with different characteristics, and results for the quality of recommendation.

This paper describes the sigma-delta ADC/DAC digital block with two channels. The ADC block has comb filter and three half band filters. And the DAC block has 5th Cascaded-of-Integrators Feedback DSM. The ADC and DAC support I2S, RJ, LJ and selectable input data modes of 24bit, 20bit, and 16bit. It is fabricated with 0.35um Hynix standard CMOS cell library. The chip size is 3700*3700um. It has been verified using NC Verilog Simulator and Matlab Tool.

The web service companies develop the App support technique of the HTML5 base in the smart media system and smart TV competitively while the Web platform of the HTML5 base is legislated with the next generation national standard. It is essential to the web kernel, which is the common library of the operating system including the file, window, resource and network management is provided in order to support the various app developments of the HTML5 base effectually. Additionally, the web application program can support UI/UX function of the desktop user using the web browser and JavaScript drive and administration, window management function, and etc. is needed.

Proxy-AAA Authentication Scheme with Forwarding Mode Supporting in PMIPv6 Networks

Mobile IPv6 (MIPv6) is a host-based protocol supporting global mobility while Proxy Mobile IPv6 (PMIPv6) is a network-based protocol supporting localized mobility. This paper makes its focus on how to reduce the longer delay and extra cost arising from the combination of authentication, authorization and accounting (AAA) and PMIPv6 further. Firstly, a novel authentication scheme (Proxy-AAA) is proposed, which supports fast handover mode and forwarding mode between different local mobility anchors (LMAs). Secondly, a cost analysis model is established based on Proxy-AAA. From the theoretical analysis, it could be noted that the cost is affected by average arrival rate and residence time.
