The purpose of this study is to define the concept of tourism convergence, to present the type and case of tourism convergence, to reference the direction of tourism convergence development. Therefore this study investigated about medical tourism, food tourism, films tourism, sports tourism and farming/fishing tourism. For achieving the purpose of this studies, a literature research, survey, experience of researcher and analysis of case study were conducted as study methods. The results of the practical analysis can be summarized as follows. First, Tourism convergence is create that can be produce for new values with other industry. Second, Tourism convergence has three types that is explain farming, manufacturing and service with tourism. Third, as this study is a exploration level about tourism convergence, tourism convergence is something creates value through mix the different industry with tourism. Tourism convergence is a paradigm for customer needs tourism industry in this time. Tourism convergence is possible to combine with medicine, food, films, farming and fishing village fields. On the other hand, this study have a limitation in possibility of subjectivity based on literature research, survey, and a few analysis of case studies, problem of generalization for case studies of tourism convergence.

Efforts to foster greater student speaking skills has been a fundamental theme in foreign language teaching in Korea recently. However, many classes remain unsuccessful in terms of oral activities, and teachers seems reconciled to focusing mainly on reading comprehension. This paper has focused on two techniques which are particularly effective in addressing those two aims, reducing anxiety and ensuring meaningful exchanges in our classroom activities. First, selective error collection, which emphasizes fluency and thus does not stop the flow of orally communicative activities, is one way of reducing students' anxiety by fostering a comfortable atmosphere that encourages voluntary speaking. The other technique is the use of small group work to create intimate communities in a large class, to provide realistic exchanges, and to allow students to participate more in oral activities. As long as one of the ultimate goals of foreign language learning is to be able to communicate orally and actively, speaking activities in classrooms are indispensible, and making these more successful is an urgent issue. Students have a strong desire to become more competent and fluent in English. It is teacher's duty to provide our students with better opportunities to learn.

The purpose of this study is to know how The Servant Leadership which achieves the organizational performance through individual growth and motivation in Flight Attendant Group has an influence. The following is the results. First of all, According to the analytic results between The Servant Leadership and leader's reliability, community building factor has the most influence on leader's reliability positively. Also, the factors such as community building factor, concrete direction factor, displays authenticity factor are considered as the positive factors on this study. While commitment to growth factor has an effect negatively. The community building factor among Servant Leadership has the most effects on team commitment positively. Also, the factors such as displays authenticity factor, commitment to growth factor are regarded as the positive factors on this study. However, The following factors such as community building factor and concrete direction factor shows the negative effects on team commitment. In conclusion, leader's reliability factor is regarded as the positive factor for team commitment.

The advent of the era of local autonomy altered the main players of the competition from nations to local governments, resulting in the transformation of regions into corporate-centered governments which assume responsibilities for the management and their outcome. This research proposes the introduction of the concept of place marketing as a plan to promote tourism in Mapo-gu. The concept of place marketing for promoting tourism in the Mapogu area is to redefine a cultural city in which modern features blend in harmoniously with traditions. The following are policies for the promotion of tourism in the Mapogu area: first, analyze its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, propose the strategic direction regarding tourism policies according to priorities, and emphasize the differentiation from other local governments by establishing the representative tourism commodities second, utilize image improvement marketing by providing background locations for TV dramas and music videos, and communicating with citizens through the internet; third, emphasize Mapo-gu as a festival zone.In order for the festivals to contribute in improving the quality of people’ lives, residents of Mapo-gu have to play the principal agents to this place marketing fourth, emerge as the hub of conventions by constructing a digital media center to become the business center of the Northeast Asia fifth, expand its city tour program by utilizing the local bus sixth, develop a unique brand representing the image of Mapo-gu; seventh, strengthen the vitalizations of public relations.

This studies were engaged to investigate the effects of empowerment in family restaurant on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention of employees. Customer satisfaction was very important in surviving and prospering of family restaurant industry and one of good method getting competitive advantages. However, a strong customer satisfaction is preceded by employee satisfaction in that service is delivered by face-to-face contacts with customers. Therefore, this study explores that empowerment increase job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. Also this study investigates that organizational commitment gets higher by providing turnover intention decreases by providing job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In order to attain the purpose of this study, first, this dissertation processed literature reviews, second, research model was designed and hypotheses were extracted, third, to test hypotheses, 303 questionnaires were analyzed. The samples are employees that work at family restaurants in Dae-gu. The results were summarized as follows. The First, Job satisfaction, Organizational commitment and turnover intention of employees were affected by Empowerment of Family restaurants. The Second, Turnover intention of employee were affected by their Job satisfaction. The Third, Turnover intention of employees was affected by their Organizational commitment.

The purpose of the study is to find how factors of the festival environment cue affect visitor's satisfaction and loyalty through Wow Kid's Festival of Daejeon City, and offers the material for successful children festival program. The results of the study are as follows; Firstly, the contents of the festival is show a significant effect on satisfaction in festival , also the factors of the contents and public relation of the festival are a significant effect on satisfaction in image of visitor's satisfaction. Secondly, in the examination of the festival environment cue influence over the loyalty, the follow-up behavior attitude , accessibility is show a significant effect on re-visition. also accessibility and public relation of the festival are effective factors on the information transfer by the mouth of the visitors. Thirdly, as the result of the analysis on the 2 factors of the satisfaction. such as, satisfaction in festival ,satisfaction in image are effective on re-visitation and the information transfer by the mouth of the visitors. Fourth, the contents of the festival, accessibility and public relation of the festival which are effective on visitor's satisfaction and loyalty. and it shows the organization which hold kid's festival that are necessary to consider these results to achieve it's original objects.
