본 연구는 유아교사의 디지털 역량, 디지털 놀이교수효능감, 디지털 놀이 실행 간의 관계를 분석하고, 유아교사의 디지털 역량과 디지 털 놀이교수효능감이 디지털 놀이 실행에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 D의 시에 소재한 어린이집과 유치원에 재직 중 인 교사 127명을 연구 대상으로 선정하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 신뢰도 분석, 백분율, 기술통계, Pearson의 적률상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 디지털 역량, 디지털 놀이교수효능감, 디지털 놀이 실행 수준 은 모두 평균보다 다소 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 세 변인 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 확인되었다. 셋째, 유아교사의 디지털 역량과 디지털 놀이교수효능감은 디지털 놀이 실행을 유의미하게 예측하는 변수로, 약 53%의 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연 구 결과를 바탕으로 유아교사의 디지털 놀이교수효능감을 강화하고 유아교육 현장에서 디지털 놀이의 적극적 활용을 촉진하기 위해서 는 유아교사의 디지털 역량을 강화하는 프로그램이 필요함을 시사한다.

This study aimed to examine the relationships among early childhood teachers’ digital competency, digital play teaching efficacy, and digital play implementation. In addition, it investigated how teachers’ digital competency and digital play teaching efficacy influence their implementation of digital play. The participants were 127 early childhood teachers working at kindergartens and daycare centers located in D City. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0, including reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed, first, that teachers’ levels of digital competency, digital play teaching efficacy, and digital play implementation were slightly above average. Second, significant positive correlations were found among the three variables. Third, both digital competency and digital play teaching efficacy significantly predicted teachers’ digital play implementation, explaining approximately 53% of the variance. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening both digital competency and teaching efficacy in early childhood teachers to effectively support digital play practices in early childhood education settings. Based on the findings of this study, it is necessary to develop programs that enhance early childhood teachers’ digital competencies in order to strengthen their teaching efficacy in digital play and promote the active implementation of digital play in early childhood education settings.
