청말 해외 여행기의 지리학 지식의 소개는 역사발전의 흐름에 순응하고 시대발전 의 주제를 반영함으로써 오랜 세월 소외되고 무지했던 중국인에게 세계를 이해하고 인식할 수 있는 창을 열어주었다. 이는 오랫동안 폐쇄되고 정체해있던 중국사회에 새 로운 숨결을 불어넣어 중국인들의 사상과 관념을 새로이 하고 변혁하는데 큰 역할을 했으며 사상적, 문화적으로 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 이에 본고는 청말 급부상한 해외 여행기를 통해 중국인들의 세계지리⋅공간개념의 확장과 근대적 세계관 형성 과정을 살펴보고자 한다.

The introduction of geographical knowledge of overseas travel writing in late Qing Dynasty conforms to the trend of historical development and reflects the theme of the development of the times. This has injected a new breath into the long-term stagnation of Chinese society, played a great role in renewing and changing the Chinese people's thoughts and concepts, and is of great significance in terms of ideology and culture. Therefore, this paper will learn about the expansion of Chinese concept of world geospatial and the formation of modern worldview through the overseas travel journal which emerged rapidly in late Qing Dynasty.

渼陂는 장시(江西)성 지안(吉安)시에 있는 관광지이다. 이곳은 당나라 시기에 는 장안의 유명한 관광 휴양지로 아름다운 풍경으로 인해 많은 문인들이 유람을 왔고, 과거 왕조의 문인들은 이 곳에서 아름다운 시와 글을 많이 남겼다. 산시성 정부가 渼陂 관광 문화지역으로 활발하게 개발하는 상황에서 본 논문은 당나라 渼陂 문학 작품을 연구 대상으로 삼아 당나라 渼陂 문학 작품의 이념적 맥락을 개괄하고자 하였다. 본 논문은 주로 陈寅恪 선생의 '이해의 공감'이라는 역사 연 구 방법을 주로 활용하여 본문에 담긴 사상적 내용을 고대인의 관점에서 분석하 고자 하였다. 渼陂 문학 작품과 渼陂의 흥망성쇠, 당대 문학사조를 하나로 연결 하여 당대 渼陂 문학작품의 발전 과정을 탐색하고자 하였다.

Mei Bei is a famous tourist attraction in the Changan area of the Tang Dynasty. It attracts a large number of literati with its beautiful landscape,and in the past dynasties, scholars left many beautiful poems and texts. Under the background that the Shaanxi provincial government vigorously developed the MeiBei tourist cultural scenic spot, this paper aims at the study of the literary works of the Tang Dynasty, and tries to outline the ideological context of the MeiBei literary works of the Tang Dynasty. This article mainly uses the historical research method of "understanding sympathy" by Mr. Chen Yinque and tries to stand on the ideological content in the text of the ancient people's situation. On the basis of the above, this article also tries to link the MeiBei literary works with the rise and fall of the times and the literary trend of the Tang Dynasty. And finally drawning out a development track of the Tang Dynasty's MeiBei literary works.

신생대 직원은 현재 기업에서 중요한 역량을 가지고 있지만, 인사 관리에서 일부 문제가 있어 주의가 필요하다. 본 논문은 S기업을 예로 들어 신생대 직원 의 인사 관리 현황과 문제를 분석하고, 대응책을 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 신생대 직원들은 채용과 교육, 성과 관리 및 동기 부여, 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 등의 부 분에서 일부 문제가 있음을 발견하였다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 본 논문 에서는 차별화된 채용과 교육 계획을 수립, 효과적인 성과평가와 동기 부여 메커니즘을 설립, 커뮤니케이션 및 협업을 강화하는 등의 구체적인 대책을 제안하 였다. 이런 대책은 기업이 신생대 직원을 더 잘 관리하는 데 도움을 주며, 기업 의 성과와 경쟁력을 높일 수 있다.

The new generation of employees is an important force in the current enterprise, but there are some problems in human resource management, which need to be paid attention to. Taking S enterprise as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the new generation of employees in human resource management, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The study found that the new generation had some problems in recruitment and training, performance management and motivation, communication and collaboration. To address these problems, this paper proposes specific countermeasures, including developing differentiated recruitment and training programs, establishing effective performance evaluation and incentives, and strengthening communication and collaboration. These countermeasures can help companies better manage the new generation of employees and improve their performance and competitiveness.

인구 고령화가 가속됨에 따라, 노인 인구가 전체 인구에서 차지하는 비율이 지속 적으로 증가하고 있으며, 노인들은 질병과 생명의 종말 등 문제의 발생률이 점점 더 높아지고 있다. 임종자에게 신체적, 정신적 증상 완화, 통증 관리, 심리적 지원 및 임 종 관리의 통합적 서비스를 제공하여, 모든 개인이 존엄하게 노화와 죽음을 마주할 수 있게 하는 것이 사회적 이슈가 되었으며, 이는 임종 관리의 주요 내용이다. 한국 은 아시아 지역에서 선도적인 역할을 하고 있으며, 완화 의료와 안심 치료 수준이 상 대적으로 높다. 본 논문은 한국 노인 임종 관리 서비스의 발전 경험을 참고하여, 우 리나라에 적합한 임종 관리 서비스 기준을 마련함으로써, 임종자의 생명이 존중받고, 증상이 통제되며, 생명의 질이 향상되고, 임종자 가족의 신체적, 정신적 건강이 유지 될 수 있도록 한다.

With the acceleration of population aging, the proportion of the elderly in the total population is increasing, and the incidence of diseases and end-of-life problems in the elderly is also gradually increasing. It has become a social issue to make every individual face aging and death with dignity by providing comprehensive services (remission of physical and mental symptoms, pain management, psychological support, terminal care) for the dying, which is also the main content of hospice care. As a pioneer in Asia, South Korea has relatively high standards in palliative care and hospice care. Based on the development experience of hospice care for the elderly in South Korea, this article formulates the standard of hospice care services suitable for China so as to respect the life, control symptoms, improve quality of life in the dying, and maintain physical and mental health of their family members.

중국 전통 서원은 유구한 역사를 가지고 있다. 현재 중국에 현존하는 고대서 원의 현황과 활용을 더욱 명확히 하기 위하여 문헌연구법을 채택하여 중국 고대 서원의 보존과 활용 현황, 특히 중국 고대 4대 서원(응천서원, 악록서원, 백록동 서원, 숭양서원)의 현황을 정리하였다. 마지막으로 중국 대학교의 서원제를 간략 하게 소개했다.

Traditional Chinese academies have a long history. In order to further clarify the current status and utilization of ancient Chinese academies, this article adopts the method of literature research, summarizing and organizing the protection and utilization status of ancient Chinese academies, especially the current situation of the four major ancient Chinese academies (Yingtian Academy, Yuelu Academy, Bailudong Academy, and Songyang Academy). Finally, a brief introduction was given to the academy system in Chinese universities.
