Design of Multi-Channel Wireless Sensor Networks Based On Compressive Sensing Theory and Spectrum Sensing Theory

The single-channel wireless sensor networks (WSNs) exists the problem of low efficiency of monitoring data transmission, however the multi-channel WSNs exists the problem of communication collision caused by the sensor node’s wireless channel competition. The paper at first introduces the causes of the above problems and selects a reasonable wireless channel resources allocation method of the multi-channel WSNs. Then to solve these questions, the theory of compressive sensing and spectrum sensing are adopted to improve the existing multi-channel WSNs. Finally, a new sensor node of the multi-channel WSNs is designed based on the above improvement. By analyzing the monitoring data of the field test, the improved multi-channel WSNs could complete monitoring mission efficiently and accurately, meanwhile it reduced power consumption of the WSNs effectively.

Decision Making is one of the most important activities of the human being. Nowadays decisions imply to consider many different points of view, so decisions are commonly taken by formal or informal groups of persons. Groups exchange ideas or engage in a process of argumentation and counter-argumentation, negotiate, cooperate, collaborate or even discuss techniques and/or methodologies for problem solving. Smart Meeting Rooms (SMR) are the election spaces where groups can perform these activities in a local or distributed setting. SMR definition has evolved and in this article we present its evolution side by side with several projects that have been developed during the last decade. We also present the features and evaluation methods present in literature and we make a discussion on the open issues.

Multiple Computation Models for the Prediction of Private Vehicle Ownership in Chinese Area

With the development of Chinese economics, there is an increasing tendency that people have the abilities to purchase private vehicles. However, the increase of private vehicles rapidly increases the air pollution. Therefore, it is necessary that we should study the change regulation of the private vehicle ownership in Chinese area. Due to the impact factors of the change regulation of the private vehicle ownership is various and uncertain, we should take various factors into consideration as much as possible. In this article, we take 11 indicators as the independent variables, while the private vehicle ownership as the dependent variable. Multiple linear regression (MLR) model and artificial neural networks (ANNs) models were developed respectively in order to predict the private vehicle ownership. As an alternative model, we developed grey model GM (1, 1) according to the regulation of the private vehicle ownership. Detailed comparisons among the MLR, ANNs and GM (1, 1) models were made and results show that they have different advantages respectively. Our results shows that all the three types of computation models can be used for the prediction of the private vehicle ownership in Chinese area.

The Department of Heavy NC machine tool has a great influence on the performance of machine tools. The 30%-50% static stiffness, more than 50% of the dynamic stiffness depends on the combining part, and the influence on damping reached 90%.Machine tool with the Department of static and dynamic performance directly determines the accuracy and reliability of Heavy NC machine tool. Therefore, in conjunction with the Department of research and design of Heavy NC machine tool is very important. In this paper, based on Hertz contact theory, the contact at the micro level, considering the combination form of machine tool, and the machine joints as a virtual media simulation, a combination of virtual media framework, and calculation of characteristic parameters of the virtual material, then use the ANSYS Workbench to solve the combination of the natural frequency of the whole, the first five order modal extraction. Using modal test technology, get the specimens of natural frequency and damping of the true value, natural frequency are compared with theory, prove the formula of virtual media is reliable, can be used in the modeling of heavy machine tool.

In this work, we are making Energy Efficient Internet of Things (IoTs) Enable RAM. In order to make it energy efficient, we are using low voltage complementary metal oxide semiconductor (LVCMOS) Standards. We are using the 3 different members of LVCMOS IO standards family at different FGPA (virtex-5 and virtex-6) and searching the most energy efficient among them. We are inserting 128-bit IP address in RAM to make internet of things enable RAM. Finally, we are operating our IOTs Enable RAM with different operating frequency of I3, I5, I7, Moto-E and Moto-X.

This paper designs an improved internet of things architecture to redefine the internet of things architecture into the node domain, the network domain and the application domain so as to design and implement a home healthcare management system based on this improved internet of things architecture. In this way, all of the equipments characterized with Zigbee communication function in the blood pressure measuring node, the blood oxygen measuring node and the ECG measuring node can be connected to the internet through the Zigbee-Wifi gateway. Meanwhile data uploaded by the users can be stored and analyzed on the backend server of the internet of things so that the users can review their health data and control the node devices through the intelligent terminals such as cell phone etc. Taking the blood pressure measurement as an instance, the experiment has proved the feasibility and reliability of this system.

Lucheng City has a long history, and now is the only county-level city which belongs to Shanxi Province. This city has a small population of people which are relatively concentrated. The economy of this city is based on the coal industry, which results in the fact that the secondary industry dominates while the primary and tertiary ones obviously fall behind. To respond to the call of our nation, which is that ‘balance the development between the urban and rural’, and to meet the needs of the urban development, it is essential to make some detailed strategies. Especially, the construction of the landscape green space system plays an important role in this process. This paper focuses on the drainage purposes of this system. In addition, to enhance this city’s drainage function, it is also demanding to optimize its drainage system, which in this paper we concentrate on the urban sewer system. In this paper, we apply two mathematical models into the drainage analysis and optimization, which are the soil water characteristic curve (SWCC) method and urban sewer system model (USSM), respectively.

This paper presents a design and implement method of battery management system about emergency light based on loose capacitance synchronous sampling measure technology and balanced technology. Through the real-time data acquisition, charge and discharge control, the low voltage detection and protection mechanisms of the system, the system achieves protecting the battery pack of emergency light successfully, collecting data accurately and processing the collected data.

Moving Target Detection and Tracking in Complex Background

The influence of environment changing, e.g. background beam change, trees waggle, and rain or snow day brings More difficult for moving target detecting. A background dynamic generation algorithm is presented in the paper, and the background dynamic generation algorithm is used to dynamically construct background image, the impact of the environment change is reduced in a certain extent for the moving target detection. Secondly, the background difference method is used to detect the moving target, when the moving target exists, the direction and the coordinate of the moving target is determined according to the result of continuous 2 frame images subtract the background. Finally, an algorithm for calculating the rotation angle of the pan/tilt/zoom is presented, the horizontal rotation angle and the vertical rotation angle of the pan/tilt/zoom is calculated according to the pan/tilt/zoom rotation angle algorithm, and the moving target detection and automatic tracking function is realized.

In this research paper, we conduct theoretical analysis and numerical analysis on novel image classification algorithm based on multi-feature extraction and modified SVM classifier. Image object classification and detection are two important basic problems in the study of computer vision, image segmentation, object tracking, behavior analysis and so on the basis of other high-level vision tasks. Existing image classification method can make full use of every single feature between the complementary characteristics of the extracted features of a large number of redundant information, which can lead to image classification accuracy is not high. For this, put forward an improved support vector machine (SVM) based on characteristics and integrated method of image classification. This method can extract comprehensive description of image content features, using principal component analysis to extract the characteristics of transformation, remove redundant information. The experimental result proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed algorithm. In the final part, we conclude the paper and set up the prospect for the future research.

The Application of the Smart Technique in the Construction and Management of Urban Park Green Spaces

Urban park green space is an integral part of urban public green space. The smart technique can improve the efficiency of the construction and management of urban parks. This research combines the life cycle of park green space with users' requirement, and establishes an overall frame of a system in which smart technique is applied to the park green space, namely a layered structure which consists of the sensing layer, network layer, supporting layer and application layer. Smart technique is applied to the planning, designing, construction, management, updating and other stages of the park green space, so as to provide efficient and convenient services for the government, the designers, the public, management personnel and so on. In conclusion, the application of the smart technology can promote the rationality of the planning and construction, enhance the friendliness of the usage of park green space environment, and improve the management efficiency and scientificity of the park green space.

The Research of Intelligent Irrigation Control System of Rice in Cold Region

In traditional way of rice irrigation in the Heilongjiang region,there are many problems such as huge consumption of water, complex wiring and cold water harm. To improve these problems, the intelligent irrigation control system based on PLC and configuration software is designed. The data acquisition and monitoring of water level and water temperature and other parameters are carried through the wireless transmission with PLC as the core, to decide whether irrigation and drainage. In order to solve the problem of cold water harm of rice,the water of Sun pool is heated by solar heating system. The use of solar panels and batteries for power supply of each part, solve the problem of large power loss. The application proves that the system has a positive effect on water—saving and improving the quality and yield of rice, improving the intelligent of irrigation system.

With the development of Internet, the mass media of health management have brought great change to the previous health management model. Based on big data technology and intelligence, new technology allows doctors to make more detailed tracking investigation for the elderly. In this paper, we collected data from 561 senior citizens by using online follow-up survey, and find out the influencing factors related to perceived physical condition. The result shows that the score of the perceived physical condition is 72.91 as compared to gender (T=4.032,P=0.045), age group(T=35.561,P=0.000), educational level (T=15.116, P=0.000), monthly income (T=2.800,P=0.039), marital status (T=15.458,P=0.000), self-care ability (T=49.675,P=0.000), place of abode (T=21.127,P=0.000), previous profession (T=10.030, P=0.000), type of registered permanent residence(T=11.542,P=0.001), chronic disease (T=107.02,P=0.000).

A context-aware system provides services based on the current context of the environment and user activities. So, context management and reasoning in context-aware systems are important tasks. A formal context model based on ontology can play a vital role in facilitating reasoning by formally representing domain knowledge. This paper presents an ontology-based reusable generic context model for context-aware systems. This model provides a context vocabulary and structure for contexts and their semantics which are essential for reasoning. We evaluate the effectiveness of this model for both ontology and rule-based reasoning in the smart home domain and the result we obtain is promising.

The degradation and restoration of image are very important and widely studied in the field of computer visualization and image processing. The key of image restoration is to analyze the cause of image degradation, and to establish a reasonable model. The cause of image degradation is described by reasonable degradation model and specific parameters. In this paper, the linear image degradation model and common image restoration methods are described, and the system of image degradation model and image restoration is built. The simulation results show that the system of image degradation and restoration using Model-Based Design (MBD) methodology is not only efficient and simple, and convenient for hardware implementation.

Efficient Anonym Smart Card Based Authentication Scheme for Multi-Server Architecture

Multi-server authentication schemes are very practical from a user point of view, since they allow a user to get access to different services on different servers with one single registration. Smart card based approaches lead to more secure systems because they offer two-factor authentication, based on the strict combination of user's password and the possession of the smart card. In this paper, we first show that a previously proposed scheme does not satisfy perfect forward secrecy and is not resistant against insider attacks. Next, we propose a very efficient smart card based authentication scheme, solely using xor and hash operations, which is resistant against dishonest users and servers. Also anonymity and untraceability of user's behaviour is avoided.

Due to recent increase in energy consumption of lighting, the energy consumption in the building sector is shown high, reaching 34% of total energy consumption. Although a variety of technologies have been on the rise and increased to which IT technology is applied as an alternative to reduce the lighting energy the lighting control technology for energy saving has been limited. And in investigation on existing previous studies, some nonconformities have been found out at the position of illumination sensor. So, in this study, there was derived each position of illumination sensor at the summer solstice and the winter solstice Although a variety of studies for lighting energy saving has been on the rise and increased due to increase in energy consumption of lighting in building sector they are carried out in a limited environment of technology development in the lighting energy. In an investigation on existing previous studies, it has been found out that the position of illumination sensor for control was derived on the basis of work surfaces and eye-level illumination, so in this study, it is intended to construct the foundation materials for lighting control after deriving the position of illumination sensor for dimming lighting control in real life. In this study, there was conducted a performance evaluation through the construction of test bed on a real life basis and the illumination range for lighting control was set to 400 lx on the basis of the KS A 3011. The conclusion is as follows. 1) At the summer solstice, S11 position 1,000mm away from a skylight is shown as a proper position of illumination-environmental collection for dimming lighting control. 2) At the winter solstice, the dimming lighting control is unnecessary, but S1~S3 positions within the range of 5,000mm~6,000mm are shown as proper positions of illumination-environment collection for dimming lighting control. 3) When generalizing the results shown at the summer solstice and the winter solstice, S11 position 1,000mm away from a skylight is shown as a proper position of illumination-environment collection for dimming lighting control. 4) As a result of effectiveness at S11position, energy saving can be attained by 16~44% compared to other positions, and the analysis is carried out effectively. Therefore, it is determined that in the future study it will be necessary to supplement by conducting a performance verification in accordance with illumination standards for lighting control and diverse time zones as well as lighting control positions.
