This study aim to reveal factors required for teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction based on literatures on studies of underachievers in mathematics for last 5 years, in which academic achievement and/or affective attitude towards mathematics of underachievers is enhanced. For the effective teacher-student interaction, it requires 1) simple and concise questions in which the content can be easily understood even by underachievers 2) sufficient time in which underachievers can understand learning contents and express it in his/her own languages and text, and 3) feedback of teachers on the problem solving process chosen by students or given learning contents. In addition, for the efficient student-student interaction, it is clearly shown that 1) an opportunity for students figuring out why they solved a question in that way, 2) an opportunity for students comparing each other’s answers and 3) a teacher who can correct improper mathematical terms of students and guide the misleading problem-solving process to a proper mathematical expression.

The Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development(MOE) announced recently its intention to revise the Law for Elementary and Secondary Education in a brave bid to accommodate a lot of alternative schools that have been run without approval as those registered under the category of 'other schools', a measure that will allow them to officially take part in public education. The number of alternative schools is expected to increase more feverishly, as the ministry also revealed its plans to designate hundred something institutions as schools that will then be commissioned to educate students found unable to adapt themselves to normal school environment and will be supported financially. In this context, it seems significant to compare and analyze the curricula of alternative schools for more understanding to their systems.

By promotion of education for the gifted and talented, gifted and talented education should help educated person to accomplish self-realization and contribute national and social development. for this, developing program that discovers a talented, and supports and maintains them to drag their ability out. Before developing programs, We should discuss education for gifted and talented nowadays. We analyze mathematics education for gifted and talented done by education office to get preliminary data for developing desirable mathematics education program and curriculum. For this, this study analyze curriculum for mathematics education of gifted Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education.

This study examined the aspects of discourse synthesis by 6 elementary school students' usage of the Internet information. This paper examined the elementary school writers' strategies for collecting informationand writing by using it. Discussing the research result, skillful writers used appropriate collecting strategies effectively, however, struggling writers did not. Also, skillful writers producted discourse synthesis texts coherently by combining and transforming collected information, however, struggling writers did not. By these results, I assured that we need discourse synthesize education based on instruction for writing connected with reading and methods of text structure and organization.
