In modern society, we are offering memory-oriented classes that emphasize only knowledge. Through this, students with underachievers are constantly unchanged. But, when I look at it, I think that underachievers are able to solve various types of problems, not fixed ones, and solve them through open-ended problems. I carried out the research for 6 weeks in 4 underachievers in high school in Seoul. The following conclusions can be drawn from the results of this study. The result of learning guidance using open-ended problems is that underachieves are more open to self-confidence through various answers rather than one solution, and they can find rules or visualize them through pictures. As a result, underachievers became more interested in mathematics. Through this, I think that it is enough to be applied to the undergraded students in the school field through the open-ended problem which can show various answers rather than just memorizing.

We studied on the effect of the rational and emotional evidence on decision making. After selecting sufficient discussion topics, they were asked about their position and background on each subject based on their knowledge. As a result, most subjects have already established their ideas through existing prior knowledge. Therefore, the newly added information did not change its location. Although it is difficult to change human judgment and conclusion in a moment, it is found that sensitive knowledge varies more than rational knowledge in the case of change.

In order to investigate the effect of personality on human relationships, we analyzed the following: 1) analysis of humanoids that emphasize Extroversion factors and Introversion factors, 2) analysis of factors to maintain interpersonal relationships, and 3) I decided to explore it in depth through analysis of the cause. To conduct this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted for 168 students of M High School. Through this, we try to derive data analysis and conclusions about the relationship between personality and interpersonal relationship. I was able to see that people with outwardly active, good personality and those who fit well with others can maintain good relationships. Also, when dealing with opponents, considerate actions or words appeared to be more favorable. Therefore, internal factors are important to achieve good friendship, so-called interpersonal relations. However, as I mentioned in the above article, external factors also tend to affect human relationships, rather than merely focusing on internal factors, so internal and external factors must be balanced to form the basis of interpersonal relations.
