The purpose of this study was to examine the reality of North Korean children 's anniversary and human rights. To this end, North Korea related data were collected from April 1, 2019 to April 19, 2019. The main data collection was conducted through the Unification Education Center's understanding of North Korea, the Unification Ministry's North Korean Resource Center, Internet search, relevant degrees and journals, articles and news searches. As a result of the study, the Children 's Day was established in 1923, before the division of the two Koreas. And since 1950, North Korea has commemorated the International Children 's Day and the Boys' Day anniversary as an anniversary for the children to this day. As a result of examining whether children 's human rights are guaranteed in the anniversary and activities for children, it was found that they infringe children' s rights in terms of collective agitation, exploitation of labor and ideological education. Particularly, this infringement of children's rights is a violation of the rights of the child when the two Koreas are Korean, the contents of Chapter 3 of the Children's Rights pledge presented at the 1st Children's Day, and the 31st and 32nd articles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, The right to take a break and enjoy leisure activities, the right to be protected from education or to be protected from harmful activities.

South-South conflict was caused by the division of Korea. Division of Korea has occurred, after extinction of Chosun Dynasty, on conditioned that absence of the subjectivity. The conflict between USA and USSR has reinforced the division of Korea. On conditioning, For overcoming the division of Korea, we have to recognize the problem of division, to exert integrating the society through civil society. Now, It is essential that Koreans' more efforts and wisdom for unification. Korean people have to exert for easing the South-South conflict and reconciliating on the conflict on ideology. These new and recognition were to emphasize for conciliation between ours. Peaceful unification education is the education that develops the peace capabilities necessary to pursue peaceful coexistence of the two Koreas and realize gradual reunification, especially, South-South conflict. Unification education should be conducted in a way that understands the various conflict Korean society. We need to recognize that we have experience of reconciliation and cooperation and recognize that we are pursuing peaceful relations. We should develop our ability to seek unification gradually through a peaceful process.
