Purpose : Worker's occupational disease are on the rise, and there are also more and more harmful condition. This study aims to improve the health of workers by establishing health rules before they have health problems. Methods : The study derived health practices by health problem, health care field through the meeting of the researchers, reviewed the literature and existing statistical data, and drew 17 health and behavioral conditions for workers. The Delphi survey was conducted on 16 people in the industrial and health sectors twice to elicit 10 questions, which were consulted by labor, management and experts, and the final statement was issued. Results : 1. Making stairs and walking a living 2. Make sure you never smoke cigarettes, make a low-maintenance dining culture 3. Eat evenly regularly, don't eat late at night 4. Get regular 7-8 hours of rest during work hours 6. Get regular vaccinations and cancer checkups 7. Start to respect each other for 10 minutes a day before you know yourself and take care of yourself. 8. Respecting each other and practicing actions 9. Stretching before starting work 10. Knowing the cause of the workplace and wearing the correct protective gear have been finally decided as the top 10 health rules for office workers. Conclusion : 10 Health practice for workers established above to many workers will contribute to the health problems of workers, reduced occupational diseases and a happy working life.

Purpose : This study is for broadcasting employees to have healthy work life by idenfitying the effect of the job stress and turnover intention on organizational commitment. Methods : In this study aimed at broadcasting employees in Seoul, questionnaires(350 people) were agreed to participate in this study through a personal visit. The data(305 people) was used for the final analysis. Results : The average point score of job stress of research subjects was 43.1 points out of 100. Workplace turnover intention was 2.4 points out of 5. The average point score of job turnover intention was 2.4 points. The average point score of organizational commitment was 3.6 points out of 5. Regression analysis was performed by building three models in order to understand the factors affecting organizational commitment of broadcasting station employees. Conclusion : In this study, it was found that variables that affected the organizational commitment of the broadcasting station employees were position, working period and job stress.

Purpose : This study was conducted to identify factors affecting the depression of workers by industry. Methods : A self-report questionnaire was conducted for 614 workers in 109 workplaces in one region. For data analysis, frequency, descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis were performed. Results : Factors influencing the depression of workers by industry were found to be the appointment of health care managers and job stress. Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, it could be used as basic data for health programs for the prevention of depression and mental health management by workers in each industry.

Purpose : This study is to investigate the effects of bullying and interpersonal stress in the workplace on nursing performance in clinical nurses. Methods : The subjects were 266 clinical nurses working at a university hospital in Gyeonggi Province, Seoul, and collected data by a questionnaire survey in April 2019. We analyzed this data through descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s coefficient, multiple regression analysis, using SPSS 21.0. Results : The factors affecting the outcome of nursing work are marital status, academic background, career, interpersonal stress, and explanatory power was 30.5% (F=7.83, p<.001). When the state of marriage is married, nursing work results have been improved as the stress of interpersonal relationships is lower when the career is between 6 and 10 years if the academic background is above graduate school. Conclusion : In order to improve the results of nursing work, it is necessary to understand the factors of workplace bullying by career, prepare systematic preventive measures against it, and need in-house programs and improvement activities to reduce interpersonal stress. In addition, because the outcome of nursing work is affected according to the state of marriage, academic background, and career, it is necessary to improve welfare and work environment that can improve the outcome of nursing work in consideration of this.

Purpose : This research was to recognize how emotional labor and job stress affect female call center agents in modern society where communication and information are becoming more important. Methods : The subjects in this research included all female call center agents from a company in Gyeong-Gi-Do. Among 1,459 employees who participated in this survey, only 931 responses were focused, excluding male employees and positions other than call agents. This survey-based study was conducted frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression anaysis by the SPSS 18.0 statistical program. Results : Relevant to emotional labor and job satisfaction, the frequency of emotional labor, careful enough about the emotional expression, and emotional dissonance of emotional labor showed a significant negative correlation. In addition, the results indicated a significant negative correlation toward any emotional labor. Thus, the higher emotional job point led to the lower job satisfaction rate. As a result, higher job stress point creates lower job satisfaction. Conclusion : In conclusion, reducing labor and job stress appraisal work programs is required to promote efficiency and effectiveness from in the work place even at the national level, emotional labor and jobs should come up with ways to manage stress.

Purpose : This study was done to investigate the effect of job stress on the level of health behaviors of small business workers. Methods : Participants are 256 small business workers with less than 50 employees. Job stress used a tool including physical environment in the short form of Korean job stress measurement tool. Health behavior practice included smoking, drinking, exercise, body mass index, sleep and diet regularity based on Alameda7's health behavior. Data were analyzed using frequency, mean, SD, chi-square test, and logistic regression using SPSS version 21.0. Results : The level of health behavior practice of workers at small workplaces differed by gender, education, position and insufficient job control in sub-sector of job stress. Conclusion : This study results show that insufficient job control of small workplace workers affects the practice of health behavior. Therefore, it is suggested that stress management at the individual or organizational level is needed to sufficient job control.
