Purpose : This study is to contribute to make measures to reduce the occurrence of high-risk drinking in the company by examining characteristics of high-risk drinkers by genders of workers in Korea and analyzing the factors affecting high-risk drinking. Methods : The subjects of the study were 1,562 employees excluding non-drinkers among 8,958 subjects for health survey by using the first year of the fifth Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey conducted from January to December 2010. Results : Men’s high-risk drinking rate was 25.6% and women’s high-risk drinking rate was 7.8%. Factors affecting high-risk drinking for men had significant relevance based on BMI, smoking, walking, moderate exercise. Factors affecting high-risk drinking for women had significant relevance based on marital status, income level, BMI, smoking. Conclusion : Based on the above results, in order to manage men’s high-risk drinking, drinking management strategy needs to be established considering BMI, smoking, medium exercise. In order to manage women’s high-risk drinking, drinking management strategy in the company needs to be established considering marital status, income level, BMI, smoking and the appropriate intervention program also needs to be applied.

Purpose : This study was conducted to analyze the effect of health beliefs of chemical researchers on satisfaction with special medical examination. Methods : The survey responses of 279 chemical research workers were used for the final estimate. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics, health beliefs, characteristics related to special health examination, and satisfaction with special medical examination. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 18.0. Results : The higher the perceived benefit by the chemical research workers, the higher their satisfaction regarding the special medical examination was found. Conclusion : Based on the results of this study when planning health education for chemical research workers, it is necessary to include the fact that diseases can be detected early and the occurrence of industrial accidents can be prevented through special health examination. Moreover it is suggested that continuously study the factors that affect the satisfaction of chemical research workers' special medical examination, and the contents of special medical examination should be included in the company regulations and publicized to workers.

Purpose : This study is to confirm the effect of social and psychological health and job burnout of social workers on professional sense of calling. Methods : This study conducted a survey of 400 social workers nationwide receiving job training from september to november 2019. The subjects who responded to the survey were 356, and the final analysis target was 280 except when the response was unfaithful or there was a missing value. Results : In the regression analysis, in Model 3, there was a significant effect of age(β=0.267, p<.001), assistant manager(β=0.145, p=.027), social psychological health(β=-0.113, p=.048), and professional confidence among job burnout(β=0.219, p=.001). Conclusion : The following suggestions can be made through the results of this study. First, it is necessary to improve the working environment so that social workers can raise their sense of professional calling. Second, educational support necessary for self-development programs and job performance should be provided. Third, social workers are jobs with a lot of emotional labor by clients, so it is necessary to operate a healing program to improve social and psychological health.
