Purpose : This study was conducted to contribute to the correct settlement of OSHMS certification by analyzing how the safety and health culture of electronic industry is affecting OSHMS certification. Methods : This study surveyed 714 electronics industry company sites nationwide. Results : It turns out that the possibility of certification of the safety and health management system is high in the following cases. In the case of having qualifications related to the relevant field, and then the total number of workers is 20 or more, and When it comes to the safety and health culture, it's every single point up from five. Conclusion : Ability to specialize in safety and health is required. It suggests that the company should come up with measures to promote the need and effectiveness of OSHMS certification for company sites with less than 20 employees, and to raise the attention of CEO that showed the most significant differences in sub-regional items of safety and health culture in order to improve the safety and health culture.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of self-efficacy upon planning capabilities of smoking cessation programs while contributing to the implementation of smoking cessation programs for health managers. Methods : The participants in the survey are 190 people with more than a year of work experience as a health manager. T-test and ANOVA are used to analyze capabilities to plan smoking cessation programs by the general characteristics of the subjects and the workplace. Then, Pearson's correlation coefficient was utilized to represent the self-efficacy of operating a cessation program. The effect of health managers' self-efficacy affecting planning capabilities of smoking cessation was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Results : As a result, as the self-efficacy of the health manager performing the smoking cessation program in their 30s is high, it appears the planning capabilities increase. In particular, it varies from the type of business as health managers in the manufacturing industry have higher planning capabilities. Conclusion : For the self-efficacy of health managers, it is necessary that not only various support and training be provided for the workplace to improve the planning capabilities of smoking cessation programs when the age of health managers is 50 years or older in the service industry but also contents for improving planning capabilities be included in job training for health managers.

Purpose : This study was done to examine the effects of depression on the subjective musculoskeletal of the employees working in warehouses symptom. Methods : The survey was distributed to 256 workers who agreed to the survey November 1, 2019 to November 15, 2019, and the collected data was analyzed for final analysis. Results : The average of depression was 18.215 points and the musculoskeletal subjective symptoms of the study subjects were 34.1% of the musculoskeletal subjective symptoms. The persons who had a night shift had more subjective musculoskeletal symptoms 2.718 times than persons who had a day shift. The group that felt workload had subjective musculoskeletal symptoms disease 2.250 times more than the group that didn’t feel workload. The group that felt not healthy had subjective musculoskeletal symptoms 3.133 times more than the group that felt healthy. Subjective musculoskeletal symptoms were 2.103 times higher in the high depressed group than in the low group. Conclusion : This study show that it is required to prepare for a plan to operate prevention program of musculoskeletal symptomsfor night shift workers in warehouse and it needs to allow employees who felt workload to take frequent rest. Finally, there is a need for a mental health promotion program to manage depression.

Purpose : This study aimed to investigate job stress and job satisfaction among government employees and to determine how job stress affected job satisfaction among them. Methods : The research was a crosssectional, descriptive study. Data collection was done using self-report questionnaires with 328 employees at 3 public enterprises located in Seoul and Gyeongin Province. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis by using SPSS 18.0. Results : The results showed that the respondents got the mean of 45.50 out of 100 for job stress and 57.69 out of 100 for job satisfaction. The respondents' general and job-related characteristics had no significant effect on job satisfaction, whereas such sub-factors of job stress as job demand (p=.033), job insecurity (p=.002), organizational system (p= .001), and lack of reward (p=.001) were found to affect job satisfaction. Conclusion : Controlling job stress among public company employees is the most important factor in improving job satisfaction. To improve job satisfaction, therefore, it is necessary to make a plan that can reduce job stress caused by job demand, job insecurity, organizational system, and lack of reward.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to identify the risk factors associated with hyperglycemia and hypercholesterolemia in shift work male guard workers using night job special medical examination data. Methods : The subjects of this study were 289 security workers who had been tested for night health special medical examinations for two years in 2017 and 2018 at a university hospital in Seoul. The research results are as follows. Results : Analysis of the symptoms that affect the occurrence of hyperglycemia and hypercholesterolemia suggests that older or other irregular work increases the incidence of hyperglycemia and hypercholesterolemia. Conclusion : Various studies are needed to find risk factors for chronic diseases according to the shift work type and use them as data for institutional improvement. In particular, it is most important to improve irregular shift work patterns.
