Methods : The subjects of research and analysis were 203 health care managers working throughout the country, and the data were collected using Google forms from May 1, 2023 to May 10, 2023. The data analysis was performed using t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 23.0. Results : Factors affecting the subject's recognition of respirators were job satisfaction(t=2.55, p=.012), participation in safety and health education instructors (t=-3.13, p=.002), and participation in selecting suitable protective equipment( t=2.49, p=.013), and suitablility for the respirator fit was tested(t=-1.34, p=.040)(F=5.10, p=<.001). Conclusion : In workplaces where respirators are used, it is necessary to support the legal work of health managers and increase job satisfaction, and efforts are needed to increase recognition of respirators. In addition, for workers' health management, respirator fit tests must be conducted to raise health managers' recognition of respirators and create a safety and health environment at the workplace.

The list of medium and large sized apartments was selected in the 7 metropolis of the nation through the apartment management information system. The data on 182 security workers in 14 apartments in the final 5 metropolitan cities were analyzed. Results : Mean age of the workers was 65.55±6.29. 85.2% were 24-hour alternate-day workers. 69.8% were short-term workers for 3 to 6 months. Security workers with work diseases were a high-risk group than those without work diseases in work·customer’s physical assault and violence protection system. Autonomous management in the psychological violence of customers, physical assault of work·customers, and violence protection system has statistically significant risk. There were statistically significant regional differences in work·customer’s physical assault and violence protection system. Seoul was the riskiest region in violence protection system. Security workers in the general security system were statistically significantly riskier group in comparison with those in the integrated security system in work·customer’s physical assault. Conclusion : Security system change from general security to integrated security in the apartment could reduce physical assault of work·customer. Autonomous management apartment could be explored in risk in workplace violence. To reduce workplace violence, work protection system is necessary such as program application, establishment of violence protection department, and violence protection policy.

In this regard, the study aimed to identify the factors influencing depression among office workers aged between 30and under 65 years. Methods : The data from the 9th Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2022) were utilized, targeting 663 office workers aged between 30 and under 65 years. D-->The data analysis was conducted using complex sample logistic regression. Results : The level of depression was 1.98 times higher in females than in males, and 2.21 times higher in unmarried individuals compared to married ones. Household income showed 0.30 times lower likelihood of depression in the 'low to middle' category compared to the 'high' group. In terms of subjective health perception, individuals reporting 'average' health were 1.94 times more likely to experience depression compared to those reporting 'good' health, while those reporting 'poor' health were 8.45 times more likely. Perceived stress was 6.04 times higher among those perceiving 'high' stress compared to 'low' stress. Depression was 1.82 times higher among those working 41-52 hours per week compared to 35-40 hours, and 2.35 times higher among those working 53 hours or more. Conclusion : To prevent depression among office workers, efforts should focus on promoting the ability to recognize and manage stress through stress management programs, as well as improvements in institutional practices such as reducing long working hours.
