Dimethyl Ether(DME) engine use a highly efficient alternative fuel having a great quantity of oxygen and has a advantage no polluting PM gas. The existing DME fuel cam material is a highly expensive carbide alloy, and it is difficult to take a price advantage. Therefore the study of replacing body area with inexpensive steel material excluding piston shoe and contact area which demands high characteristics is needed. The development of WC-Ni base carbide alloy optimal bonding composition technique was accomplished in this study. To check out the influence of bonding temperature and time, bonding characteristics of sintering temperature was experimented. The hardness of specimen and bonding rate were measured using ultrasound equipment. The bonding state of each condition was excellent, and the thickness of mid-layer, temperature and maintaining time were measured. The mid-layer thickness according to bonding temperature and maintaining time were observed with optical microscope. We analyzed the micro-structural analysis, formation of bonding specimen, wafer fabrication and fuel cam abrasion test. Throughout this study, we confirmed that the fuel cam for DME engine which demands high durability against velocity and pressure is excellent.
Characteristics of the Wheatgrass Extraction using Frictionless Extractor

Wheatgrass is a type of young grass that contains a lot of vitamins, minerals, and protein even compared to grain products produced from its mature cereal plants. In the context of product development and increasing product sales value, a study on the use of wheatgrass extract as an ingredient of fermented beverage was conducted. In this study wheatgrass used was self-grown using a tray in the Laboratory. The variation of wheatgrass extracts used was obtained from the twin-gear type extractor, slow-squeeze type extractor, and chopped wheatgrass. In the extraction process, the performances of the process: density, extract yield, processing capacity, and the rate of production, were analyzed. For another analysis, the physicochemical properties both of wheatgrass extracts and fermented beverages were also analyzed. The physicochemical properties analyzed included TSS, pH, acidity, and others content. The results of extraction performance analysis and physicochemical characteristics of wheatgrass extract planted at 10-20°C based on this research gave the best results using the twin-gear extractor. The twin-gear type of extractor used in this study. All of these results were also in accordance with the statistical analysis conducted in this study.
Optimization of Heat Exchanger Network in the Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage Process Integration

The Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) process is an enhanced method to extract oil from bitumen which involves surface and central process facilities. This paper describes the Central Process Facilities (CPF) of SAGD and proposes several retrofit plans to the Heat Exchanger Network (HEN). In this approach, the process integration scheme is applied to estimate the energy saving in HENs, and various cases are modeled in favor of a commercial simulator. Throughout this work, a minimum approach temperature of 10℃ is assumed. The results reveal that, due to the HEN optimization using process integration, the heating and cooling duties can be reduced to 29.68MW and 1.886MW, respectively. Compared with the Husky case, all cases considered in this study indicate a potential reduction of at least 6% in total cost, including investment and operation costs.

In this paper, we analyze the buyer’s joint pricing and lot-sizing model in a two-stage supply chain consisting of the supplier, the buyer and the customer. It is assumed that the supplier will permit a certain fixed period for settling the amount the buyer owes to him for the items supplied in order to stimulate the demand for the product. Generally, credit transactions would have a positive effect to the buyer. The availability of credit transactions from the supplier effectively reduces the cost of holding stocks for the buyer and therefore, the buyer has a lot of price options to choose his sales price for a customer in anticipation of increased the customer’s demand and, as a result, it will appear to increase the buyer’s inventory levels. On the other hand, in the case of decaying products in which their utility decay over time, the decaying rate with time may be expected to reduce inventory levels. In this regard, we need to analyze how much the length of credit period and the decaying rate affect the buyer’s pricing and lot-sizing policy. For the analysis, we consider the situation where the customer’s demand is represented as a linearly decreasing function of the buyer’s sales price. From this perspective, we formulate the buyer’s annual net profit and analyze the effect of the length of credit period and decaying rate of the product on the buyer’s inventory policy numerically.
Redescription of the First Zoea of Microcassiope orientalis (Crustacea: Decapoda: Xanthidae)

The first zoea of Microcassiope orientalis is described and illustrated from laboratory hatched materials. Comparisons with previous studies of the first zoeal stages in the Xanthidae from Korean waters, revealed that some former studies were incorrected. The first zoea of M. orientalis described by Ko was identical to the first zoea of Macromedaeus distinguendus described by Terada. In addition, zoeal stages of Nanocassiope granullipes described by Ko & Clark was revealed the zoeal stages of M. cassiopes. So, the first zoea of M. orientalis is redescribed and illustrated in detailed with color photo herein, and compare its morphological characteristics with previous described zoea of N. granulipes by Ko & Clark

This study investigated the purification process of groundwater contaminated with zinc and arsenic using a permeable reactive barrier with a zero-valent iron/pumice mixture. We determined the removal rates of the contaminants for 30 days. In this study, column reactor filled with the zero-valent iron/pumice reactive mixture was used. Experimental results showed that the mixture exhibited an almost complete removal of the zinc and arsenic ions. Arsenic was removed via co-precipitation and adsorption processes while zinc ions were asorbed in active sites.The purification process of water from the metal ionscontinued for 30 days with constant hydraulic conductivity because of the enhanced porosity of the pumice and interparticle distance between the zero-valent iron and pumice. Contaminants removal rates and the remediation mechanism for each reactive system are described in this paper.

Software copyright are written in text form of documents and stored as files, so it is easy to expose on an illegal copyright. The IOT framework configuration and service environment are also evaluated in software structure and revealed to replication environments. Illegal copyright can be easily created by intelligently modifying the program code in the framework system. This paper deals with similarity comparison to determine the suspicion of illegal copying. In general, original source code should be provided for similarity comparison on both. However, recently, the suspected developer have refused to provide the source code, and comparative evaluation are performed only with executable code. This study dealt with how to analyze the similarity with the execution code and the circuit configuration and interface state of the system without the original source code. In this paper, we propose a method of analyzing the data of the object without source code and verifying the similarity comparison result through evaluation examples.
Analysis of Automatic Machine Learning Solution Trends of Startups

Recently, open source automatic machine learning solutions have been applied in many fields. To apply open source automated machine learning to real world problems, you need to write code with expertise in machine learning. Writing code without machine learning knowledge is challenging. To solve this problem, the automatic machine learning solutions provided by startups are made easy to use with a clean user interface. In this paper, we review automatic machine learning solutions of startups.
