The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of college student-parents' attachment on their self-efficacy for academic attainment. The data was collected by questionnaires method from 555 college students. The instruments were college student-parents' attachment and self-efficacy for academic attainment. The results of the study were as follows : College students' self-efficacy for academic attainment relations meaningfully related to attachment to their parents. The relationships of college students' self-efficacy for academic attainment and attachment to their parents showed positively, especially more positively to their mothers. The relationship of college student attachment to parents and their self-efficacy for academic attainmentdiffered according to their sex. Male students' attachment to parents have more likely related to their self-efficacy for academic attainment.

This study is a qualitative study on the job experience of immigrant women in Gyeongju. The purpose of this paper was to find the relation of female married immigrants’ job activities and psychological adjustment by talking with female married immigrants who had job activities. With reference to psychological adjustment, this study chose 3 sub factors – self-esteem, life satisfaction and psychological stability. For achieving this objective, this study was conducted targeting 7 married immigrants women recommended from social enterprise ‘ODS Multiculture Company’ and counselor in Gyeongsan multicultural family center. They are from Vietnam, China, Kyrgyzstan and Cambodia. Data are collected from interview and chatting. Results are as follows; First, working was helpful to build positive self-esteem and psychological stability. However, to make a life satisfaction higher, it required husband/other family member’s support for compatibility between office work and housework. Second, this study suggested that policy development by adaptation step, the academic system for foreign education approval, and practical support for job were needed. Additionally, this study verified the value as human resources of female married immigrants.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between early childhood teachers' meaning in life and their teacher-efficacy in Gyeongju & Ulsan city. The data was collected by questionnaires method from 157 early childhood teachers. The instruments were early childhood teacher's meaning in life(Purpose In Life: PIL) and their teacher-efficacy. The results of the study were as follows : (1) early childhood teacher's meaning in life meaningfully related to their teacher-efficacy, positively. (2) early childhood teacher's meaning in life has influence on their teacher-efficacy. In summary, early childhood teacher's meaning in life has significant implication for teacher-efficacy. This research offers further study the influence variables to efficacy and find out the method to enhance early childhood teacher's meaning in life and efficacy.

The original roadway and form of the ancient historic district in Gyoengju has been deteriorated by changing into the industrialized city. However, in order to the survival from the competition among the cities, Gyeongju city has to be changed and also get unique. So the purpose of this study is to be the original roadway, form and also get the sustainable development. In a way of maintaining the original historical form, this study suggest: - easy, safe and comfort to walk - prohibit vehicles from the historic district - develop the green transportation, such as, bicycle, electric motor vehicles, etc. - develop the huge parking lot outside of the historic district - detour the vehicles around the historic district, and so on.

This study aims to examine the perceptual features of buildings on street, which affect the urban scape, and establish design guidelines by types of buildings. According to this purpose, this study conducted document research, field survey through site visits and questionnaire survey for each subject. The field survey was carried out to study the exterior form characteristics of street buildings, and images of the streetscape in Gyeongju. For the questionnaire survey, the preference of 33 architecturerelated people on the formal constituents of street buildings was investigated. The results of the document research, field survey and questionnaire survey were put together to elaborate the design guideline for urban street facade in historical city.
