본 연구는 난민정책(Refugee policy) 및 재정착난민제도(Resettlement)를 주요 연구로 하고 있 는 관련 논문 및 문헌들을 분석하고 고찰함으로써, 2015년 말 시행 예정인 국내 재정착난민제도 를 중심으로 한국의 난민정책에 대한 더 깊은 이해를 모색하고자 하였다. 한국은 2013년 7월 난 민법 시행 및 2014년 말까지 유엔난민기구(United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees: 이하, UNHCR)1) 집행이사회 의장국 역임을 계기로 경제적, 국제적 위상에 맞는 난민정책을 추 진해야 하는 시점에 와 있다. 2000년대에 들어서면서 난민문제의 영구적 해결책인 재정착난민제 도의 도입은 국제사회의 책임분담으로서 적극적으로 논의되기 시작했으며, 현재 26개국에서 시행 중이다. 다문화사회에서의 사회통합의 일부분으로 재정착난민제도의 국내 시행을 위해서는 우선 Habermas의 이론에 근거하여 시민의식의 개선 및 난민들의 한국 정치공동체와 정치문화에의 조 속한 적응을 위한 다양한 실행방안이 요구된다.

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 글로벌 역량과 K-CESA 비인지적(정서적) 핵심역량과 인지적 역량 중 글로벌 역량의 관련성을 분석하고, 이를 통해 K-CESA 핵심역량간 관계를 밝히는데 있다. 핵 심역량은 변화하는 시대에 필요한 기초능력으로, 본 연구는 글로벌 역량이 비인지적 핵심역량(자 기개발, 대인관계)에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자, 부산지역 B대학 재학생을 대상으로 K-CESA를 활용한 자료를 수집하고, 이를 통계패키지 SPSS 22와 SmartPLS 2.0M3로 분석하였다.

In South Korea, there is flow, whether the legal license exam should be abolished or not, according to the law. At this point the study of LL.M program in USA Law school have likely important value. LL.M program show us that as follows ; (1) The program focuses on practice law rather than interpretation of article. (2) It is concentrated upon the multiple diversification. (3) According to the globalization we should recognize importance of USA law (especially, in terms of private law). (4) It is the number of Attorney production without limit, in terms of governmental policy. (5) It is multiple direction of graduate (e. g social part in detail).

Using generalized spillover definition and measurements developed by Diebold and Yilmaz (2012, 2009), we aim to compare the characteristics of daily return spillovers in the stock markets of Korea, China and Japan. From a static full-sample analysis, we find that only 11.5% of forecast error variance comes from return spillovers under time-invariant assumption. From a dynamic rolling-sample analysis, we find that total return spillovers were relatively small until the outbreak of Asian Financial Crisis (1998-1999). However, they became more volatile during the U.S. Credit Crisis (2008-2009), and ongoing European Debt Crisis (2012-present). These findings might help both individual and institutional investors construct well-diversified global portfolios to considerably increase their diversification benefit.

The night landscape influences on the choice of tourist destination. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between nightscape design elements of the coastal area and user attitude. The result of this finding suggested the following seven factors: availability, regional identity, aesthetics, accessibility, welfare and safety. The hypotheses tested the positive effect of the six design elements except sustainability on the user attitude.

This year is the 70th anniversary of the Korean independence and also 70 years from the year when the Korean Peninsular divided into two nations, which makes even more meaning to predict the future of East Asia based on the scenario of the unified Korean Peninsular. The U.S., China, Japan and Russia have completed their power shift by 2012. In ROK, the president Park Geun-Hye, the first woman president of Korea, won the presidency on December 19, 2011. In DPRK, Kim Jong-Un became the supreme leader after the former leader, his father’s death, and on April 13, 2012, Kim Jong-Un established Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Ilism and declared DPRK being one of Nuclear Club. In U.S., Obama's administration is working on holding China in check and the “Pivot to Asia” policy to put TPP(Trans-Pacific Partnership) under his leadership. China, with Xi Jinping as its new leader, is opening the era of “China Dream” and “The Way to Powerful Culture. Japan calls for "Strong Japan" to regain its status as the number-two economy in the world as it had been for 42 years in the past. Meanwhile Japan became "a nation that can wage war with U.S. on its side" and continues conservative movements. Russia wants to politically integrate with Ukraine and develop the Far East Asia to make up for damages it suffers from excessive export of natural gas, political corruption and decreasing population. In the year 2040, it is estimated that China, India and Japan compose 83% of Asia's GDP and 35% of the world's GDP, and China becomes the number one economic power in the world. China and the United States as G2 will lead the biggest consuming market and infrastructure investment market that the world's ever had. The future for Asia is “One Asia.” Therefore, “One Korea” where the north and the south becomes a unified nation must come true.

There are only two ancient documents about the high part of the Inamino Plateau in the Middle Ages. Both have almost the same content, that Ando Heinaieon-Nyudo(安東平内右衛 門入道) donated the North Takokusa Village（蛸草北村）to Engakuji Temple(円覚寺)　in Kamakura in 1315. But one has more information than the other. It is that Engakuji Temple should not collect the tribute from the arable land developed in recent years for the time being. The developer, that could compete with Engakuji Temple, should be Jourakuji Temple (常楽寺) near the Noth Takokusa Village.　Jourakuji Temple was brench temple of Saidaiji Temple(西大寺) in Nara. The chief priest of Jourakuji Temple was Monkan-bo-Syuon(文観房殊音), who served as a high attendant to Emperor Godaigo(後醍 醐天皇)　later and became 　the head priest of the Singon sect(真言宗) in 1333.　

I have studied the history of a village of SHINOBE-MURA which is now included in Kakogawa-city, Hyogo prefecture. In this report, I would like to introduce some archives remained in this village, and consider the significance in the study of regional history that has been developed centering on the Edo Period study in recent years. There are various archives which are remained in regional societies. Through this report, I would like to advocate the significance of revealing the total structure of regional society by deep analyzing of these archives, and drawing the comprehensive regional history throughout the ages from the Edo Period to present age.

This study aims to explore how China’s Northeast Agricultural Science Research Institute experimented and accepted the Michurin Theory in the 1950s. It also attempts to identify what changes have been made in the research institute.Ivan Vladimirovich Michurin was a respected Russian agricultural researcher. Michurin’s Theory has reflected the ideas of Marx’s materialism in the plant world.Northeast Agricultural Science Research Institute invited this Russian expert to hear the opinions. The Research Institute hosted the workshop between 1952 and 1953 that the participating researchers accepted and used Michurin’s Theory in their research. There were some Japanese researchers at Northeast Agricultural Science Research Institute even before 1945. However, it seemed unlikely that the Research Institute would not need the agricultural knowledge of the Japanese researcher since it actively accepted the Russia’s Theory. This also clearly indicates how the research institute responded to the government’s request.

The diplomatic Principale of anccient Japan is exclucive posession of foreign Goods and Information by Emperor天皇who personify the State国家through great Ancient State Roads古代官道, which connect The Imperial Capital宮都and province capital in straight route with ample width and maintained road surface. Otherwise, Hokuriku Region北陸地方will have tremendous snow in winter that impede Land transportation to The Capital in Kinki District畿内. Why Saga Emperor嵯峨天皇and The Premier, Fujiwara Fuyutsugu藤原冬嗣had no comment on diplomatic aspect in The Ordinance of Establishment? The next premier in Dajo-kan太政官, Fujiwara Otsugu藤原緒嗣is a plain speaking minister who was in special favor with former Kanmu Emperor桓武天皇in his young age, and strongly insisted restricting frequent visit of Pohai envoy who had commercial purpose. The difficulities in Kaga District to maintain ports and State Roads津橋道路was caused by the State financial System that entrust local administrative requisite of the labor to the cooporation of the Province and Districts国郡which often depend traditional rules of the Local Chief在地首長. Establishing Kaga Province resulted in financial success. The background of that success is caused by ambitious appointment of Kaga natives to Province officials国府官人and Systematic Supervision in Ritsuryo Code律令by noble presidents, that were succeeded by Sons of Saga Emperor who had been descend to status of subjective in the clan name of Minamoto嵯峨源氏, and young Fujiwara Yoshifusa藤原良房, second son of Fujiwara Fuyutsugu.

This study is about YAMAKAMI Takuju (1855-1931), an evangelist of Catholicism, teacher, businessman and activist of the Movement for Civic Rights and Freedom in the 1880s, who was born as a well-off but discriminated Burakumin. The author is planning to suggest a new point of view on him, thinking that an anonymous essay named “On political parties” (1890) is his work.
