Purpose: This study is to see if the calf muscle movement affects the length of stride, symmetry, and ability to overcome obstacles, and muscle activity in patients with hemiplegia. Methods: Electromagnetic signals were first measured by ankle plantar flexion or muscle testing in a supine position with 12 patient ankle plantar flexor in the standing position. In the second measurement, the length and symmetry of stride are measured through the gait analyzer. In the third measurement, the ability to measure obstacles was measured. The paired- T test revealed a significant difference. Results: After the intervention, the step length was significantly decreased (p<.05), while the speed and failure rate of the obstacle overcoming was significantly decreased (p<.05). also muscle actvitiy was significantly increased (p<.05), and muscle power was significantly increased (p<.05). the different was statistically significant between pre- and post-intervetion. but after intervention, the gait symmetry was no significantly difference (p>.05), between pre- and post-intervention. Conclusion: The results of this study show that the length of stride, ability to overcome obstacles, muscular activity, and muscle strength are increased more after exercise. Therefore, it is a movement that requires patients with hemiplegia to aim for calf muscle exercise because it increases the length of step in their daily lives, overcomes obstacles, and has a positive effect on muscle activity and muscle strength.

플로스 밴드를 이용한 혈류제한 준비운동이 엘리트 육상선수의 스프린트 및 근 파워에 미치는 영향 KCI 등재

본 연구는 플로스 밴드(floss band, FB)를 이용한 혈류제한(blood flow restriction, BFR) 준비운동이 엘리트 육상선수의 스프린트 및 근 파워에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 현역 단거리 육상선수 8명을 모집하여 통제 집단(control group, CG), 다리에 FB를 적용한 집단(flossing legs group, FLG), 그리고 다리와 팔에 FB를 적용한 집단(flossing legs and arms group, FLAG)으로 무작위 배정 후 7일의 Wash-out 기간을 두고 교차 적용하였다. 중재 방법은 FB를 다리 또는 다리와 팔에 감은 후 BFR 효과를 유도한 상태에서 20분간 각 개인이 평소 실시하는 일관된 준비운동을 실시하였다. 각 집단에 맞는 중재 적용 후 50m 스프린트 능력과 근 파워를 측정하여 집단 간 차이를 비교·분석 하였다. 연구 결과, 스프린트는 집단 간 차이가 나타났으며(p =.021), FLG가 CG에 비해 기록이 단축되었다(ES=0.59). 근 파워의 경우, 단일 다리 삼중 홉 검사의 좌측에서 집단 간 차이가 나타났으며(p=.037), FLG가 CG에 비해 더 좋은 기록 을 나타내었다(ES=0.97). 우측과 CMJ의 경우 집단 간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 FB를 이용한 BFR 준비운 동 방법은 육상선수의 스프린트와 수평적인 파워 향상에 효과적인 방법으로 판단된다.

This study aims to investigate the effects of blood flow restriction(BFR) warm-up using floss band(FB) on sprint and muscle power in elite sprinter. Eight active sprinters were recruited and randomly assigned to a control group(CG), a group with floss band applied to the legs(flossing legs group, FLG), and a group with floss band applied to legs and arms(flossing legs and arms group, FLAG), with a 7-day wash-out period between crossover applications. The intervention involved performing typical warm-up exercises for 20 minutes under induced BFR conditions after applying FB to the legs or both the arms and legs. Sprint and muscle power were measured after the intervention for each group, and group differences were compared and analyzed. The results showed significant differences in sprint between the groups(p=.021) and FLG improved compared to CG(ES=0.59). In terms of muscle power, significant differences were observed in the left leg at the single-leg triple hop test(p=.037), and the FLG showed better performance compared to the CG(ES=0.97). No significant differences were found between the groups for the right leg and countermovement jump(CMJ). In conclusion, BFR warm-up using FB is considered an effective method for improving sprint and horizontal power in sprinters.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of beta-alanine supplementation and altitude training on aerobic capacity(200m swim performance) and muscle power in K university’s swimmers. Fourteen male swimmers(two groups; β-ala & Con) were performed swim trials in sea level and altitude(1980m) for respectively 4wk(total 8wk). We were checked 200m X 5th records and muscle power(60o/sec Peak torque) analysis at 3 times(pre, 4wk & 8wk). Body compositions(weight, %BMI, muscle mass) were measured pre & post(8wk). The results showed that 200m swim performance records was significantly different pre training between sea level training (p<.05) and pre training between altitude training (p<.001) in β-ala group. But not Con group(placebo). Muscle power(60o/sec Flexion Peak torque) records was significantly different pre training between sea level training (p<.05) and pre training between altitude training (p<.05) in β-ala group. But not Con group(placebo). In conclusion, efficiency of beta-alanine supplementation were increased a beneficial effect on 200m swim performance(aerobic capacity) and isokinetic’s muscle power in elite swimmers.

This study investigated the prevalence of depression and levels of physical fitness in high school students during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. One hundred fifty participants were divided into four groups according to the number of days that they felt de-pressed due to the COVID-19 during the last 7 days: no-depression group (NDG, n=17), some-depression group (SDG, n=32), occasion-al-depression group (ODG, n=81), and most-depression group (MDG, n=20). Shuttle run for endurance capacity and standing long jump for muscle power were selected to estimate the states of type I and type II muscle fibers, respectively. This study found that the Center for Epide-miologic Studies Depression Scale score of MDG was significantly higher than those of other three groups. In addition, ODG and MDG showed the lowest interest in their school studies compared with other groups. Endurance capacity showed a significant difference among groups, whereas muscle power showed no significant difference among groups. In conclusion, this study suggests that higher levels of depres-sion reflect a greater lack of interest in life and academics. Furthermore, lower endurance capacity appears to be associated with more severe levels of depression. This highlights the importance of maintaining type I muscle fibers through regular aerobic exercise.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between muscle power of the wrist flexor muscles and muscle strength according to grip type, such as the strength difference between a two-finger pinch grip and four-finger pinch grip. After the preliminary study, six subjects who agreed to participate in this study were recruited and the experiment was conducted. The power of the wrist flexor was measured using a digital manual muscle tester in the sitting position, and the grip strength according to the grip type was measured with a digital grip dynamometer. Spearman's nonparametric test was used to determine the correlation between wrist flexor power and grip strength of the power grip. An independent t-test was used to determine the significance level of the grip strength in the two-finger grip and four-finger grip. The significance level was set at p<.05 for all statistical tests. There was no interaction between the wrist flexor power and grip strength according to grip type (two-finger pinch grip, four-finger pinch grip, and power grip), but there was a significant difference in grip strength between the two-finger grip and four-finger grip (p<.05). The grip method that is necessary for grip strength when performing work may help to prevent musculoskeletal disorders.

The purpose of this study was to investigate differences of maximum muscle strength and isokinetic knee and core muscle functions accord-ing to pedaling power of racing cyclist candidate. Subjects for this study were 200 racing cyclist candidates and divided into four groups: top 10% peak power group (TPP, n=20), low 10% peak power group (LPP, n=20), top 10% average power group (TAP, n=20), and low 10% average power group (LAP, n=20). The maximum muscle strength was consisted of grip strength, bench press and squat measured by Ariel device, and isokinetic knee and core muscle functions were analyzed by Humac Norm device. Significant differences between groups were determined with one-way repeated analysis of variance. As the result of this study, TPP and TAP groups showed significantly decreased body-fat mass and increased free fat mass when compared to LPP and LAP groups. The maximum strength of grip and squat was significantly higher in TPP and TAP than in other groups. Isokinetic knee extension and flexion strength was higher in TPP and TAP groups as well as isoki-netic trunk extension and flexion functions were highest in TPP group. Thus, our findings suggest new evidence that muscle mass, maximal muscle strength, and isokinetic muscle functions might be important predictors of racing cyclist performance.

Purpose: This study compared the changes in power and agility and muscle tone of the quadriceps and hamstring muscles after 10 weeks of plyometrics or weight training to strengthen the leg muscles. The following conclusions were obtained. Methods: Subjects were randomly assigned to a plyometrics group (n = 10) and a weight training group (n = 10) from male college students who did not recently participate in a regular exercise program. Plyometrics and weight training were performed three times a week for 10 weeks with 60 minutes a day. The exercise intensity was divided into 3 stages, and the weight training group and the plyometrics group performed 3 sets of 1 repetition maximum (RM) of 60, 70, 80%, and 10, 12, 15 repetitions (rep), respectively. Results: First, there was an interaction effect between the group and time period on power. The plyometrics group showed a greater increase in power than the weight training group. Second, there was an interaction effect between the group and time period on agility. While agility improved in the plyometrics group, no significant difference was observed in the weight training group. Third, there was an interaction effect between the group and time period on the muscle tones of the left and right quadriceps muscles. The muscle tone increased more in the weight training group than in the plyometrics group. Fourth, there was an interaction effect between the group and time period on the muscle tones of the left and right hamstring muscles. The muscle tone increased more in the weight training group than in the plyometrics group. Conclusion: The change in muscle tone value was found to have a significant relationship with the increase in muscle strength and power through plyometrics and weight training, and additional research should be conducted to investigate the relationship between exercise performance ability and muscle tone.

본 연구는 국가대표 남자 필드하키선수들을 대상으로 허리의 시각적 상사 척도와 오스웨스트리 장애지수 및 허리의 근력 간의 상관관계 알아보고자 하였다. 시각적 상사 척도와 오스웨스트리 장애지수는 자기 기입식 평가로 진행 하였으며, 허리의 근력을 DAVID를 이용하여 측정하였다. 자료 분석은 피어슨의 적률상관관계를 사용하였으며, 통계적 유의 수준은 α=.05로 하였다. 연구 결과 남자 필드하키선수들의 허리의 시각적 상사 척도와 오스웨스트리 장애지수는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 그러나 그 외의 시각적 상사 척도와 오스웨스트리 장애지수는 허리의 근력에 어떠한 상관관계 도 없었다. 따라서, 필드하키선수들의 허리 재활운동 시 단순한 근력운동이 아닌 새로운 운동프로그램이 개발되어야 할 필요성이 있다. 이러한 연구들은 향후 선수들의 치료 및 운동프로그램 개발에 유용한 기초자료로 제공될 것으로 사료 된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between visual analogue scale(VAS) of the waist and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI) and the muscle strength of the waist for male field hockey athletes. The VAS and ODI were conducted by self-written evaluation, and muscle strength was measured by using DAVID. Pearson correlation was used for data analysis, and the statistical significance level was set to α = .05. The VAS of the waist of male field hockey athletes and the ODI were statistically significant. However, other VAS and the ODI did not correlate to the strength of the lower back. Therefore, there is a need to develop a new exercise program for the rather than strength training during the waist rehabilitation exercise. It is thought that these studies will serve as basic data useful for the development of treatment and exercise programs for athletes in the future.

The main objective of this study was to investigate the difference of % body fat on ST-segment and isokinetic muscle power. Among the body composition such as %body fat is the most common index of obesity. The subjects consisted total 60 adult woman subjects who was aged 42-58 years were checked by medical process and graded exercise testing(GXT). The subjects were divided into 3 groups: normal group(n=20) and over % fat group(n=20), obesity group(n=20). Statistical analysis was performed using analysis of one-way Anova. Result of this study were as follows. Weight and %body fat, BMI were significantly(p<.05) higher obesity group than overweight group and control group. and Heart rate and blood pressure, RPP were higher obesity group than overweight group and control group. but Among groups were not significant. also, ST-segments were significantly(p<.05) decreased obesity group than control group. Peak O2 and exercise tine, isokinetic muscle strength were significantly(p<.05) higher control group than overweight group .and obesity group. Conclusionally, These results indicate that decreased Cardiovascular function and isokinetic muscle strength in obesity group.

저항운동 개입이 여성풋살선수의 동적균형, 반응시간 및 근파워에 미치는 영향 KCI 등재

본 연구는 여성 풋살 선수의 균형, 반응시간, 근력에 대한 6주간 저항 밴드 훈련 프로그램의 효과를 평가하여 경기 력 향상과 부상 예방을 위한 근거 기반 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 진행되었다. 24명의 여성 아마추어 풋살 선수를 무작위 로 대조군(Control Group: CG, n=12)과 저항 밴드 그룹(Band Group: BG, n=12)으로 배정하고, 두 그룹 모두 주 2회 훈련을 실시 하였다. BG는 저강도에서 고강도 저항 밴드로 진행되었으며, 세션은 15~20분간 진행되었다. 동적 균형은 Y 밸런스 테스트(YBT), 반응시간은 블레이즈포드, 근력은 수직 점프(CMJ)를 통해 측정하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 동적 균형(p < .01), 반응시간(p < .001), 근파워(p < .01)에서 유의미한 개선이 나타났으며, 한발로 세발 뛰기 테스트에서는 유의미한 변화가 없었다(p = .183). 저항 밴드 훈련이 여성 아마추어 풋살 선수의 균형과 반응시간 향상에 효과적임을 시사하며, 이 연구는 여성 풋살 선수에 맞는 훈련 프로그램과 부상 예방 전략을 위한 중요한 근거를 제공한다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of a 6-week resistance band training program on balance, reaction time, and muscle strength in female futsal players to develop evidence-based programs for performance improvement and injury prevention. Twenty-four female amateur futsal players were randomly assigned to a control group (Control Group;CG, n=12) or a resistance band group (Band Group; BG, n=12), with both groups completing twice-weekly training sessions. The BG progressed from low-intensity to high-intensity resistance bands over the 6 weeks, with sessions lasting 15-20 minutes. Dynamic balance was measured using the Y Balance Test (YBT), reaction time with BlazePod, and muscle strength with the counter-movement jump (CMJ). The results showed significant improvements in balance (p < .01), reaction time (p < .001), and muscle strength (p < .01) in the BG. However, the one-legged triple jump test did not show significant changes (p = .183). These findings suggest that resistance band training is effective in enhancing balance and reaction time in female amateur futsal players. Although limited to amateur athletes, this study provides a valuable basis for the development of training programs and injury prevention strategies tailored to female futsal players.

[목적] 본 연구는 본 운동 전 최초 준비운동을 실시 후 경기 중간 휴식 시간에 시행하는 재‑준비운동이 아마추어 여 자 골퍼의 골프 스윙, 경기력 그리고 근 파워에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. [방법] 17~24세 여자 아마추어 골 퍼 10명을 대상으로 무작위 대조 교차 실험을 실시하였다. 대상자는 동적 스트레칭(DG), 밴드 저항 운동(EG), 걷기 (WG) 집단으로 나누어 7일의 워시아웃 기간을 두고 교차 적용하였다. 클럽 헤드 속도, 볼 속도, 비거리, 스매쉬 팩터, 후반 9홀 경기력, 체간 회전 파워, 상·하지 근 파워를 측정하여 일원 반복측정 분산분석 및 Friedman test를 수행하 였다(α=.05). [결과] 모든 골프 스윙 변인에서 DG가 EG·WG보다, EG가 WG보다 유의하게 높은 값을 보였다(p<.05). 그러나 경기력 지표 및 근 파워의 모든 변인에서는 세 집단 간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다(p>.05). [결론] 골프 경기 중 동적 재‑준비운동은 휴식 후 스윙 능력을 유지 및 향상시키는 데 효과적이지만, 정확도, 파워 및 최종 스코 어와 같은 경기력 개선에는 추가적인 연구가 필요하다. 향후 연구는 다양한 부하 및 속도를 설정하고 스윙 측정에 정확도 지표를 포함하여 재‑준비운동에 적합한 최적의 프로토콜을 규명할 필요가 있다.

[Purpose] This study examined the immediate effects of three re‑warm up type on golf swing, golf performance, and muscle power in amateur female golfers. [Method] Ten female amateurs completed a randomized controlled crossover trial consisting of dynamic stretching(DG), elastic‑band exercise(EG), and walking(WG), separated by 7-day washout period. Golf swing, golf performance, muscle power were assessed. One-way repeated measures ANOVA and Freidman test were applied(α=.05). [Result] DG produced significantly greater improvements in all swing variables than EG and WG, while EG outperformed WG(p<.05). No significant group differences were found in golf performance and muscle power outcomes(p>.05). [Conclusion] A golf‑specific dynamic re-warm up effectively preserves and enhances swing performance after prolonged rest periods, whereas additional or higher‑intensity stimuli are required to influence accuracy, overall score, and muscle power. Future studies should refine re-warm up protocols by incorporating load–velocity prescriptions and accuracy metrics across diverse golfer populations.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of pilates or complex training(pilates & core training on spinal posture, balance and isokinetic muscle power in elite tennis players. For this study, elite tennis players(age: 23.9±1.2yr, height: 178.3±4.06cm, weight: 70.80±3.12kg, career: 10.30±2.31yr) were participated and trained pilates or complex training for 6 week respectively. Flexibility(sit & reach), hand grip, sargent jump were significantly increased in complex training compared to pilates training. isokinetic muscle power (60°/sec) of knee and shoulder was statistically improved after complex training for 6weeks. Furthermore, total body balance was significantly improved both pilates and complex traning but spinal posture has no significantly difference in each training treatment. According to these results, pilates & core training could improve performance with ameliorating not only spinal posture and balance but also physical fitness, isokinetic muscle power in elite tennis player.

본 연구의 목적은 고관절 기능부전을 가진 직장인을 대상으로 연부조직가동술을 이용한 근막탄성운동이 운동기 능체력에 관련한 가동 범위, 근 파워, 최대 근력에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상자들은 각 집단마 다 정해진 운동 프로그램을 실시하였고, 총 12주 동안 진행되었다. 운동 프로그램은 골반 및 고관절을 기반으로 3차원의 동적인 움직임 및 스트레칭을 각 종목당 총 3세트로 2분씩 8-10회 실시하였으며, 운동 강도는 Borg Scale의 운동자각도 (Rating of Perceived Exertion: RPE)를 이용하여 진행하였다. 이 연구의 결과 고관절의 가동 범위, 근 파워, 최대 근력 은 IASTM을 이용한 근막탄성운동군(IASTMG)과 근막탄성운동군(EXG)에 유의한 차이가 나타났으며 그중, IASTMG(p<.001)에서 큰 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구 결과, 고관절 기능장애 및 부전을 가진 직장인들에게 IASTM을 이용한 근막탄성운동프로그램은 가동 범위, 근 파워, 최대 근력의 변인에서 효과가 나타났으며 고관절 및 신체 운동기능체력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Myofascial elasticity exercise and soft tissue mobilization on Range of Motion, Muscle power and Maximal Muscle Strength related to motor functional fitness in office workers with hip joint dysfunction. The subjects of the study conducted a set exercise program for each group, and it was conducted for a total of 12 weeks. The exercise program performed 3D dynamic movement and stretching based on the pelvis and hip joint for a total of 3 sets for each event, 8-10 times for 2 minutes each. The exercise intensity was performed using the Rating of Perceived Exertion of Borg Scale. As a result of this study, the muscle power and maximum muscle strength of the hip joint showed significant changes in the Fascial Elasticity Exercise group(EXG)and the Fascial Elasticity Exercsie group using IASTM(IASTMG), Especially in IASTMG (p<.001). As a result of this study, Myofascial elasticity exercise program using IASTM for office workers with hip joint dysfunction and dysfunction was effective in the variables of Range of Motion, Muscle power and Maximal strength, and It was found to have a positive effect on hip joint and physical motor function.

The purpose of this study was to determine comparison of aquatic- and land-based plyometric training on muscle strength, power, balance, co-activation, and muscle soreness. 30 college age men were randomly assigned to 1 of 3 groups(Aquatic plyometric training(AQ), Land plyometric training(LD), and control group(CON)). Plyometric training was consisted of about 10 min. of warm-up and cool-down, and 40 min. of 3 sets of plyometric exercises. AQ was performed in depth of about 120cm(about 47in.) of swimming pool. Muscle strength, muscle power, co-activation and balance were measured in pre- and post-training. Muscle soreness was measured at pre-training, after 1st training, mid-training(3th week) and post-training. Two-way ANOVA with repeated measures and LSD were used to analyze data. Significant level was α=.05. Muscle strength and co-activation of knee flexor(p<.05) and muscle strength of ankle plantar flexor(p<.001) were increased for AQ and LD. AQ(p<.001) and LD(p<.01) outperformed CON in vertical jump. Dynamic balance was significantly greater in AQ compared to CON at post-training(p<.05). Muscle soreness of rectus femoris was significantly greater in LD compared to CON in after 1st training(p<.001) and mid-training(p<.01). This study has proposed that Aquatic-based plyometric training can result in increasing muscle power and function and is effective on decreasing muscle soreness and enhancing balance in short-term training.

There are various approach of taping. Diversity in the taping approach makes it difficult to establish the grounded theory of taping. Therefore, it is necessary to classify the taping approach and establish each grounded theory. Orthopedic medicine taping, one of the taping approaches, include an approach called power source muscle taping. This text is intended for neurophysiological analysis of power source muscle taping. The power source muscle taping is very similar to kinesio taping. But it is not exactly the same. Power source muscle taping is only intended for pain only during movement. Therefore, power source muscle taping is only for muscles. Also, in the case of motion sickness, the organic damage of muscles also applies sports taping and excludes power source muscle taping. It is only intended for those with functional impairments of muscles. If the organic damage is repaired, it is subject to power source muscle taping. Methods of orthopedic taping include elasticity taping and cause taping. Elastic taping is attached on a muscle using elastic tape from origin to insertion. cause taping apply an inelastic tape to any part of the muscle. Use the form of cross tape and response point tape for cause taping. Taping attached to muscles can be distinguished by effects caused by physical effects and effects of stimulation. Kinesio tapping has presented the promotion of lymphatic flow by physical effects as the grounded theory. Even in orthopedic tape, the reduction in sensitivity of the muscle spindle due to physical effects was presented by Arikawa Isao. However, I argue that power source muscle taping is a facilitating effect of muscle tension caused by the stimulation effects of taping. Muscles with functional disabilities have some of the muscle fibers tensed in some areas, while others have been relatively less tense. In the end, the overall tension in the muscles is reduced. In this state, the movement causes pain by concentrating stress on the tense muscle fiber. Stimulation by power source muscle taping is carried to the thalamus through the posterior column, but before that, it is delivered to the anterior horn to excite the α-motor fiber and produce a reaction of autogenetic excitation that tensions the stimulated surrounding muscles. In conclusion, it is thought that increasing the overall tension of muscles with functional disabilities reduces pain.

본 연구에서는 사이클 청소년대표선수의 신체구성과 등속성 근기능 및 무산소성 파워를 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구 를 위해 경기력이 우수한 2019년 청소년대표선수 중 단거리 15명(남9명, 여6명) 및 중장거리 18명(남12명, 여6명) 총 33명의 선수를 연구대상으로 선정하여 신체구성(신장, 체중, 체지방량, 체지방률, 제지방량, 골격근비율), 등속성 근 기능(60°/sec, 180°/sec), 무산소성 파워(윈게이트검사)를 측정하였다. 측정된 자료 분석방법은 독립 t-test와 일원 변량분석(one-way ANOVA)을 이용하여 실시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 신장, 체중, 제지방량, 골격근 비율은 단거 리와 중장거리에서 남자 선수들이 여자 선수들보다 유의하게 높았고(p < .05), 하지의 최대 근력(peak torque)은 우측과 좌측의 최대 신근력과 굴근력에서 유의한 차이를 보였으며(p < .05), 하지의 평균 파워(average power)는 우측과 좌측 신근과 굴근에서 역시 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p < .05). 또한, 무산소성 최대파워와 평균파워는 그룹 간에 유의한 차이를 보였다(p < .05). 따라서 본 연구의 자료를 토대로 경기력과 관련된 체력요인을 향상 시킬 수 있는 종목별 훈련프로그램을 계획하고 수행한다면, 향후 선수들의 경기력 향상에 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

This study compared and analyzed the body composition, isokinetic muscle function, and anaerobic power among youth cycling national team players. The participants were 33 cyclists who were selected as youth national team in 2019 consisting of short-distance(9 men, 6 women) and mid-range(12 men, 6 women) players. height, weight, body fat mass, body fat percentage, lean body mass, skeletal muscle ratio, isokinetic muscle function (60°/sec, 180°/sec), and anaerobic power (Wingate test) were measured. As for the method of analyzing the measured data, an independent t-test and one-way ANOVA were used. The results showed that the height, weight, lean body mass, and skeletal muscle ratio were significantly higher in male and female athletes at short and medium distances(p < .05). There was a significant difference in muscle strength and flexion strength(p < .05), and the average power of the lower extremity(p < .05). The anoxic maximum power and the average power showed significant differences between groups(p < .05). Therefore, based on the data of this study, if a training program for each event that can improve the fitness factors related to performance is planned and executed, it is considered that it can be used as a basic data that can help improve the performance of athletes in the future.

본 연구의 목적은 12주간의 복합운동프로그램이 여자 필드하키 선수의 하지 근기능, 무산소성 파워 및 기초체력을 비교 분석하는 것이다. 연구대상자는 여자 필드하키선수로 각 그룹별 운동그룹 14명, 통제그룹 14명이다. 평가 항목은 무릎관절의 등속성 근기능, 무산소성 운동능력, 기초체력으로 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하였고, 통계적 유의수준 α=.05로 설정하였다. 본 연구에서 하지의 오른쪽 무릎관절 굴근력(% BW)을 확인한 결과 운동그룹은 운동 전 보다 운동 후에 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 무산소성 운동능력에 대한 결과를 보면 최대파워(p<.05), 평균파워(p<.01), 전체에너지(p<.05)에서 운동그룹이 운동 전 보다 운동 후에 유의하게 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 기초체력의 결과를 보면 악력(운동그룹: p <.05, 통제그룹: p<.01), 사이드스텝(p<.05), 체후굴(운동그룹: p<.001, 통제그룹: p<.01)이 두 그룹에서 운동 전 보다 운동 후에 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 윗몸일으키기(p<.05), 반복점프(p<.05), 체전굴(p<.05), 평형성(p<.01)이 운동그룹에서 운동 전 보다 운동 후 유의하게 증가하였으며, 협응력은 운동그룹에서 운동 전 보다 운동 후 유의하게 감소한 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 반응시간은 통제그룹에서 운동 전 보다 운동 후 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 12주간 실시한 복합 운동프로그램은 여자 필드하키 선수들의 경기력 향상에 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났으며, 체계적인 훈련 프로그램을 위해 세심한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the isokinetic muscle function, anaerobic power, and basic fitness of female field hockey players during a 12-week complex exercise program. The subjects participated 14 exercise group (TG) and 14 control group (CON). Test included isokinetic muscle function of the knee joint, anaerobic power, basic fitness. The data obtained through the experiment used SPSS 22.0 program and significance level was set at α=.05. In this study, the right knee joint flexor strength(%BW) was significantly increased in exercise group. Anaerobic power showed that the exercise group significantly decreased in peak power (p<.05), average power (p<.01), total energy (p<.05). Basic fitness showed that grip strength (TG: p<.05, CON: p<.01), side step (p<.05), trunk backward extension (TG: p<.001, CON: p<.01) significantly increased in both groups. Sit-up (p<.05), Repetition jump (p<.05), trunk forward flexion (p<.05), balance (p<.01) significantly increased in exercise group and coordination significantly decreased in exercise group (p<.05). Reaction time significantly increased in control group (p<.05). The 12-week complex exercise program was found in improving the performance and is expected to be used as detailed basic data for a systematic training program.

본 연구는 청소년 태권도 선수 대상으로 4주간 발목 파워트레이닝을 실시하여 등속성 발목근력, 고유수용성감각 과 균형성에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 실시되었다. 연구대상은 20명 남자 선수들로 선정하였으며 집단의 분류는 발목파워트레이닝 그룹(n = 10)과 통제 그룹(n = 10)으로 구성하였다. 발목 파워트레이닝 적용은 주5일, 워밍업과 쿨다 운 시간을 포함하여 100분 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 파워트레이닝 프로그램 후 각속도 60°/sec와 180°/sec에서 등속성 하지근력이 통제그룹보다 증가된 결과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 발목 파워트레닝 그룹이 고유수용성감각에서 발목 파워트레닝 프로그램 후 향상된 결과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 청소년 태권도선수들에서 발목 파워트 레이닝 프로그램 후 균형성에서 발목 파워트레이닝 그룹이 유의한 증가를 나타냈다. 결론적으로 발목 파워트레이닝은 청소년 태권도 선수들에서 등속성 발목근력, 고유수용성 감각과 균형성 능력 향상에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

Although many studies have focused on strength or power for adults, no comprehensive researches have investigated the use of the ankle power training and analysis of ankle strength, proprioception and balance in young athletes. The study subjects were 20 male high school students in elite taekwondo atheltes. They were divided into the ankle power training group(PTG, n = 10) and a control group(CON, n = 10). Taekwondo athletes were treated with pover training five times per week for 4weeks. All the data was analyzed using ANOVA by repeated measures analysis of variance. Significant differences were observed between the two groups in PTG group an CON group isokinetic ankle muscle strength 60°/sec(left: DorsiFlexion; p < 0.001 and PlantarFlexion: p < 0.001; right: DorsiFlexion; p < 0.001 and PlantarFlexion; p < 0.001), isokinetic ankle muscle strength 180°/sec(left: DorsiFlexion; p < 0.001 and PlantarFlexion; p < 0.001; right: DorsiFlexion; p < 0.001 and PlantarFlexion; p < 0.001), proprioception(p < 0.01) and balance(p < 0.001) These results suggest that ankle power training improves strength fitness, lower body balance and proprioception of joint in young taekwondo athetes.
