The purpose of this study is to find the way of using Korea Youth Morality Test(KYMT) and suggest some tasks to be solved in applying the test toward. For this purpose, we analyzed some documents and precedent studies about morality. Here are the results of our analysis based on Rest's Four Components: moral sensitivity, moral reasoning, moral motivation, and moral character. KYMT is consisted of four subcomponents: moral sensitivity, moral reasoning, moral motivation, and moral character. The test instrument would be finally completed after standardization process. The way of utilizing this measuring instrument and extended suggestions are as in the following. First, this test could be utilized in the central government, academic world, organizations relating to youth's morality and schools. Second, for setting up system to gain research data, we need well-organized investigating plan, database system, to make public exhibitions of raw data and to establish advisory committees regarding the morality. Finally, there are some limits in the first year study and we have some implications for prospective research.
