Ayurveda uses a lot of herbs and oils to heal with the diseases by making them using by traditional method from holism which are relevant with human-being and space, and naturalism which accepts all aspects from surroundings by naturally. It is possible to cure the maturing disease fundementally. As well, this is the effective method which follows the personal constitution and keep the balance of inner sides’s energy. This especta make people understand very clearly that every body has a capable of the power to heal their disease by themselves. This research was conducted to look at the general information, health situation, recognition of abhyanga, preference, satisfaction, stress and physical stress degree from the aged 20’s women whose experienced abhyanga Ayurveda therapy massage through the questionnaire method. I did this research from APR.20.2009 to JUN.15.2009, for 8 weeks through giving the 650 sets of questionnaire set and analyzed 425 sets which answered faithfully, studing by coding method as a final analysis data. Also, I used SPSS (Statistical package for the social science, Ver 15.0) method for this research and the analysis numerical date was marked as average±standard deviation or percentage(%). The results of the study are as follows.1. The biggest portion according to the variables are follows: by age, 40s were the most as 36.2% in 425 subjects, by jobs, ‘professional job’ were 32.1%. The average income was ‘over 5 million won’, ‘3∼4 million won’, ‘2∼3 million won’, ‘4∼5million won’ and then ‘2 million won’. 2. 51.9% of respondent answered that I know the abhyanga fairly about the question of the recognition degree. The main reason why respondent couldn’t sleep well was due to the stress, replied 43.6% of the espondent. 72.05 of respondent know that the oil which used for abhyanga is the medicinal herbs oil, The respondent answered the ability3. From the respondent, about the preferable reason why they tried abhyanga was that 28.8% of people replied for the stress solution, 74.4% of respondent answered as ‘fairly satisfied’ or ‘seriously satisfied’, about the satisfaction degree. And 60.0% of people said that they would like to recommend to other people in the future if they have a chance. About the comparison which followed by age group, aged 40’s got the 4.09, the highest point, and aged 40’s and 50’s group were higher than the aged 20’s(p＝0.000). Also, the possibility of development of abhyanga, 63.5% of people said that there is a possibility of dvancement, and 26.2% of people answered as there will be the highly possibility to develop, means that most respondents evaluate abhyanga very positively. 4. About the analysis of physical stress from the respondent, ‘I feel the ache on the neck or shoulder’ was the 3.62±1.10 point, the highest. And the average band was that 2.62±0.60. The analysis of mental stress was that ‘I feel very sleepy with headache’ was the 3.02±1.12, was the highest point, and the overall band was 2.40±0.68, was lower than physical stress. In conclusion, it is true that there are lot of very effectiveness about the abhyanga Ayurveda massage, the traditional massage type from India as the aspects of alternative medical method on the basis of proved data, and this is effective for the advancement of immune system and cure of the disease. So, the result of this research would be helpful to make higher for the abhyanga Ayurveda massage, not only protection of the disease, balance, natural cure but also skin beauty culture, body health and balance. One more thing is that I hope that this research would be used for the basic data for the activation and popularization of skin beauty industry throught the access of typical Korean method. of oil which used for the therapy as ‘toxin discharge (47.6%)’ and ‘pain relief (24.1%)’.

후하방 기능적 단족의 교정 후 치료 효과를 지속시키는 목적으로 키네시오 테이핑 요법을 시술하였고 그 방법으로 광주시립 발레단 정식단원 중 지원자를 찾아 요통이 심한그룹을 실험군으로 그리고 요통이 덜한 지원자를 대조군으로 하여 약 2개월에 걸쳐 주2∼3회시술 후 설문지를 통해 연구의 결과를 관찰하였다. 그 결과 실험군과 대조군의 개인차로 인한 유의한 결과치를 찾을 수는 없었으나 본연구의 의미는 키네시오 테이핑 요법의 새로운 시도라는 점에서 의미있는 연구였다고 생각한다. 연구 방법으로는 후하방 기능적 단족을 간스테드 테크닉을 이용하여 교정 후실험군은 테이핑을 한 후 설문을 작성하게 하였으며 대조군은 교정만 시술하고 설문을 작성하여 실험의 결과를 그래프로 도출하였다

This paper purports to study postpartum beauty care programs and to suggest the methods of using them by examining the use of postpartum care centers by the women who have given birth and their demand for and satisfaction with postpartum beauty care. For the research purpose, this research distributed 623 questionnaires to the women who gave birth to a baby less than 6 months ago. A total of 419 questionnaires were collected and among them, 256 copies were used for statistical processing. The research results are as per the below: 1. 70.3% of the respondents had natural childbirth and 75.8% of them had the first childbirth. 40.2% of them had 10～15kg weight increase through the pregnancy and 80.9% of them had a spouse and a child as their family members. 2. In relation to the reasons why the respondents have given birth use a postpartum care center, 41.0% of them replied that they wanted to receive professional postpartum care and 44.5% replied that they considered facilities and environment when choosing a postpartum care center. 3. When it has been a month after childbirth, general massage for edema(p<0.01), abdominal massage(p<0.001), and figure correction were demanded most(p<0.05). In the case of natural childbirth, satisfaction with abdominal massage was higher(p<0.05). Those who had the first childbirth wanted to have foot massage(p<0.05), general massage for edema(p<0.05), and abdominal massage(p<0.01) most. The participants having over 20kg weight increase while they were pregnant demanded the obesity-preventive menus least, and the participants having a spouse and a child as their family members demanded general massage for edema most(p<0.05).Generalizing the results described above, it is thought necessary to plan a custom-made program on the basis of the childbirth-related characteristics of the women in childbed, to meet with their demand for health and beauty, and further, to prove its effects.

This study adjusted PI pelvis using Gonstead chiropractic in women in their early twenties and treated their pains and discomfort mainly using a manipulative and body-based method through diversified technique 10 times for five weeks after individual’s history taking. The purpose of this study was to examine the changes of pelvis and subjective symptoms in participants through manipulation. As a result, the pelvis showed some changes when chiropractic was used. It suggests that chiropractic will contribute to recovering the normal biomechanism of body and enjoying healthy and happy life

The purpose of the study was to investigate the recognition to the relativity on skin health of cosmetics in a girl’s high school students in order to provide a basis for relativity between cosmetics and skin health, importance of skin health maintenance and skin management. The subjects was 285 of a girl’s high school students and the survey was conducted from Sep. to Oct. 2008. All data was analyzed by statistical analysis with SPSS 15.0. The shape of habitation was ‘own house’ 96.8% and a month for pocket money was ‘below a hundred thousand won’ 77.5% which was the highest. The choice standard for cosmetics was ‘an ingredient and efficacy’ and whether or not of consideration for skin type when buy cosmetics was ‘yes’ 45.6%. Purchase cost for cosmetics per month was ‘below ten thousand’ which was the highest. Whether or not for recognition to use-by date and the matters that require attention was ‘have a general knowledge’ 62.1% and 71.6% which was the highest. Whether or not to medical treatment according to a side effect of cosmetics was ‘have no’ 79.6%, a correct measure for a side effect of cosmetics was ‘stop to usage of the cosmetics’ 44.9% and a cause to a side effect of cosmetics was ‘usage to beyond one’s skin type’ 69.1% which was the highest. In the contemporary society, variety of cosmetics and magnify of cosmetics consumers were ask for correct understanding to cosmentics and healthy cosmetics culture. Especially in adolescence it is needed that they understand the way of using, safety and relativity on skin health of cosmetics clearly.

Hydrotherapy is a very effective natural therapy which uses water for the treatment of disease, the promotion of health, and for Esthetic. This therapy has other benefits including the enhancement of a person’s psychological mental stability and physiological vitality. This study discusses the concept, development process and major types of hydrotherapy, as well as their benefits. The discussion is followed by description of hydrotherapy’s methods, applications, and effects on the human body. In this process, this study proposes various ways to apply hydrotherapy to the actual care of skin for Aesthetic purposes. This research ends with a discussion of the results of actual applications of several hydrotherapy methods and focuses on their effects in the Aesthetic care of skin.

The Chinese beauty industry has evolved from nothing to be a Sunrise industry. It has developed and grown up during the 30 years’ reform and open policy, and now become a position of the world’s beauty industry. The Chinese beauty market scale has expanded from small to big, the number of jobholders has increased from small to large. By investigated the vocational recognition and satisfaction of 120 beauty artists in Xi’an, China, we recognized that there are still quite a little problems. It hopes that this thesis can be a reference while Korean companies advance Chinese market. So we could be able to work together with Chinese beauty artists. This thesis statistics and analysis the data by SPSS Win 12.0. We have following conclusions. Most of the jobholders are youngster, with a low standard of living, and haven’t well educated. The primary factors of choosing this career are follows: the prospect of the vocation, the possibilities of getting a job, the values and outlook on the life and so on. Generally, Chinese beauty artists are satisfied. The primary factors of low satisfaction are the work load, be able to order others and so on.

Cosmetics are used as an essential goods of life. There is now a growing concern about the possible toxicity of chromium in cosmetics. Because cosmetics are composed of various chemical ingredients mixed up together to be put on the outer skin for long period of time, safety of cosmetic products have to be guaranteed as well its ingredients used. After Koean FDA have recognized the term ｢cosmeceuticals｣ in The Korean Cosmetic Law on July 2000, many kinds of cosmeceutical have been developed in the cosmetic ingredients, have to review in the skin irritation. We want to have ｢the guidance note of safety evaluation of cosmetic ingredients｣ as same as SCCNFP (Scientific Committee on Cosmetic Products and Non-Food Products) of EU, CTFA (Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association) of U.S.A., and JCIA (Japan Cosmetic Industry Association) of Japan.

Amylases are widely distributed in various animals, plants, and microorganisms. The enzyme is one of the best known protein which catalyzes the hydrolysis of starch to produce glucose, maltose, and maltooligosaccharide. it has been used in textile industry, baking industry, and so on. Today, it is used in development of new materials and low calorie products. The objectives of this experiment are purification and analysis of cloned amylase from Pseudomonas sp. to E. coli. The amylase expressed and purified from recombinant Escherichia coli was immunoblotted to rabbit antiserum that was raised from an amylase, 50 kDa, purified from Pseudomonas sp. Thus, these two proteins were confirmed same enzyme. The expressed protein showed amylase activity. The amylase purified from Escherichia coli harboring the amylase gene showed same enzymatic action as extracellular amylase from Pseudomonas sp. That is, the amylase produced maltose and maltotriose by starch hydrolysis.
