The Chinese beauty industry has evolved from nothing to be a Sunrise industry. It has developed and grown up during the 30 years’ reform and open policy, and now become a position of the world’s beauty industry. The Chinese beauty market scale has expanded from small to big, the number of jobholders has increased from small to large. By investigated the vocational recognition and satisfaction of 120 beauty artists in Xi’an, China, we recognized that there are still quite a little problems. It hopes that this thesis can be a reference while Korean companies advance Chinese market. So we could be able to work together with Chinese beauty artists. This thesis statistics and analysis the data by SPSS Win 12.0. We have following conclusions. Most of the jobholders are youngster, with a low standard of living, and haven’t well educated. The primary factors of choosing this career are follows: the prospect of the vocation, the possibilities of getting a job, the values and outlook on the life and so on. Generally, Chinese beauty artists are satisfied. The primary factors of low satisfaction are the work load, be able to order others and so on.
