Ayurveda uses a lot of herbs and oils to heal with the diseases by making them using by traditional method from holism which are relevant with human-being and space, and naturalism which accepts all aspects from surroundings by naturally. It is possible to cure the maturing disease fundementally. As well, this is the effective method which follows the personal constitution and keep the balance of inner sides’s energy. This especta make people understand very clearly that every body has a capable of the power to heal their disease by themselves. This research was conducted to look at the general information, health situation, recognition of abhyanga, preference, satisfaction, stress and physical stress degree from the aged 20’s women whose experienced abhyanga Ayurveda therapy massage through the questionnaire method. I did this research from APR.20.2009 to JUN.15.2009, for 8 weeks through giving the 650 sets of questionnaire set and analyzed 425 sets which answered faithfully, studing by coding method as a final analysis data. Also, I used SPSS (Statistical package for the social science, Ver 15.0) method for this research and the analysis numerical date was marked as average±standard deviation or percentage(%). The results of the study are as follows.1. The biggest portion according to the variables are follows: by age, 40s were the most as 36.2% in 425 subjects, by jobs, ‘professional job’ were 32.1%. The average income was ‘over 5 million won’, ‘3∼4 million won’, ‘2∼3 million won’, ‘4∼5million won’ and then ‘2 million won’. 2. 51.9% of respondent answered that I know the abhyanga fairly about the question of the recognition degree. The main reason why respondent couldn’t sleep well was due to the stress, replied 43.6% of the espondent. 72.05 of respondent know that the oil which used for abhyanga is the medicinal herbs oil, The respondent answered the ability3. From the respondent, about the preferable reason why they tried abhyanga was that 28.8% of people replied for the stress solution, 74.4% of respondent answered as ‘fairly satisfied’ or ‘seriously satisfied’, about the satisfaction degree. And 60.0% of people said that they would like to recommend to other people in the future if they have a chance. About the comparison which followed by age group, aged 40’s got the 4.09, the highest point, and aged 40’s and 50’s group were higher than the aged 20’s(p=0.000). Also, the possibility of development of abhyanga, 63.5% of people said that there is a possibility of dvancement, and 26.2% of people answered as there will be the highly possibility to develop, means that most respondents evaluate abhyanga very positively. 4. About the analysis of physical stress from the respondent, ‘I feel the ache on the neck or shoulder’ was the 3.62±1.10 point, the highest. And the average band was that 2.62±0.60. The analysis of mental stress was that ‘I feel very sleepy with headache’ was the 3.02±1.12, was the highest point, and the overall band was 2.40±0.68, was lower than physical stress. In conclusion, it is true that there are lot of very effectiveness about the abhyanga Ayurveda massage, the traditional massage type from India as the aspects of alternative medical method on the basis of proved data, and this is effective for the advancement of immune system and cure of the disease. So, the result of this research would be helpful to make higher for the abhyanga Ayurveda massage, not only protection of the disease, balance, natural cure but also skin beauty culture, body health and balance. One more thing is that I hope that this research would be used for the basic data for the activation and popularization of skin beauty industry throught the access of typical Korean method. of oil which used for the therapy as ‘toxin discharge (47.6%)’ and ‘pain relief (24.1%)’.
