A Process-Driven Variability Analysis in Process-Aware Information Systems Family

Processes help an organization’s workforce achieve business objectives by helping them work not harder, but more efficiently and with improved consistency. Process-aware information systems (PAIS), whose implementation relies on the process specification, should be customizable in accordance with the process variations. Processes can be causes of variability, a characteristic that distinguishes one PAIS from others. The order or combination of processes can vary in dealing with the requirements and technical differences. Software product line engineering can help develop customizable or configurable PAISs, called PAIS family because it supports designing and developing a family of systems, not a single system. For designing PAIS family, analyzing variations in processes is more advantageous than analyzing the functional features of PAIS. Processes have different abstraction levels and sometimes they are not sequential. Moreover, a number of processes are too large and complex to analyze process variations as a whole. This paper proposes a hierarchical process framework-based process variability analysis technique for PAIS family. This paper explains the proposed technique through the FTA origin determination and management system example.

Heterogeneous structured datas give rise to different kind of information caliber issues regarding real-world structured datas. Identical records also a one major issue. Strategy to eliminate identical records results in unsureness to select among true uniform records. Available methods based on expert observation and destructive decisions do not proved effective solution to such problems. This project solves these issues of identical records elimination will solve by de-duplication procedure as data accessing tasks with unsure outcomes. This project implements method to overcome unsureness of identical records that tightly conceal the proper instances of input and gives effective results for identical record.

The weakness of server-based hosting is that it has low usability because it is limited by server unit operation. It is very difficult to maximize the efficiency of the entire server and have a limited number of manpower to manage multiple servers. Server hosting-based management from setting to troubleshooting, gives a huge burden of manpower. This paper states that IaaS(Infrastructure as a Service)-based cloud co-location and management system using open source Cloud Stack can be developed to solve such problems, and can help ease the burden of managing manpower by maximizing the usability of server and enhancing the efficiency of hosting management.

Prompt development of Information Technology has demanded a paradigm shift in financial information system services. A Mathematical Model to Verify a Reverse Engineering Approach Which Convert Form Fill Format into UML Class Diagram

This paper proposes a mathematical model to verify a reverse engineering approach which converts a form fill format document into a UML class diagram. The proposed approach used to convert a form fill format document into a UML class diagram consists of the following phases. The first phase is the capturing process that scans the form document and identifies the form components into tables; the second step is the normalization process that normalizes the tables in the first phase. The third phase is the mapping process to construct and build the relationship diagram. Finally, the translation process is conducted to construct and build the class diagrams. To verify the correctness of algorithms Interpreted Perti Nets Models will be generated to implement the proposed transformation processes (i.e. Capturing, normalization, mapping, and translation process). This verification is done because the importance of this approach as a helpful algorithm for researchers and practitioners in the Software Engineering field, since most of the reverse engineering approaches are based on source code. This approach is tested by using several word form fill format documents and shows a significant result.

The memory-based column repository has become an attractive architecture for big database storage because of its compression performance, and the cheap flash drive has become a popular storage for high-performance servers because of its outstanding I/O performance, and non-volatile, power-economic nature. First, we introduce a popular raw-oriented storage model and a new column-oriented model. Second, we propose a dual-index model using flash memory to improve the performance of the high-speed column-oriented database system. Our index management scheme achieves superior search performance by index segmentation and compact indexing. In terms of the search performance, our scheme outperforms traditional index management schemes.

A control system device is a hardware system with special processor and interface modules that have their own function and software under an operating system. In developing a new device, a designer searches for a new interface modules-supported driver algorithm for reducing developing time. In this case, the program code interfaced with this module used to be the same one as other products. It would then be difficult to verify which code is the original source program in keeping the copyright. Regarding property right verification, it is difficult to compare this with each program code to find a difference. In the case of an open source code, a developer program could be the same to most code lines, which is released by an interface module vendor. In this paper, we show a way to keep the property rights of the owner as for the module interface and communication interface, while the peripheral interface is under an open source operating system.

All over India more than 12 crore people utilize Gurumukhi script for speaking, documenting & other purposes. A considerable advancement in the work associated with the recognition of handwritten and printed Gurmukhi text has been reported in last few years. From the last few decades offline handwritten character recognition has gained a lot of interest of researchers. It is well known that each individual has some different writing style, so it is very difficult to identify or recognize the handwritten characters. Researchers have worked in this field using various scripts like Hindi, English but a very little work has been done in Gurmukhi script point of view. Based on data acquirement process a concise classification of recognition system has been discussed in this article. Various feature mining techniques & classifiers like power arc fitting ,parabola arc fitting, ,diagonal feature extraction, transition feature extraction, K-NN classifier (K-nearest neighbor) & SVM classifier (Support vector machine) are also illustrated in this paper. The methodology for word recognition has also been discussed in this paper.

Deep learning is a rapidly growing technology repeating epoch-making development in the field of voice/text/image cognition. Its basic principle is to systematize information and let users find the pattern for themselves through the neural network using lots of layers. Technological core is anticipation by classification. This thesis uses SNS and webpage scrapping data and GIS data for consumer needs. Data will then be extracted by accurate classification for the purpose of spatial information data with deep learning algorithm. It is necessary to call shapefiles to R, improve the accessibility to data, and cross one data set to other data set areas. This thesis intends to analyze data of various environments with data analysis tool, R, and design the process combining data of spatial information and visualizing it based on deep learning algorithm

To ensure software quality software testing is done .Test data generation is one of the more expensive parts of software testing. So, for reducing software cost and development time automation of test data generation is required. The object-oriented paradigm can be challenging for generating test data, due to some aspects of its features like abstract class, encapsulation, inheritance and visibility. To reach high code coverage of object oriented code search based test data generation technique is used. Proposed approach show that how efficiency and effectiveness of search based test data generation using static analysis. System takes input as different java class files then instances are generated for that classes then generate sequence of method call for whole code coverage then using genetic algorithm which is very useful and work efficiently when there is large search space it use to reach test target and finally generate test cases in Junit format which are helpful for all developers to perform unit testing.

There have been many changes, especially in the recent years, in the public sector of Korea. And the governance on which the public sector, in specific the government, rests on is facing new challenges as the paradigm of work process itself is changing from paper-based procedures to electronic online flow of information. The writers of this paper feel that at the center of these changes towards a new e-government is the data. When data becomes the core of the future, the values of e-government will manifest in a different manner based on a totally different paradigm, thus necessiting a change in the legal framework of e-government. This paper seeks to review today's trend and the direction of tomorrow's legal framework for e-government to enable implementation of future e-government oriented on data.

The aim of the study this to propose the usability metrics of the website and design an algorithm to evaluate it. The usability of websites depends on its structural dimension, functionality and user satisfaction. In this paper, the case study of the website of academic institutions is considered. Key criteria that affect the usability of the website were identified. Each of these criteria's is evaluated using the suitable method for given six sample website of academic institutes. Entropy approach is used for weights estimation and calculation of overall usability metrics.

In this paper, the researchers propose a two-wheeler detection system based on volumetric local binary pattern (VLBP) using projection vector method for vision based intelligent vehicles. A projection method has robustness for rotation invariant and reducing dimensionality for original image. The features of LBP are fast to compute and simple to implement for object recognition and texture classification area. Moreover, the researchers use uniform pattern to remove the noise. This paper suggests that modified LBP method and projection vector having different weighting values according to the local shape and the area in the image. Also the researchers system maintains the simplicity of evaluation of traditional formulation while being more discriminative. The researchers experimental results show that the detection system of a bicycle and motorcycle based on the proposed VLBP features achieve higher detection accuracy rate than the traditional features

In Object-Oriented Databases (OODB), nested object queries are used regularly. Nested structures are put in conditional expressions of the queries in two forms: nested sub-queries or path expression containing hidden joins – nested predicates in WHERE clauses. For nested queries, when analyzing the estimated cost of the nested algebraic expression, the expression evaluation result gives out an ineffective cost. Therefore, our method proposed in this paper will resolve the problems by leveling nested sub-queries in the nested queries. This method will increase the effectiveness of the query processing cost – We use object connection hypergraphs to present nested queries.

2D barcodes have successfully captured people's attention among mobile applications by capturing images from various devices without hardware modification processes, and providing a possible mechanism for bridging the physical world of printing and the cyber world of the Internet. Therefore, this study suggests a mobile-based product and shelf life management application that uses barcodes to manage various products and their shelf life. The suggested system implements barcode data identification through a mobile camera device, with product categorizing and expiry date notification service on mobile devices. Compared to the RFID-based solutions of existing systems, the suggested barcode-based mobile application does not need any special hardware and it can capture barcodes directly with a mobile camera system, with very limited computing resources and without the need for keyboard input, so that the focus is on designing an effective product and shelf life management system to ensure that users use the purchased products more efficiently and appropriately.

Increasing Accuracy of Process-based Fraud Detection Using a Behavior Model

Process-based fraud (PBF) is fraud caused by deviation from a business process model. Some studies have proposed methods for PBF detection; however, these are still not able to fully detect the occurrence of fraud. In this context, we propose a new method of PBF detection which carries out the behavior of the originators (users who perform events) to adjust the levels of fraud occured in the events. In this research, we propose a method of PBF detection with behavior model in order to increase accuracy. This is done firstly by analyzing the business processes that correspond to those in the standard operating system (SOP). Secondly, by calculating the event execution performed by the originator and his/her relations within the organization, whose behavior is then analyzed. Thirdly, by using the number of deviations and the originator behavior to calculate the attribute value. By using attribute importance weights, an attribute rating of each originator is kept. Finally, Multi Attribute Decision Making is used to decide the PBF rating of a case, on the basis of which it is decided whether fraud occurred or not. The experimental results show that this behavior model is able to reduce false positive and false negative, therefore, the method can increase the accuracy level by 0.03.
