본 연구는 가상현실(VR)과 디지털 미디어 기술의 융합에 근거하여 두 가지 사례를 분석하면서 증강현실 (AR) 기술이 포장 디자인에서의 응용과 소비자 만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. AR 기술은 가상 이미지와 실제 물체를 결합하여 사용자에게 보다 현실적인 시각적 경험을 제공하는 새로운 기술로, 다양한 분야에서 혁신 적인 해결책으로 등장하였지만, 포장 산업에서의 탐구는 상대적으로 제한적이었다. 본 연구 결과에 따르면, AR 기술은 포장 디자인에서 중요한 잠재력을 가지며, 사용의 편리성, 정보의 정확성, 정보의 실용성, 포장 디자인의 매력, 그리고 상호작용성과 같은 요소들이 소비자 만족도에 큰 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 그러나 포장 디자인의 창 의성은 소비자 만족도에 크게 영향을 주지 않았다. 소비자 만족도를 높이기 위해 기업들은 AR 기술의 사용 편의 성, 정보의 정확성 및 실용성, 포장 디자인의 매력, 그리고 상호작용성에 주목해야 한다.

This study, situated in the context of the merging of Virtual Reality (VR) and digital media technologies, investigates the impact of Augmented Reality (AR) technology on packaging design and consumer satisfaction through the analysis of two cases. According to the findings, AR technology holds significant potential in packaging design, with factors such as ease of use, accuracy of information, practicality of information, attractiveness of packaging design, and interactivity having a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. However, the creativity of packaging design did not significantly impact consumer satisfaction. To enhance consumer satisfaction, businesses should focus on aspects such as the ease of use of AR technology, the accuracy and practicality of information, the attractiveness of packaging design, and interactivity.

도시 인문정신은 인류 문명 문화의 주체이며 도시 디자인은 도시 인문정신의 가장 역동적이고 특징적인 물질 운반체이다. 도시는 단지 일반적인 개념의 토목공학일 뿐만 아니라 도시 인문정신의 시작과 창조이며 도시 인문 정신 계승을 위한 생명철학이므로 도시 디자인의 성공과 발전은 항상 도시건축 인문 정신의 발전 수준과 관련이 있다. 본 연구를 통해 도시 설계의 구현은 집이라는 기본요소 외에 부수적인 기능 시설도 있기에 사람의 각종 요구를 충족시키고, 사람을 중심으로 하는 것이야말로 완전한 생활 단위이며, 진정한 의미에서의 개념이며, 가장 소박하고 가장 자연스러운 사회생활의 진리라는 것을 밝혔다. 도시 인문정신의 계승과 혁신을 어떻게 구현 하고 도시 문화의 의미와 외연을 분석하며, 도시 인문 정신의 지역적 차이와 발전 특성을 이해하는가는 모두 탐 구와 해석이 필요한 문제이다. 도시 디자인에 인문정신을 도입하는 것은 조화로운 도시 문화를 조성하고 도시의 조화로운 발전을 도모하는 데 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

City is not only a civil engineering in general concept, but also the opening and creation of urban humanistic spirit, and a life philosophy of urban humanistic spirit inheritance. Therefore, the success and development of urban design are associated with the development level of the humanistic spirit of urban architecture. This study revealed that the implementation of urban design is a complete unit of living, a concept in the true sense, and the simplest and most natural truth of social life, as there are additional functional facilities in addition to the basic elements of the house. How to embody the inheritance and innovation of urban humanistic spirit, analyze the connotation and extension of urban culture, and understand the regional differences and development characteristics of urban humanistic spirit are all problems that need to be seriously discussed and solved.The introduction of humanities spirit into urban design can be said to be meaningful in creating a harmonious urban culture and promoting the harmonious development of the city.

중국 인력사회부 2021년 통계에 따라 2025년까지 중국에서 약 3,000만 명의 고급기술노동자가 부족할 것으로 예측되었다. 이에 인해 본 연구는 중국 00후(後) 기술노동자를 대상으로 그들의 직업 발전 경로를 검토하 는 데 목적을 두었다. 현지조사와 상담을 통해 우선 중국 00후 기술노동자 직업발전의 현황 및 문제를 살펴보고, 원인을 분석하였다. 그 다음은 자기결정이론이 중국 00후 기술노동자 직업발전 중의 실천적 의의를 고찰하였다. 마지막으로 자기결정이론의 핵심이론인 기본심리욕구이론의 세 가지 욕구, 즉 유능성, 자율성, 관계성 욕구의 충 족이 00후 기술노동자의 직업발전에 대한 활용 내용을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 중국 제조업 기업들이 00후 기술노 동자에 대한 효과적인 인적자원관리 방안을 마련할 수 있고, 00후 기술노동자의 이직률을 낮아지고 고급기술노동 자 부족한 문제를 개선할 수 있다. 이는 본 연구의 이론적 의미와 실천적 가치이다.

According to the statistics from the Chinese Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in 2021, China is expected to face a shortage of approximately 30 million skilled workers by 2025. Therefore, the issue of career development among China's post-2000 generation (referred to as '00s') is an urgent topic that requires thorough research, carrying significant theoretical implications and practical value. This study first examines the current status and issues related to the career development of technical workers from China's post-2000 generation, and analyzes the underlying reasons. It then explores the practical significance of the Self-Determination Theory in the career development of technical personnel from the post-2000 generation in our country. Based on the fulfillment of the three basic psychological needs proposed by the core theory of Self-Determination Theory, namely competence needs, autonomy needs, and relatedness needs, this study presents a career development path for technical personnel from China's post-2000 generation.
