2017년 개정 한국어 교육과정의 초등학교 현장 적용 실태와 교사들의 어려움, 그리고 필요 한 지원 방안을 현상학적 연구방법으로 탐구했다. [연구 결과] 한국어 교육과정 실행 경험과 실행 어려움이라는 두 가지 주제 아래 각각 두 개의 하위 주제가 도출되었다. 초등 한국어 교사들은 학생 들의 수준에 맞는 수업과 의사소통 능력 향상에 중점을 두고 있으나, 체계적인 교재와 교수법 연수 를 필요로 했다. 효과적인 초등 한국어 교육을 위해서는 학생 수준별 맞춤형 교육과 체계적인 교재 개발이 시급하다고 말하였다. 이 외 교사들은 한국어 교육 역량 강화를 위한 실제적이고 전문적인 교수법 연수 프로그램 개발과 제공이 필요하다고 밝혔다. [시사점] 이는 앞으로 개정될 한국어 교육 과정을 개발에 일조할 수 있을 것이다.

This study investigated the implementation of the 2017 revised Korean language curriculum in elementary schools, Korean language teacher's difficulties and necessary support measures using a phenomenological approach. [Results] The findings revealed that teachers focused on level-appropriate teaching and improving communication skills of students from multicultural backgrounds but needed systematic textbooks and training on instructional methods. Customized education, systematic Korean language curriculum development and professional teacher training programs were deemed crucial for effective Korean language education in elementary schools. [Implication] These results can contribute to future revisions of the Korean language curriculum.

불확실성이 점차 증가된 오늘날의 기업들은 경쟁에서 살아남기 위해 조직구성원의 시민행동 을 더욱 절실히 필요해졌다. 그러나 권력거리가 큰 문화에 속한 조직구성원들은 역할 외 행동을 쉽 게 관여하지 못하는데, 이러한 환경에서는 직원들의 자발적 행동을 촉진하기 위해 무엇보다 포용적 리더가 필요하다. 하지만 포용적 리더십에 관한 연구는 다른 리더십 스타일에 비해 적은 편이며, 조 직시민행동의 촉진요인으로서 실증한 연구는 더욱 미미하다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구는 포용적 리더 십과 조직시민행동 간의 관계를 실증하고자 한다. 설문조사를 통해 총 322명의 중국 직장인들로부터 획득한 데이터를 분석한 결과, 포용적 리더십은 조직시민행동에 대한 긍정의 예측변인임이 입증되었 으며, 이 사이에서 심리적 안전감의　매개효과 또한 검출되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 직원의 시민행 동 촉진을 원하는 경영자들에게 포용적 리더십의 중요성을 강조하는 동시에 리더의 영향력이 어떤 식으로 직원들에게 전달되는지 그 경로에 대한 이해까지 제공한다.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and organizational citizenship behavior, and the mediating effect of psychological safety and the moderating effect of power distance orientation. The results showed that inclusive leadership had a significant positive effect on psychological safety, individual-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, and organization-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, and that psychological safety had a significant positive effect on individual-oriented organizational citizenship behavior and organization-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, psychological safety had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between inclusive leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, and power distance orientation had a moderating effect on the relationship between inclusive leadership and psychological safety. Finally, based on the results of this study, practical implications, limitations, and future research directions were suggested.

본 연구는 2009년부터 2023년까지 중국 상하이 및 선전 증권거래소에 상장된 기업들의 데이 터를 바탕으로, 경영자의 해외 경험이 주가급락위험에 미치는 영향과 임원배상책임보험 도입의 차별 적 효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 경영자의 해외 경험은 주가급락위험을 유의하게 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 추가적으로, 전체 표본을 임원배상책임보험에 가입한 기업과 가입하지 않은 기업으로 나 누어 분석한 결과, 임원배상책임보험에 가입한 기업에서는 경영자의 기회주의적 행동이 증가할 가능 성이 있음을 발견하였다. 반면, 임원배상책임보험에 가입하지 않은 기업에서는 경영자의 해외 경험 이 주가급락위험을 낮추는 효과가 더욱 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 중국 상하이와 선전 증권시장 에 상장된 기업 데이터를 기반으로 진행되었다. 이러한 연구 범위의 한계가 존재하지만, 본 연구의 결과는 경영자 채용, 임원 배상책임보험 가입, 그리고 투자 의사결정에 중요한 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.

This study examines the effect of executives' overseas experience on stock price crash risk, as well as the differentiated impact of directors' and officers' liability insurance (D&O insurance) purchase, using data from companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges in China from 2009 to 2023. The results indicate that executives with overseas experience significantly contribute to reducing stock price crash risk. Additionally, when dividing the sample into firms with and without directors' and officers' liability insurance (D&O insurance), the analysis reveals that firms with this insurance may be more potentially encouraging opportunistic behavior among executives. In contrast, for firms without directors' and officers' liability insurance, the impact of executives' overseas experience in reducing stock price crash risk was more pronounced. This research is based on the data of companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges in China. Despite the limitations of this research scope, the findings of this study can provide significant implications for managerial hiring, directors and officers liability insurance, and investment decision-making.

본 연구는 소비자가 무인 택시에 대해 인지하는 위험(감지된 위험)과 이를 유발하는 5가지 위험 유형(성능 위험, 심리적 위험, 사회적 위험, 시간 위험, 안전 위험)이 사용 의도에 미치는 영향 을 탐구하고, 감지된 위험의 매개 효과와 소비자 혁신성의 조절 효과를 조사하였다. 연구 대상은 중 국 각 지역의 소비자 372명이었다. 연구 결과, 사회적 위험과 안전 위험은 감지된 위험에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 사회적 위험을 제외한 모든 위험 유형은 사용 의도에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. 감지된 위험은 부분 매개 효과를 가지며, 소비자 혁신성은 부정적인 조절 효과를 보였 다. 자율주행 대중교통 산업은 미래에 새로운 제품의 성능, 심리적 안정, 시간 절약, 안전성 등을 중 점적으로 개선하여 경쟁력을 강화하고, 소비자의 신제품 사용 의도를 높이는 데 주력해야 한다.

This study investigates the risks consumers perceive regarding driverless taxis (perceived risk) and examines the impact of five types of risks—performance risk, psychological risk, social risk, time risk, and safety risk—on the intention to use them. Additionally, the study explores the mediating effect of perceived risk and the moderating effect of consumer innovativeness. The research involved 372 consumers from various regions in China. The results revealed that social risk and safety risk positively influence perceived risk, while all types of risks, except for social risk, negatively affect the intention to use driverless taxis. Perceived risk was found to have a partial mediating effect, and consumer innovativeness demonstrated a negative moderating effect. In the future, the self-driving public transportation industry should prioritize improving performance, psychological stability, time efficiency, and the safety of new products to enhance competitiveness and boost consumers' intention to adopt these innovative products.

코로나19 이후 급변화하고 있는 관광산업에서 지역축제에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 하지 만 지역축제장 내의 안전 관리에 대한 체계적인 위험관리는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문은 이런 지역 축제장의 안전관리에 대한 시스템에 대한 교육 현실에 대해 연구를 하고자 한다. 현재 지방 자치단 체에서는 관광산업의 발전을 위한 방법으로 지역축제를 활성화 하고 있다. 또한 지역소멸에 대한 중 대적인 정책방향으로 사계절동안 지역을 알리고 참여를 유도하기 위해 많은 노력을 하고 있으며, 지 자체마다 경쟁적인 가열이 되고 있으면서 준비되지않는 축제와 비슷비슷한 주제로 관광객을 집결하 고 있다. 주5일 근무제로 인하여 여행의 트렌드 또한 그 개념들이 변해가고 있다. 연구결과로 지역 축제장의 안전관리에 대한 5개 요인으로 분석한 내용으로 가정 주요시된 축제관련시설 5.56%)로 높 게 분석 결과와 불시적요인 4.56%로 보통으로 조사되었다. 결론적으로, 지역축제 괸리 조직이 지각 하고 있는 위험요소를 규명하고 가장 큰 위험요소를 파악해 보고 이를 통해 지역 축제에서 체계적 인 안전관리 시스템을 파악해 보고 사전에 안전교육을 통해 점검하고 최소화 시키고 안전관리 교육 을 통해 지역 축제 발전에 기여하고자 함이 연구의 목적이다.

Interest in local festivals is increasing in the tourism industry, which has been rapidly changing since COVID-19. However, systematic risk management for safety management in local festival venues is insufficient. This paper aims to study the reality of education on the system for safety management of these regional festival sites. Currently, local governments are revitalizing local festivals as a way to develop the tourism industry. In addition, many efforts are being made to inform the region and induce participation throughout the four seasons as a significant policy direction for regional extinction, and each local government is gathering tourists on topics similar to festivals that are competitive and unprepared. Due to the five-day workweek, the concepts of travel are also changing.As a result of the study, it was analyzed as five factors for safety management of local festival venues, with a high analysis result of 5.56% of festival-related facilities that were assumed to be major, and 4.56% of the random factors. In conclusion, the purpose of this study is to identify the risk factors perceived by the local festival organization, identify the biggest risk factors, identify a systematic safety management system in local festivals, check and minimize them through safety education, and contribute to the development of local festivals through safety management education.
