The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of the dura-tion-dependence of the one bout treadmill exercise on cell proliferation, stress, and central fatigue in rats. The animals were randomly divided into five groups: the non-exercise group, 1-h exercise group, 2-h exer-cise group, 4-h exercise group, and 6-h exercise group. The exercise load consisted of running at speed of 13 meters/min with the 0° inclina-tion. Cell proliferation in the hippocampal dentate gyrus was increased in response to one bout moderate treadmill exercise in all exercise groups. But there was no statistical significance between the exercise duration and cell proliferation. The optical density of glucocorticoid (GR)-positive cells in the hippocampal dentate gyrus was not changed by treadmill exercise at any exercise duration. Expressions of serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine, 5-HT) and tryptophan hyroxylase (TPH) were in-creased by treadmill exercise only at 6 h duration. It seemed like that there was no additional benefits on cell proliferation over 2 h exercise due to stressful factors with over exercise dose, and there was no change of GR expression due to early assessment point of time. It can be sug-gested that the one-bout of moderate treadmill exercise increased cell proliferation, but treadmill exercise prolonged to 6 h induced central fa- tigue in rats.

본 연구에서는 우슈 선수의 운동열정, 운동몰입 및 운동지속 간의 상관관계를 파악하여 우수 선수 육성을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 2016년 대한우슈쿵푸협회에 등록된 대학 및 실업팀 선수 210명을 설문조사하여, 유의한 자료 193부를 최종분석 하였다. 수집된 자료는 PASW 21.0, AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 우슈 선수의 운동열정은 운동몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 우슈 선수의 운동열정은 운 동지속에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 우슈 선수의 운동몰입은 운동지속에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 볼 때, 치열한 경쟁적 스포츠현장에 놓인 선수들이 자신의 내적 자극과 스트레 스를 적절히 조절할 수 있도록 일선 지도자들은 선수들과 소통해야 할 것이다. 또한 선수들의 문제점을 파악하고 해결해 줄 수 있도록 일선 지도자들이 실무적으로 활용가능 한 심리적 처방과 심리지도프로그램을 마련해야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the development of excellent athletes by analyzing the relationship between exercise passion, exercise commitment and exercise duration of Wushu athletes. The subjects of the study were 210 college and unemployment team athletes registered in Korea Wushu Association in 2016, and analyzed 193 copies of significant data. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling by using PASW 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. The following conclusions were obtained. First, the exercise passion of Wushu athletes has a positive effect on exercise commitment. Second, the exercise passiveness of Wushu athletes has a positive effect on the duration of exercise. Third, the exercise commitment of Wushu athletes has a positive effect on the duration of exercise. Based on the results of this study, Leaders must communicate with the athletes to ensure that the players in the competitive sports scene are able to properly control their internal stimuli and stress. In addition, a psychological prescription and psychological guidance program should be prepared so that front line leaders can use practically to identify and solve the problems of the athletes.

본 연구의 목적은 65세 이상 여성 노인의 실버댄스 운동이 혈중 항산화 효소 수준에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위함이다. 연구대상자는 65세 이상 여성노인으로 6개월 및 12개월의 두 그룹으로 나누었다. 실 버댄스 운동 프로그램은 1일 60분, 주 3회 12개월간 실시하였다. 혈중 변인은 총콜레스테롤(Total cholesterol, TC), 중성지방(Tryglyceride, TG), 고밀도 지단백 콜레스테롤(High density lipoprotein cholesterol, HDL-C) 저밀도 지단백 콜레스테롤(Low density lipoprotein cholesterol, LDL-C), C-반 응성 단백질(C-creatine protein, CRP), 항산화 효소2(Superoxide dismutase2, SOD2)를 분석하였다. 연구결과 12개월 운동 그룹은 운동전에 비해 운동 프로그램 수행 후 혈중 HDL-C, 혈중 SOD2 농도가 유 의하게(p<.05) 증가하여 운동 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 노인의 항염증 작용 및 항산화 작 용을 위한 운동 프로그램은 장기간 운동기간을 고려하는 것이 효과적인 방법으로 사료된다.
Objectives The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of silver dance exercise on the levels of antioxidant enzymes in women aged 65 and older. Methods The study participants were divided into two groups: a 6-month group and a 12-month group of women aged 65 and older. The silver dance exercise program was conducted for 60 minutes per day, three times a week, for 12 months. Blood variables analyzed included total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), C-reactive protein (CRP), and superoxide dismutase 2 (SOD2). Results The results of the study showed that the 12-month exercise group exhibited significant increases in HDL-C and SOD2 concentrations compared to before the exercise program (p<.05), indicating the effectiveness of the exercise. Conclusions Therefore, exercise programs aimed at anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects in the elderly women are considered effective when considering long-term exercise duration.

Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common neurobe-havioral disorder, and its symptoms are hyperactivity and deficits in learning and memory. Physical exercise increases dopamine synthesis and neuronal activity in various brain regions. In the present study, we investigate the duration-dependence of the treadmill exercise on hyper-activity in relation with dopamine expression in ADHD. Spontaneously hypertensive rats were used for the ADHD rats and Wistar-Kyoto rats were used for the control rats. The rats in the exercise groups were forced to run on a treadmill for 10 min, 30 min, and 60 min once daily for 28 consecutive days. For this experiment, open field test and immuno-histochemistry for tyrosine hydroxylase were conducted. The present results revealed that ADHD rats showed hyperactivity, and tyrosine hy-droxylase expression in the striatum and substantia nigra were de-creased in ADHD rats. Treadmill exercise alleviated hyperactivity and also increased TH expression in ADHD rats. Treadmill exercise for 30 min per day showed most potent suppressing effect on hyperactivity, and this dose of treadmill exercise also most potently inhibited tyrosine hydroxylase expression. The present study suggests that treadmill exer-cise for 30 min once a day is the most effective therapeutic intervention for ADHD patients.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the exercise patterns and the factors affecting exercise duration in pregnantwomen. Methods: The survey was conducted to assess walking and exercise duration in 146 pregnant participants, who live inGyeongsang area. Data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and regression using the SPSS Win 23.0 program. Results:The average age of the participants was 31 years, and more than 87% of them were primigravida. The differences in the meanwalking duration, the daily exercise duration, and the exercise days of participants before and during pregnancy were not statisticallysignificant, but the exercise duration during pregnancy was decreased compared to that before pregnancy. The factors affectingweekly exercise duration were diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus, concern about weight gain during pregnancy, and monthlyincome. Conclusion: The results of this study show that development of an educational program to teach proper exercise practicesduring pregnancy is recommended.

이 연구는 20대 남성 12명을 대상으로 60%1RM 벤치프레스 5Set 운동 시 수행속도에 따른 반복횟수, 운동량, 운동지속시간 및 지연성근통증에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 비교 분석하고자 하였으며, 측정된 자료를 반복측정 이원변량분 석으로 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 반복횟수는 운동 수행속도에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, Fast Tempo(1/0/1/0)에서 높게 나타났다. 시기에 따라서도 유의한 차이가 나타났다. Fast Tempo 및 Slow Tempo (3/0/3/0) 모두 세트가 진행됨에 따라 감소하였다. 둘째, 운동량은 운동 수행속도에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, Fast Tempo에서 높게 나타났고, 시기에 따라서도 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, Fast Tempo 및 Slow Tempo 모두 세트 가 진행됨에 따라 감소하였다. 셋째, 운동 수행속도에 따른 운동지속시간은 Fast Tempo에서 낮게 나타났으며, Fast Tempo에서는 1-2세트, Slow Tempo에서는 1-3세트에서 감소하였다. 넷째, 지연성근통증은 속도에 따라 48시간 후 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 시기에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 두 조건 모두 점차 감소하였다. 이와 같은 결과는 효과적 인 운동 프로그램 설계 시 적정 운동량 제시에 있어 수행속도가 고려되어야 할 것으로 보이며, 추후 수축 구간의 운동속도 간 다양한 조합에 따른 운동량 및 반복횟수의 변화를 규명하는 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.
In this study, the number of repetitions, volume, exercise duration and delayed onset muscle soreness according to tempo during 60% 1RM bench press 5 sets were conducted on 12 men in their 20s. The results of analyzing the measured data using the repeated measures two-way ANOVA analysis of variance method are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in the number of repetitions depending on the exercise tempo, and it was high in fast tempo (1/0/1/0), and a significant difference was also found depending on the period. Both fast tempo and slow tempo (3/0/3/0) decreased as the set progressed. Second, there was a significant difference in the volume of exercise depending on the tempo of exercise, and it was high in fast tempo, and there was a significant difference depending on the period, and both fast tempo and slow tempo decreased as the set progressed. Third, exercise duration according to exercise tempo appeared low in fast tempo, and decreased in 1-2 sets in fast tempo and 1-3 sets in slow tempo. Fourth, there was a significant difference in delayed onset muscle soreness after 48 hours depending on the tempo. A significant difference appeared depending on the period, and both conditions gradually decreased. These results indicate that tempo should be considered when suggesting an appropriate amount of exercise when designing an effective exercise program, and future research will be needed to identify changes in the volume of exercise and number of repetitions according to various combinations of exercise tempo in the contraction section.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of exercise duration of rural health center on postmenopausal obesity women. The subjects for study were 9 post menopausal women within 3 years. They performed 12 week exercise program including yoga, walking and muscle training(5 days per week). And during 12 week, the body composition(weight, %fat, muscle weight), physical fitness (cadiovascular fitness, muscle power, muscle endurance and flexibility) and bone density(lumbar and thigh) data were collected for 8week, 10week and 12week. Statistical techniques for data analysis were repeated one way ANOVA to determine among 3 exercise program. The 5% level of significance difference was utilized as a critical level. The following results were obtained fron this study. 1. The change of weight and %fat were significantly decreased and muscle weight was increased in 12 week. But it showed no difference in body composition between 8 and 10 week. 2.The change of physical fitness including cardiovascular fitness, muscle power, muscle endurance and flexibility were significantly increased in 12 week. Especially it showed no difference in muscle power between 8 and 10 week and in muscle endurance between 10 and 12 week. 3. The changes of bone density were significantly increased. But bone density in lumbar and thigh area was increased in 12 week. But it showed no difference in bone density between 8 and 10 week.

본 연구는 필라테스 운동 기간에 따른 전방머리자세의 개선정도, 통증 자각도 및 운동만족도에 미치 는 영향을 알아보고자 하는데 목적이 있었다. 평균 주 2회 이상 필라테스 운동에 참여하고 있는 전방머 리자세를 가진 성인 여성 50명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 운동 기간에 따라 1개월이하∼3개월이하 운동 초기 그룹 A(n=18), 6개월이하∼8개월이하 운동 중기 그룹 B(n=16), 11개월이하∼13개월이하 운동 장기 그룹 C(n=16)로 분류하였다. 본 연구에서는 각 그룹 별로 신체조성(체중, 체지방률, 골격근량, BMI), 전방 머리자세, 통증자각도(VAS, NDI), 운동만족도를 측정하였다. 운동 강도는 Warm-up에서는 RPE 9∼13, Main exercise에서는 RPE 13∼17, Cool-down에서는 RPE 12∼15로 구성하였다. 분석 결과, 여성들의 필라 테스 운동 참여 기간이 길어진다고 해도 각 그룹별 체조성과 통증자각도(VAS, NDI)에서는 유의한 차이 가 나타나지 않았다. 하지만 전방머리자세 정도에서는 운동기간이 길어질수록 경추각의 각도가 개선되는 모습을 보였다. 운동만족도의 경우 신체적 기능, 사교증진, 건강생활에서는 각 그룹별 유의한 차이가 나 타나지 않았다. 운동능력 및 심리적 안정에서는 각 그룹 사이에 유의한 차이가 나타났는데 운동 초기 그 룹A 보다 운동 중, 장기 그룹인 B와 C에서 긍정적인 효과가 있다고 나타났다. 결론적으로 여성들의 장 기적인 필라테스 운동 참여는 경추의 정렬과 균형이 개선되어 전방머리자세를 나타내는 경추각에 유의 한 향상을 보였고, 운동만족도에도 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Pilates exercise on the degree of improvement in forward head posture, pain perception, and exercise satisfaction. Methods The study targeted 50 adult women with forward head posture who participated in Pilates exercise more than twice a week on average, and were classified into the early exercise group A (n=18) with 1 to 3 months of exercise, the mid-exercise group B (n=16) with 6 to 8 months of exercise, and the long-term exercise group C (n=16) with 11 to 13 months of exercise. In this study, body composition (body weight, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, BMI), forward head posture, pain perception (VAS, NDI), and exercise satisfaction were measured for each group. The exercise intensity was composed of RPE 9 to 13 for the warm-up, RPE 13 to 17 for the Main exercise, and RPE 12 to 15 for the cool-down. Results Even though the period of participation in Pilates exercise by women increased, there was no significant difference in the gymnastic and pain perception (VAS, NDI) of each group. However, in terms of forward head posture, the angle of the cervical spine improved as the period of exercise increased. In terms of exercise satisfaction, there was no significant difference in physical function, social promotion, and healthy lifestyle among the groups. There was a significant difference between the groups in exercise ability and psychological stability, and it was shown that there was a positive effect in the long-term groups B and C during exercise compared to the early exercise group A. Conclusions Long-term participation in Pilates exercise among women showed significant improvements in the cervical angle, which indicates a forward head posture, by improving the alignment and balance of the cervical spine, and also had a positive effect on exercise satisfaction.

This study is aimed at verifying the effect of aerobic exercise prescription during 16 weeks and discontinuance of it 4 weeks on the. recognizing the importance of aerobic exercise, analyzing changes of body composition in obesity management, understanding the influence of aerobic exercise on the athletes and middle-aged obese women, and being a help to improvement of national physical strength. Dividing twenty middle-aged women living in K province of I metropolitan city into exercise group and non-exercise group by ten participants, during 16 weeks one hour a day, four times a week, exercise was conducted with 40% intensity during 8 weeks, and 50% intensity during another 8 weeks, in accordance with a formula of maximum heart rate, and during 4 weeks, exercise was discontinued to test. As the result of body-fat analysis, it showed significant difference by p=.015 after conducting 16week aerobic exercise, and by p=.013 in 4 week comparison after discontinuance of exercise. As the result of analyzing abdominal fat ratio, it showed significant difference by p=.003 after conducting 16 week aerobic exercise, and by p=.005 in 4-week comparison after discontinuance of exercise. As the result of obesity degree (%) between groups, it didn't show significant difference by p=.047 after conducting 16-week aerobic exercise. Leptin(㎍/㎗) Difference in concentration in the exercise group than non-treatment group the difference was significant at p =. 035.
노인여성의 복합운동 참여에 따른 수면시간 및 수면 질과의 관련성 KCI 등재

본 연구의 목적은 노인여성들을 대상으로 복합운동의 참여가 수면시간 및 수면 질과 어떠한 관계가 있는가를 알 아보는데 있다. 이 연구에 자발적으로 참여한 여성은 158명이었고, 연령은 만 65-80세 사이이다. 피험자들의 신장, 체중, 신체구성성분을 측정하였고, 수면시간과 수면 질을 조사하였다. 이 연구결과, 노인여성들의 운동참여정도(주당 운동빈도, 운동시간, 운동기간)에 따른 수면시간 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 주당 운동빈도와 수면 질 간에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 그리고 주당 운동빈도에 따라서 잠이 드는데 걸린 시간 간에도 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났고(p<.05), 운동시간 및 운동기간과 잠드는 시간 간에는 통계적인 유의한 차이가 없 었다. 특히, 수면시간에 따라서 수면 질 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.01). 결론적으로, 장기간 복합운 동에 참여한 노인여성들은 전반적으로 수면의 질이 좋은 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship of participation with combined exercise on the sleep duration and sleep quality in older women. A convenience sample of 158 elderly residents of assisted living facilities was participated. They are aged 65~80 years. Height, weight, body composition, and sleep duration, sleep quality were measured in this study. There were no significant differences on sleep duration between frequent, time, duration of exercise. Exercise frequent was a significant difference on sleep quality (p<.05), no significant differences on exercise time and duration. There were significant difference on the taking time of sleep in elderly women, but no significant differences between exercise time and duration. There was a significant difference on sleep quality between sleep time. Particularly, the more sleep duration, the more high on sleep quality in elderly women. Finally, Regular physical activity may improved on the sleep quality in older women.

[PURPOSE] The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of muscle contraction speed on number of repetitions, exercise duration and muscle activation during push-up exercise in men. [METHODS] The study employed a randomized, counter-balanced crossover design with two testing sessions that were 3 months apart. Twelve, healthy, male collegiate students were asked to perform two exercises separately, normal-speed push-up (ECC: 1-s, CON: 1-s) and speedy-push-up (maximum speed), until repetition failure of volitional contraction. Outcomes were number of repetitions, exercise duration and muscle activation of the pectoralis major measured through surface electromyography (sEMG) during push-up exercises. The sEMG data were normalized to maximal voluntary isometric contraction (MVIC) and expressed as a percentage (%MVIC) in both ECC phase and CON phase. [RESULTS] Number of repetitions (t=-5.352, p<.001), exercise duration (t=-5.837, p<.001) and muscle activity (t=-4.525, p=.023) were significantly different between two exercise conditions. [CONCLUSIONS] Normal-speed push-up exercise increased exercise duration and muscular activity while, and speedy push-up exercise increased number of repetitions. Further studies are warranted to elucidate associations between muscle adaptation stimulus and muscle contraction speed.

[PURPOSE] The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of wearing compression stockings on number of repetitions, heart rate, exercise duration and iEMG. [METHODS] A total of 7 male students(22.0±2.8 yr; 174.0±5.8 cm; 75.2±11.0kg) who were free of lower extremity injury participated in this study. One and 10 RM of squats were measured. Five sets of 10 RM squats were performed with and without wearing compression stockings with resting intervals of 2 minutes between sets. Surface electrodes were placed over the rectus femoris and gastrocnemius muscles to measure muscle activation via iEMG. Paired t-tests and repeated ANOVA were conducted to determine differences between groups with statistical significance at p<.05. [RESULTS] The compression stocking significantly increased numbers of repetitions during the first 3 sets: 2.4(24%), 1.2(13.6%), and 1.3(16.7%), respectively. Significant differences were found between groups for the set 1-3(p<.01, p<.05, p<.05). However, there was no significant difference between groups in number s of repetitions during the set 4 and 5. Similarly, no differences were found in both groups during any of sets for the other variables: heart rate, exercise duration, and iEMG. [CONCLUSION] The compression stocking demonstrated an increase in number of repetitions, but had no changes in heart rate, exercise duration, and iEMG, which is related to efficiency of squat exercise.

[PURPOSE] The purpose of this study was to compare metabolic variables during exercise and recovery between mid and low intensity exercise in college students. [METHODS] Eight healthy university students were participated in two trials: (1) mid intensity exercise(60%VO2R, 45min; MI), and (2) low intensity exercise(40%VO2R, 60min; LI) in same energy expenditure condition on a treadmill exercise. [RESULTS] During the exercise, VO2 and exercise expenditure(EE) were significantly higher at MI than at LI (p=.000, p=.000), but no significant difference of exercise time was found. Respiratory exchanged ratio(RER) was significantly higher at MI than at LI(p=010), and was significantly higher in exercise 15min than in exercise 30 and 45min(p=000). Fat oxidation rate(FOR) and Fat oxidation (g/min, FO) were significantly lower at MI than at LI(p=.022, p=.034), and were significantly higher at 15min than exercise at 30 and 45min(p=000, p=.000), respectively. During the recovery, VO2 and EE were significantly higher at MI than at LI(p=.000, p=.000), and were significantly higher after 30min than after 15min of recovery(p=.000, p=.000), respectively. RER was not significantly different between MI and LI, but it was significantly lower after 45min than 15min recovery(p=.000). FOR and FO were not significant difference between MI and LI, but it was significantly higher after 30min than 15min recovery(p=.000, p=.000), respectively. [CONCLUSIONS] These finding suggest that the moderate exercise can contribute to greater exercise and recovery-induced fat oxidation and energy expenditure compared with a lower intensity continuous exercise.
The effects of exercise training and acute exercise duration on plasma folate and vitamin B<SUB>12

BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Energy production and the rebuilding and repair of muscle tissue by physical activity require folate and vitamin $B_{12}$ as a cofactor. Thus, this study investigated the effects of regular moderate exercise training and durations of acute aerobic exercise on plasma folate and vitamin $B_{12}$ concentrations in moderate exercise trained rats. MATERIALS/METHODS: Fifty rats underwent non-exercise training (NT, n = 25) and regular exercise training (ET, n = 25) for 5 weeks. The ET group performed moderate exercise on a treadmill for 30 min/day, 5 days/week. At the end of week 5, each group was subdivided into 4 groups: non-exercise and 3 exercise groups. The non-exercise group (E0) was sacrificed without exercising and the 3 exercise groups were sacrificed immediately after exercising on a treadmill for 0.5 h (E0.5), 1 h (E1), and 2 h (E2). Blood samples were collected and plasma folate and vitamin $B_{12}$ were analyzed. RESULTS: After exercise training, plasma folate level was significantly lower and vitamin $B_{12}$ concentration was significantly higher in the ET group compared with the NT group (P < 0.05). No significant associations were observed between plasma folate and vitamin $B_{12}$ concentrations. In both the NT and ET groups, plasma folate and vitamin $B_{12}$ were not significantly changed by increasing duration of aerobic exercise. Plasma folate concentration of E0.5 was significantly lower in the ET group compared with that in the NT group. Significantly higher vitamin $B_{12}$ concentrations were observed in the E0 and E0.5 groups of the ET group compared to those of the NT group. CONCLUSION: Regular moderate exercise training decreased plasma folate and increased plasma vitamin $B_{12}$ levels. However, no significant changes in plasma folate and vitamin $B_{12}$ concentrations were observed by increasing duration of acute aerobic exercise.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the exercise patterns and the factors affecting exercise duration in pregnant women. Methods: The survey was conducted to assess walking and exercise duration in 146 pregnant participants, who live in Gyeongsang area. Data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and regression using the SPSS Win 23.0 program. Results: The average age of the participants was 31 years, and more than 87% of them were primigravida. The differences in the mean walking duration, the daily exercise duration, and the exercise days of participants before and during pregnancy were not statistically significant, but the exercise duration during pregnancy was decreased compared to that before pregnancy. The factors affecting weekly exercise duration were diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus, concern about weight gain during pregnancy, and monthly income. Conclusion: The results of this study show that development of an educational program to teach proper exercise practices during pregnancy is recommended.
지도자의 리더십 행동유형에 따른 선수만족이 운동지속에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 지도자의 리더십 행동유형에 따른 선수만족이 운동지속에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 인구통계학적 변인에 따라 비교 분석하였다. 이를 위해 J도내 고등학교 운동선수 160명을 대상으로 설문조사 하였으며, 불성실하게 반응한 15부를 제외하고 총 145부의 질문지를 최종 연구 자료로 이용하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 운동 지도자 리더십유형의 하위요인들 중에서 선수만족에 미치는 상대적 영향력은 권위적 행동과, 긍정적 보상이 유의한 수준에서 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 운동 지도자 리더십유형의 하위요인들 중에서 운동지속에 미치는 상대적 영향력은 권위적 행동과, 배려적지지, 긍정적 보상이 유의한 수준에서 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 선수만족이 운동지속에 미치는 상대적 영향력은 유의한 수준에서 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
This study aims to explore the effect on exercise duration by player satisfaction according to leadership style of the leader. For the purpose, data was collected from 160 high school sports players in J city and performed a final data from 145 except 15 such as unreliable response. The results of this study were as follows. First, authoritarian behavior and positive rewards were appeared to affect positive in the level of significance as sub-factors of leadership style of the leader affected player satisfaction. Second, authoritarian behavior, caring support and positive rewards were showed to affect relatively as sub-factors of leadership style of the leader affected player exercise duration. Third, the player satisfaction showed a positive effect on the relative influence of exercise duration.
