This study was a survey of prosthetic dental hygienist medical services 11 areas to provide basic data on the scope of the dental hygienist to determine the suitability satisfaction with the work done and the degree of prosthetic care coordination services performed in clinical practice, total 302 parts by analyzing the following conclusions. 1. The correlation among the performance of, appropriateness of and satisfaction with the cooperative duties for prosthodontic treatment was analyzed. Overall, it's found that the correlation coefficients between the performance and appropriateness, between the appropritaeness and satisfaction level and between the performance and satisfaction level were respectively 0.211 (p<0.001), 0.723 (p<0.001) and 0.292 (p<0.001). There was a positive correlation between all the factors. 2. A multiple regression analysis was carried out to grasp which factor would affect the performance of the cooperative duties for prosthodontic treatment, and the type of medical institution (p<0.001) was found to exert the most significant influence, followed by main treatment duties (p<0.001), clinical career (p<0.05) and gender (p<0.05). 3. Factors affecting the adequacy of prosthetic care coordination services are prosthetic care coordination tasks related to manual if (p<0.01), last school (p<0.01), we note that the net was statistically the performance of degree (p<0.05). 4. A multiple regression analysis was carried out once again to find out which factor would affect satisfaction level with the cooperative duties for prosthodontic treatment, and job appropriateness (p<0.001) was found to have the most significant impact, followed by job performance (p<0.05) and main treatment duties (p<0.05). The above-mentioned findings show that as for the job performance of dental hygienists related to cooperative duties for prosthodontic treatment, the legal enlargement of the areas of those duties should be considered based on the view of dental hygienists themselves and that of dentists. The development of more professional and systematic programs is necessary as well, and standardized manuals should be prepared. A certification system should be introduced to improve the status of clinical dental hygienists as professionals to boost their job satisfaction, and there should be a change in the way people in general look at dental hygienists.

In this study, in order to investigate the expectation on the tooth bleaching according to oral health behavior, factors associated with tooth bleaching and colorable-food consumption and to improve individual satisfaction after one who had the tooth bleached, Survey had been conducted on the 139 target female Dental Hygiene Students in Masan university on September, 2013. 1. Expectation on the tooth bleaching according to health behavior of Group tooth-brushing less than or equal to twice a day has is higher than that on group tooth-brushing thrice a day. Differences between them is statistically significant (p=0.047), Psychological expectation according to regular check-up and Scaling within 1 year has statistical significance (p<0.05). 2. Expectation on the tooth bleaching according to subjective expectation on the tooth color has statistical significance satisfaction on psychological expectation, social expectation and total expectation (p<0.05), Expectation on the tooth bleaching according to interest in the tooth bleaching has social expectation, side effect and total expectation (p<0.05). Experience of the tooth bleaching has statistical significance according to experience one who heard whose tooth is dark and harm on social community attitudes (p<0.05). 3. Expectation on the tooth bleaching according to colorable-drink consumption has statistical significance on aesthetic expectation and side effect (p<0.05), side effect has according statistical significance to colorable-food consumption (p=0.039). Result of study is that expectation on the tooth bleaching is influenced by not only expectation on the tooth color, experience of the tooth bleaching and interest in the tooth bleaching, but also consumption of colorable food. But utilizing by the result of study, it is believed to be further studied methods that improving individual satisfaction according to the tooth bleaching.

The purpose of this study was to examine any possible differences in oral dryness among elderly people according to their general characteristics in an effort to provide some information on the oral health care of the elderly. The subjects in this study were 130 senior citizens who visited senior welfare centers in the city of Mokpo. After data were gathered, the collected data were analyzed. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. The women felt more oral dryness than the men, and there were gender differences in that regard. 2. The respondents who were bereaved of their spouses and who chose the answer choice “the others” felt more oral dryness than those who had spouses. Thus, there were differences according to the form of marriage. 3. The senior citizens who lived alone felt more oral dryness than the respondents who lived with their spouses and/or children, and there were differences according to living arrangements. 4. The elderly people whose monthly living expense was 300 thousand won or less felt more oral dryness than the others. Thus, there were differences according to living expense. Given the above-mentioned findings of the study, the kind of programs that aim to improve the psychology and oral health care of the elderly should be developed in consideration of their gender, marital status, living arrangements and monthly living expense that affect their oral dryness.

The more dental institutions dental procedures satisfaction factors of quality dental care services in accordance with the general characteristics of patients admitted with a high level of education and monthly income were 50 unemployed men increased satisfaction survey for dental procedures, it showed a statistically significant difference (p<.000). Dental environmental factors satisfaction of dental service quality in accordance with the general characteristics of dental healthcare patients are highly educated men over 60 more have been investigated monthly income higher satisfaction with dental care environment, it showed a statistically significant difference (p<.000). 4. General characteristics of the study subjects and optional path dental, select reason is that the correlation between dental appeared that there is a statistically significant difference showed a positive correlation (+) in age and occupation (p<.01), the correlation between dental health and dental services to be reused doctor shows a positive correlation between all variables (+), it showed that there are statistically significant differences in all variables (p<.01). Consequently, to increase the satisfaction of dental service is within the desired patient dental clinic will improve the quality of care and quality of service, it is considered to be the most effective re-utilization of dental care services strategy to increase accordingly.

Between March 1 and 15, 2015, this questionnaire investigation was conducted into 144 students who attended elementary school, middle school, academic high school, and specialization high school in Incheon Metropolitan City. It was carried out through investigators who visited their alma meters and neighboring high schools and explained the students about the aim of this research and how to respond to the questionnaire. Then, in cooperation and connection with each students' association, the questionnaire responses and anti-school violence campaigns were analyzed and the following results were acquired. 1. To the question ‘Have you ever experienced any school violence?,’ 48 students (33.3%) answered ‘I have’ and 96 students (66.7%) ‘I have not.’ 2. To the question asked to the said responding 48 students, ‘In which way have you asked help as you experienced a school violence?,’ 12 students (8.3%) answered ‘I have recourse to counseling with my school teacher,’ 12 students (8.3%) answered ‘I have recourse to counseling with my school parent’ 6 students (4.2%) ‘I have recourse to counseling with my peers,’ and 18 students (12.5%) ‘I have not asked for any counsel or help.’ 3. To the question asked to the responding 30 students who had asked for counsel or help, 'How much helpful was the counsel or help given from others?,' 6 students (4.2%) answered 'Very helpful and 24 students (16.7%) answered 'Helpful.' 4. Concerning the registration of school violence-related punishments in school records, to the question ‘What do you think about the attitude of students who respond to an annual and national investigation into school violences?,’ 120 students (83.3%) answered ‘Students give a candid answer as they have witnessed or experienced.’ 5. Concerning the effectiveness of the first-ever systematic anti-school violence education, to the question ‘How much effective is it to systematically educate students on the fact that even a slight harassment is a violence?,’ 54 students (37.5%) answered ‘The education is interesting from the perspective of students,’ and 72 students (50.0%) answered ‘It is no more than a formal education but still of help,’ and 18 students (12.5%) answered ‘It is of no help.’ 6. Concerning the practice or non-practice of an education given around the meal table, to the question ‘Is a relevant education practiced around the meal table each Wednesday when all members of the family gather and celebrate a family love day?,’ 96 students (66.7%) answered ‘It is practiced.’ 7. Concerning the effectiveness of comprehensive measures against school violences, to the question ‘How effective are comprehensive measures, you think, to exterminate or prevent school violences?,’ 12 students (8.3%) answered ‘They are of some help’ and 66 students (45.8%) answered ‘They are of no help.’ The above-mentioned results imply that educational plans to prevent school violences should be set up more actively. In principle, each school need determine in detail who and when the education should be given, and concrete educational programs should be set up and shared by regional units. Since it may be hard for a school to decide on what should be taught, it is necessary for a regional educational committee to specify basic plans for what should be taught and/or educated. It means that regional units need prepare detailed regulations and/or operational guidelines about the appointment of alternative schools and/or exclusive education and research institutions.
