This study explores the impact of meteorological factors on fine dust concentrations (PM10 and PM2.5) in Jongno-gu, Seoul, using data from 2022. Four weather variables—temperature, precipitation, wind speed, and cloud cover—were analyzed through multiple linear regression to assess their influence on air pollution levels. The results indicate that precipitation and wind speed are statistically significant predictors, with precipitation showing a strong negative correlation due to its wash-out effect on airborne particles. In contrast, temperature and cloud cover did not exhibit significant relationships with fine dust concentrations. The proposed regression model, while limited in its overall explanatory power, provides foundational insights into the quantifiable relationship between weather changes and air quality. The model tends to underpredict dust concentrations, suggesting the need for improved variable selection or nonlinear modeling approaches. Despite its limitations, the study contributes to the development of practical, weather-based air quality forecasting systems and offers valuable implications for local policy planning. By highlighting the significance of precipitation and wind, the research supports the integration of meteorological data into real-time environmental monitoring frameworks aimed at protecting public health and guiding urban atmospheric management.

The rapid expansion of e-commerce has highlighted several operational challenges, including product quality not meeting customer expectations, order quantity discrepancies, and high return rates due to impulsive consumer purchases. These challenges necessitate enhancing return logistics service quality to retain existing customers and attract new ones in a competitive market. This study explores the impact of return logistics service quality on customer satisfaction and how it varies based on the reasons for returns. Additionally, it examines the relationship between customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions. The research draws on existing literature on return reasons, reverse logistics, and service quality to establish a theoretical foundation. Service quality in return logistics was analyzed under four categories: responsiveness, speed, cost-effectiveness, and convenience. To achieve these objectives, we used a survey based on respondents' answers to collect data and conduct statistical empirical analysis as the methodology of this study. Findings indicate that the quality of return logistics significantly influences customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions. The study also demonstrates that the reasons for returns can moderate the effect on customer satisfaction, which in turn mediates the impact on repurchase intentions. These insights suggest that improving return logistics could significantly enhance customer loyalty and increase repurchase rates.

In an era of rapid technological advancements and globalization, this study identifies key risk and success factors in healthcare product development projects, crucial for corporate profitability and competitiveness despite challenges like technical uncertainties and regulatory hurdles. Healthcare projects, unlike traditional manufacturing, face strict quality demands, technical complexity, and market barriers. This research examines factors such as development operations, process elements, absorptive capacity, and product competitive advantage. Data from an online survey of healthcare project professionals were analyzed with frequency, reliability, correlation, and regression methods. Findings show development operations (β=.350, p<.05), absorptive capacity (β=.337, p<.05), and product competitive advantage (β=.521, p<.01) significantly boost managerial and developmental project performance, unlike process-related factors (p>.05). These results highlight the need for operational efficiency, organizational learning, and product differentiation. The study provides practical insights for managers to enhance project outcomes, quality, and customer satisfaction, addressing healthcare development challenges.

This study investigates how product quality and delivery quality influence customer satisfaction and repurchase intention in the context of Chinese online shopping platforms, focusing on Korean consumers. Amid the rapid expansion of cross-border e-commerce, understanding how consumers perceive product and delivery quality has become increasingly important. The study reveals that delivery quality significantly enhances customer satisfaction, while product quality plays a pivotal role in driving repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction, in turn, strongly influences repurchase behavior. Furthermore, while consumers with higher perceived risk or price sensitivity tend to respond more strongly to product quality, the differences across consumer segments were not statistically significant. These findings underscore the distinct roles of product and delivery quality in shaping consumer responses and offer practical implications for e-commerce businesses seeking to strengthen customer loyalty. Theoretically, the study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on consumer behavior in cross-border e-commerce by clarifying the relative impacts of product and delivery quality. Practically, it suggests that businesses should prioritize delivery excellence to boost satisfaction and tailor product strategies to meet the expectations of more cautious or price-conscious consumers.
