Project management maturity is progressively improved with a focus on management factors that preferentially affect the performance of projects carried out in the industry. Therefore, the cruurent level of project management maturity of an industry or company indicates the importance of project management factors that affect project performance at that level of maturity. In addition, the PM's leader group or management who values project performance will place more importance on project management elements with high project management maturity. However, if systematic project management related education is not provided, end users who actually carry out the projict tent to value the technical point of view, so there is a difference between them and negatively affects the performance. Therefore, in this study, although it is important to systematize the process from an environmental point of view and increase the maturity level, it was examined whether the project performance would be improved s the actual input project managers had the same priorities from the company's point of view.

In line with the 4th industrial revolution such as digitalization and smartization, the paradigm of the food industry is changing, and accordingly, the food manufacturing industry needs to activate the establishment of a smart factory. This study identifies the level of interest in informatization of the management and employees of food manufacturers, and verifies the relationship between production output, cost reduction, defect rate, process time, and decision-making time according to the level of interest, and analyzes the difference between the management and employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of building a smart factory in the food industry. As a result of the analysis, the top management's interest in informatization, willingness to support, promotion of informatization investment plan and strategy establishment, and knowledge level of informatization solution suitable for the company had little effect on the performance of smart factory introduction. However, it was found that the employees' interest in informatization and efforts to acquire informatization knowledge had results according to the establishment of the smart factory.
