This study identified research trends to suggest future research directions for entrepreneurship coaching, which has been relatively under-researched. The 507 studies that were finally obtained were classified into overseas and domestic studies and analyzed for frequency by year, keyword frequency, and keyword connection centrality. According to the results of the keyword analysis, keywords related to education, development, and coaching were frequently mentioned in overseas studies, while 'performance', 'effectiveness', and 'function' were the top keywords in domestic studies. The centrality of keyword connections in overseas studies was checked, and the words for entrepreneurship education and development had a strong centrality, while 'effectiveness' and 'performance' were at the top of the list in domestic studies. The topic of coaching was relatively distant. In Korea, research on entrepreneurship coaching has been focused on verifying its effectiveness as part of entrepreneurship programs. Based on the keyword analysis results of overseas studies, this study suggests the need for thematic research on entrepreneurship coaching and a support system that considers the characteristics of the trainees, and provides implications for the future of entrepreneurship coaching in Korea.

This study aims to provide theoretical background and empirical verification of how Creating Shared Value (CSV) affects organizational performance through social entrepreneurship, targeting social enterprises in Gyeongbuk Province focusing on solving community problems and developing the local economy. This tudy used a convenience sampling method to select the subjects. A total of 254 responses were collected, and 246 responses were used for analysis. This study shows following findings. First, the results of analyzing the impact of CSV on the overall organizational performance of social enterprises showed that the higher the re-recognition of products/markets and the higher the level of regional cluster construction, the higher the overall organizational performance. This will enable social enterprises to improve organizational performance by renewing their awareness of the production of products or services and further strengthening network formation and communication with regions. Second, to examine the impact of CSV and social entrepreneurship on the overall organizational performance of social enterprises, a moderated regression analysis was conducted. Thus, it was found that not only the innovation and enterprising nature of social entrepreneurship, but also the social value orientation increases the recognition of products and markets, and further affects social performance.

This study examines factors influencing the selection of nursing hospitals for elderly patients requiring long-term care, aiming to enhance user satisfaction. As Korea's aging population and longer life expectancy increase the demand for long-term care facilities, the research applies the SERVQUAL model to evaluate service quality dimensions, including tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Findings indicate that high service quality significantly boosts user satisfaction and influences the choice of nursing hospitals. The study also explores how satisfaction varies across demographic factors such as gender, age, education level, income, and decision-making authority. Results suggest that tailored, high-quality medical services can greatly enhance user satisfaction and influence future choices regarding long-term care facilities. This underscores the importance of customizing medical services to the needs of elderly patients, improving satisfaction and supporting better long-term care decisions. Additionally, by incorporating project management principles, the study offers practical insights for nursing hospital administrators, highlighting the critical role of strategic planning and execution in elevating service quality. This approach enhances the hospital's competitive advantage and contributes to more effective long-term care solutions. Healthcare providers are encouraged to prioritize quality improvements that address the diverse preferences of elderly patients, ultimately leading to better outcomes in long-term care.
