중국 공산당 제20차 전국대표대회 보고서는 완전한 미디어 커뮤니케이션 시스템의 구축을 강화 하고 새로운 주류 여론의 패턴을 형성할 것을 제안하였다. 미디어의 가치를 어떻게 발휘할 것인가, 중국 문화의 입장을 고수할 것인가, 중국 경제의 이야기를 어떻게 잘 전달할 것인가, 중국의 목소 리를 어떻게 확산시키고 세계무대에서 중국의 이미지를 형성할 것인가가 오늘날 주류 여론의 새로 운 발전 지표라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 중국 경제의 생명코드를 해독하는 것을 주요 주제로 삼 고, 중국 경제의 이야기가 해외에 전파될 수 있는 더 나은 소통의 길을 찾기 위해 좋은 이야기, 좋 은 언론인, 좋은 매체 등 여러 관점에서 중국 경제의 이야기를 잘 전달할 수 있는 방법을 논의하고자 하였다.

The report of The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to strengthen the construction of a full media communication system and shape a new pattern of mainstream public opinion. How to bring into play the value of media, how to adhere to the position of Chinese culture, how to tell the story of China's economy well, how to spread China's voice and shape China's image on the world stage are the new development indicators of mainstream public opinion today. This study takes deciphering the life code of China's economy as the main narrative line, and discusses how to tell the story of China's economy well from multiple perspectives such as good stories, good journalists, and good media, in order to find a better communication path for the story of China's economy to be disseminated abroad.

공유금융은 기존의 전통적 금융과는 달리 공급, 수요, 중개업자가 거래에 참여하는 다른 공유의 개념을 담고 있다. 그 대신 자금의 수급측이 직접 매칭 거래를 하고 사회적 자원을 동등하게 공유 하며 보상하는 탈중개적(disintermediate) 형태라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 공유금융이 내포하고 있는 정의를 바탕으로 중소기업의 경영상 애로사항을 해결하고, 금융 공급측의 구조개혁과 결합하 여 중소기업을 위한 공유금융의 개발 현상을 분석하였다. 그리고 적정한 공유금융 적용가능한 규모 의 기업을 발굴하고, 공유금융 발전의 방향을 제시하였다.

Shared finance embodies the concept of sharing, which is different from traditional finance where the three parties of supply, demand, and intermediary participate in transactions. Instead, it is disintermediated, where the supply and demand sides of funds directly engage in matching transactions and share social resources equally and with compensation. On the basis of defining the connotation of shared finance, this article aims to solve the operational difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, and combines with the structural reform of the financial supply side to analyze the development mode of shared finance for small and medium-sized enterprises, and proposes the path for the development of shared finance.

시장은 도시와 농촌의 관계를 연결하는 중요한 연결 고리입니다. 현재 도시와 농촌 시장의 세분 화로 인해 통일된 도시와 농촌 시장 시스템이 형성되지 않았으며 상품 유통 시장이 완벽하지 않을 뿐만 아니라 요소 시장의 발전이 뒤떨어져 있습니다. 도농상품유통시장의 시장통합은 도농시장의 분절현상을 타파하고 도농시장을 긴밀히 연결하고 통합하며 도농간 각종 상품, 서비스, 자원요소의 원활한 흐름을 보장하며, 도시 및 농촌 주민의 생산 및 생활 요구를 충족시킵니다. 도시와 농촌 시 장 통합, 특히 요소 시장 통합은 도시와 농촌 통합의 핵심입니다. 시장은 도시와 농촌의 관계를 연 결하는 중요한 연결 고리입니다. 무역유통산업은 우리 경제발전에 중요한 역할을 하고 있습니다. 근년에 우리나라도 상업무역유통시장을 활발히 발전시키고 있으며 상업무역유통시장의 통합을 적 극 추진하고 있다. 그러나 우리 도농상품유통시장은 오래전부터 도농유통시장을 분리하는 2중경제 구조로 도농통합발전에 유리하지 않고 도농격차를 심화시켰다. 이 논문은 신장 위구르 자치구의 도 시 및 농촌 순환 시장의 현재 상황을 도시 및 농촌 시장 회전율, 기반 시설, 1인당 가처분 소득 및 1인당 소비 지출 측면에서 분석합니다. 따라서 물류 정보 및 인프라 구축을 강화하고 인재 양성에 관심을 기울여야 합니다.

At present, due to the segmentation of urban and rural markets, the unified urban and rural market system has not been formed, not only the commodity circulation market is not perfect, the development of factor markets lag behind. Market integration of urban and rural commodity circulation market is to break the situation of segmentation of urban and rural markets, make urban and rural markets closely linked and integrated, ensure the smooth flow of various commodities, services and resource factors between urban and rural areas, and meet the production and living needs of urban and rural residents. Urban and rural market integration especially factor market integration is the key to urban and rural integration. Market is an important link linking urban and rural relations. Commerce-trade circulation industry plays a vital role in our economic development. In recent years, our country has also been developing commerce-trade circulation market vigorously, and actively promoting commerce-trade circulation market integration. But our urban and rural commodity circulation market has existed two economic structure for a long time dividing urban and rural circulation market, not conducive to urban and rural integration development, and intensified the gap between urban and rural. This paper analyzes the current situation of urban and rural circulation market in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from the aspects of urban and rural market turnover, infrastructure, per capita disposable income and per capita consumption expenditure. Therefore, we should strengthen the construction of logistics information and infrastructure, and pay attention to the training of talent team.

국내에서도 점점 주목을 받고 있는 지속가능발전론이 대중화되면서 ESG 체계에 대한 심도 있는 연구를 통한 ESG 경영을 기업 경영에 통합하는 것이 현재 기업의 최우선 과제가 되고 있다. 기업 들은 이를 바탕으로 점점 더 많은 기업들이 기업 ESG 경영실천을 시작하고 있습니다. 본 논문은 기업을 통한 인재채용에서 ESG 시스템의 적용가능성을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구내용으로 첫째, 기 업에 대한 ESG 적용의 영향을 분석하고, ESG의 합리적인 적용은 외부 노출, 핵심 경쟁력을 높이 고 기업 건설을 강화할 것입니다. 또한 ESG 시스템을 채용방향에 적용하는 것이 중소기업 발전에 더 분명한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났습니다. 둘째, 다양한 관점을 통해 기업의 인재채용에 있어 서 ESG의 구체적 실행방안을 상세하게 분석함으로써 기업의 ESG 책임이행의 합리성을 강조하고, 현 사회 환경에서 현실적 적용에서 발생하는 구체적인 문제점에 대한 연구를 정리하였다. 그리고 기업 발전을 위한 ESG경영의 견고하고 강력한 이론적 기반을 제공하였다.

With the popularity of sustainable development theory, which is getting more and more attention from the country, through the more in-depth research on ESG system, integrating ESG management into corporate management is the top priority for enterprises nowadays, based on which more and more enterprises start to implement corporate practices. This paper analyzes the application of ESG system in talent recruitment through enterprises. Firstly, the impact of applying ESG to enterprises is analyzed, and the reasonable application of ESG will increase the external exposure, core competitiveness and strengthen the construction of enterprises; in addition, it is found that the application of ESG system in recruitment direction has more obvious impact on the development of SMEs. Secondly, through different perspectives, the specific implementation plan of ESG in corporate talent recruitment is analyzed in detail, emphasizing the rationality of corporate fulfillment of ESG responsibilities, and organizing research on specific problems that arise in practical application in the current social environment, aiming to provide a solid and powerful theoretical foundation for the development of enterprises.
