When an induced voltage by an aerial power distribution line is calculated, there would happen a very large error according to the position of induced section because the current calculation method described in the national specification does not reflect the effect of leakage current through the each pole ground and uses just a predetermined value for a shielding effect of neutral line. The methodology of this paper is based on the splitted formulae for a calculation of neutral line shielding effect with the accumulated earth return current of leakages on each pole. And it has introduced the integration concept to equalize various terminal line distance as an one same distance utilizing a factorized composition form of leakage current rate against total unbalance current flowing in a neutral line at the start point of induced section. This method enhanced an efficiency of calculation which results into an increase of accurate rate as 93 % than the one of existing method, compared to real measured values.

This research introduces an innovative approach in implementing Know Your Customer (KYC) on blockchain technology as a means of using data, hybrid robust m-estimation, and the iteratively reweighted less squares (IRLS) method to optimize CLV data. This approach aims to improve the accuracy and reliability of CLV predictions by ensuring the security and reliability of customer data. This tool can help companies manage and increase CLV more effectively, meeting data security and compliance standards. The R-squared validation test results are close to 1, so the model can explain data variations well. RMSE and MSE have small values, ??so the model has good performance in predicting the target value. With these achievements, this approach contributes to the development of better marketing strategies and business decisions in an increasingly complex and rapidly changing digital environment.
Derivation of Canine induced Pluripotent Stem Cells using an Integration-Free Method

Canine induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs) can provide great potential for regenerative veterinary medicine and may assist in the development of new therapeutics and pre-clinical studies for both dogs and human. To date, there have been several reports on the generation of canine iPSCs using retroviral or lentiviral transduction of Yamanaka’s factors. However, there is no report of canine iPSCs generated by genomic integration-free methods. According to previous studies, a polycistronic and synthetic self-replicating RNA system was developed for generating human iPSCs by the RNA replicon of Venezuelan Equine Encephalitis (VEE) virus. The VEE replicon is a positive-sense and single-stranded RNA which is similar with cellular mRNA containing a 5’ cap and poly (A) tail. It is no potential for genomic DNA integration problems because it does not use a DNA intermediate. Here, we investigated to generate canine iPSCs by a single transfection of the VEE-reprogramming factor (VEE-RF) RNA. To generate integration- free canine iPSCs, the VEE-OKS-iG RNA that expresses four reprogramming ORFs (hOct4, hKlf4, hSox2 and hGlis1) was transfected. Also, B18R mRNA was co-transfected to reduce immune response by VEE replicon. Putative canine iPSC colonies first appeared between day 15-25. Interestingly, they have two distinct types of initial canine iPSC colonies. They were identified by immunohistochemistry of live cells using TRA-1-60 antibody and also showed clear alkaline phosphatase (AP) activity. Further study will be required to analyze the characterization for a clinical application, and the non-integrating and self-replicating VEE RNA replicon system has the potential to make a great contribution to generating clinically applicable canine iPSCs.

본 연구는 작업의 연속성과 자원의 평준화를 이루는 공정과 원가 통합관리의 전산화 방법 도출을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 전산화 과정은 기본단계, 자원평준화 단계, 작업의 연속성 단계로 구분하고 자원이 조정되는 패턴과 작업의 연속성 반영에 따른 각 경우에 대한 로직이 제공되도록 한다. 이를 바탕으로 사례 프로젝트를 선정하고 이에 공정 및 원가 통합관리 전산화 방법을 적용한 결과 공사기간, 공사비용, 진도율 등에 대한 효율적 관리가 이루어질 수 있음을 보이고 있다. 전산화에 의한 공정 및 원가를 통합관리 할 수 있음에 따라 작업의 연속성과 자원의 평준화에 의거 생산성을 향상시켜 비용과 시간을 절약할 뿐 아니라 투입 노무인원도 지속적인 작업이 가능하므로 해당 노무인력의 소득도 안정성을 유지하는 부수적 효과도 있다.
This paper presents the need for the construction management integrated by schedule and cost, which is based on the concept that a project should be kept the work continuity and resource leveling for the increment of productivity. A majority of construction project use some method of schedule and cost control. However, many projects have difficulties with control of schedule and cost pertained data interrelated function. Accordingly, it needs to provide the proper planning method of an automated solution that bring the integrated schedule and cost control. The purpose of this paper is to show how such an automated solution by computerization. The management model for integration of schedule and cost is developed using three steps of the process ; basic data input step, resource leveling step and work continuity step. This integration method by computerization offer finishing on time and within budget for a project and opportunity to achieve higher profits. To achieve the desired integration of schedule and cost, the distribution diagram of resources and the minimization of wait time on each work activity is required.
사용자가 일정의 사용료를 지불하고, 무한한 컴퓨팅 자원을 대여해주는 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 2009년 스마트폰의 급속적인 보급에 의해 새로운 변화를 가져왔다. 스마트폰의 보급은 PC에서 작업하던 환경을 모바일 단말로 옮겨오는 계기가 되었고 모바일 단말과 클라우드의 결합으로 Mobile as a Service(MaaS)라는 모바일 가상화 서비스가 등장하게 되었다. MaaS는 클라우드의 무한한 자원을 충분히 활용하여 모바일 단말에서 수행하기 힘든 계산집약적인 업무를 수행할 수 있고, 한 개의 모바일 단말에 개인용 단말과 기업용 단말을 각각 가상화로 제공함으로써 사용자에게 편리함을 제공한다. 최근 많은 모바일 어플리케이션이 Sensor를 이용하여 사용자에게 보다 유용한 정보를 제공하고 있다. 하지만 현존하는 모바일 가상화 모델은 사용자 단말과 가상화 모바일 단말 간 Sensor Data를 연동하는 기능이 포함되어 있지 않다는 단점이 있다. 그리고 이러한 기술적 한계는 사용자에게 이용할 수 있는 어플리케이션 서비스의 폭을 한정하는 문제점을 야기한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Open Source로 제공되는 Android Platform의 Library를 수정하여 기존 모바일 어플리케이션에 어떠한 수정도 없이 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 Sensor Data를 전달하는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 Sensor에 대한 반응 속도를 실제 사용자 단말의 반응 속도와 비교하여 성능을 비교한다.
Cloud computing which receives fee based on virtualization technology for providing infinite computing resource has brought a new change for prevalence of smartphone in 2009. Because of dissemination of smart phone, PC environment move to mobile environment and merging of mobile device and cloud service make the birth of Mobile as a Service (Maas). MaaS can run tasks which is compute-intensive on mobile device through infinite resources of cloud environment and provide many benefits to users through providing virtualizated personal mobile device and enterprise mobile device each other on one mobile physical device. ecently days, many mobile applications provide useful information to user using mobile device sensor. But, the existing mobile virtualization technologies have disadvantages that include to delivery sensor value between user phone and virtualized mobile phone. This problem generates many other problems which are limited to the width of available application services offered to users. Therefore, in this paper we propose a method to deliver sensors between user phone and virtualized mobile phone using modified libraries of the android platform to open source. In our evaluation, we compare the rate of reaction between user phones and proposed three methods for delivery sensors.

Robots equipped with artificial intelligence technology include learning functions. Purely inductive learning methods formulate general hypotheses by finding empirical regularities over the trainning examples. Purely analytical methods use prior knowledge to derive general hypotheses deductively. Therefore, when the physical environment of a robot is complex, there is a problem of increased computational time required for information processing. In particular, when a large number of robots transmit information, more computational time is required for information processing. The distance-based topological method proposed in this paper first constructs the topology based on the distances between robots, and then generates information weights according to the stages of the topology. The technique proposed in this paper has been experimentally confirmed to have excellent performance in environments with a large number of robots and complex physical conditions.

방대한 데이터가 생성, 유통, 처리되고 있는 현대사회에서는 웹 상에 존재하는 데이터의 의미를 명확히 하기 위해 시멘틱 웹이 등장하였으며, 특정 개념의 의미적 연관성을 나타낼 수 있는 온톨로지 에 대한 연구가 활발하다. 온톨로지는 표현하고자 하는 대상을 관련된 개념 간의 관계로 표현하며 계 층 구조를 이룬다. 이로써 특정 대상의 의미 표현이 가능하며 또 다른 온톨로지와 매핑 또는 상호간 연결을 통해 지식의 확장도 가능하다. 서로 다른 온톨로지들이 결합되어 지식의 확장을 이룬 형태를 통합 온톨로지라 표현한다. 본 연구에서는 국방 무기체계 분야에 적용된 독립적인 무기개체 기능요소 온톨로지들을 전체 무기개체 기능요소를 표현하는 온톨로지로 나타내고 의미를 확장시키기 위해 계층 분석적 의사결정 방법인 AHP 분석을 이용하여 두 온톨로지가 갖는 공통요소를 도출한다. 또한 이에 앞서 기존 온톨로지 개념을 바탕으로 특정 무기개체에 대한 기능요소를 표현하는 두 온톨로지를 사례 로 구축한다. 구축된 온톨로지를 기반으로 AHP 분석을 이용하여 상호간 매핑이 가능한 동일한 개념 들을 선별해 내고 최종적으로 두 온톨로지의 통합된 형태를 표현해 낸다. 앞선 과정의 결과로 도출된 통합형태의 온톨로지로 인해 특정 개념이 가지는 의미의 추론영역이 더욱 넓어지게 된다. 더불어 통 합 무기개체 기능요소 용어표현이 무기제원의 검색 또는 관리에 있어 유용함을 프레임워크를 통해 보인다.
In modern society, countless data is producing, distributing, and processing, And semantic web emerged to specify the meaning of data which exists on the web research about ontology is actively progressing which expresses specific conception as a hierarchy structure and represents meaningful correlation. Ontology represents the object which requires expression as a relationship among terms and it has hierarchy structure. Through this Ontology, entire expression of specific object is possible and also it is capable of extending knowledge through mapping with another ontology. In this research, To expand meaning of independent weapon entity function ontologies applied to military weapon entities area into the whole weapon entity ontologies, it uses AHP analysis which is hierarchy structure and it draw same concepts in two ontologies. Also, prior to this process two ontologies which express function element about specific weapon entity are constructed as cases based on existing concept of ontology. Based on constructed ontology, it selects same concepts which are available for mutual mapping and ultimately integrated form expression of two ontologies is possible through AHP analysis. Furthermore, it widens deduction domain through integrated ontology. In addition, the integrated function representation is demonstrated through a framework that is useful in the search or the management of the weapons.

Vehicle location detection and wireless communication method have be designed along the same lines as GPS, CDMA and WLAN, which is based upon the selecting factors such as state-of-art technology trend, accuracy, stability, and economic feasibility, in order to select the optimum method of information communication networks for integrated “Transportation-Power-Facilities” on the electric bus. In addition, the key features of each alternative for an efficient linkage have been review and the integration methodology for linking among Transportation Charging Center, Transportation(ITS, BIS) Center and smart Grid Center has been drawn up based on a technical level of difficulty of each alternative, political and administrative difficulties, and expense justification.

연구목적: 최근 국가계약제도 개선을 통해 공공 건설공사 전반에 안전평가가 의무화되었으나, 현행 안 전평가는 법규 준수 여부 및 형식적 계획서 검토에 국한되어 있어 실질적인 재난 대응 및 공사 연속성 확보에 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 ISO 22301 기반의 비즈니스연속성관리시스템(BCMS)을 국가계약제도 안전평가에 연계하는 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 문헌 분석과 사례 연구를 통해 현 행 안전평가 제도의 한계를 도출하고, 리스크 평가(RA), 업무영향분석(BIA), 복구전략, 교육 ·훈련체계 등 BCMS 핵심 요소를 안전평가 항목에 연계 ·통합하는 평가 모델을 설계하였다. 연구결과: BCMS 요 소를 국가계약제도 안전평가에 반영할 경우, 기존의 법규 준수 중심 평가에서 벗어나 건설공사의 재난 대응 및 복구 역량을 강화하는 종합적 평가체계로 발전할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 결론: 본 연구에서 제 안한 연계 모델은 건설 안전관리의 실효성과 지속성을 제고할 수 있으며, 향후 건설안전특별법 시행령 및 국가계약법 개정을 통한 제도 개선과 실무 적용을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.
Purpose: Through recent improvements to the national contract system, safety evaluation has been mandated across public construction projects. However, the current evaluation framework is limited to legal compliance checks and formal document reviews, which restricts its effectiveness in practical disaster response and construction continuity. This study aims to propose an integration model between the National Contract System safety evaluation and the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) based on ISO 22301. Method: This study conducted a literature review and case analysis to identify limitations of the existing safety evaluation system. Core BCMS elements—risk assessment (RA), business impact analysis (BIA), recovery strategies, and training and exercise systems—were analyzed and mapped to safety evaluation items to develop an integrated evaluation framework. Result: The results indicate that incorporating BCMS elements into the national contract system safety evaluation enables a shift from a compliance-oriented assessment to a comprehensive evaluation system that strengthens disaster response and recovery capabilities in construction projects. Conclusion: The proposed integration model enhances construction safety management by improving continuity and resilience beyond legal compliance. The findings can serve as foundational data for institutional improvement and practical application, including future revisions to the Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Construction Safety and the National Contract Act.

본 논문에서는 분산무기체계와 작전통제소를 연동하여 탄도탄 요격시험을 수행하기 전 체계통합점검을 하는 방법에 대해 제안한다. 요격시험에 필요한 체계통합점검의 점검항목 을 확인하고 작전통제소와 연동하여 체계통합점검을 수행하는 방법과 작전통제소를 대신하 여 큐잉정보를 모의하는 큐잉정보 시스템을 이용하여 체계통합점검을 수행하는 방법을 제 안한다. 이 논문에서 제안한 요격시험을 위한 체계통합점검 방법을 통해 유사무기체계의 요격시험에 필요한 체계통합점검 수행 시 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
In this paper, it is proposed to carry out a system integration inspection before conducting the ballistic intercept test in conjunction with the distributed weapon system and the operational control center. It is required to identify the system integration inspection items required for the ballistic intercept test, to carry out the system integration inspection in conjunction with the operational control center, and with cueing information system that simulates cueing information on behalf of the operational control center. The system integration inspection method proposed in this paper may be useful for carrying out inspection of the ballistic intercept test of similar weapon systems.

When we construct the lean six sigma, we shall learn an instance of foreign enterprise and need steady efforts for construction of suitable system in our country.

This study aimed to understand the driver change of recent research in relation to rural and migrant and draw overarching issues as well as to provide implications to contribute to migrants’ social integration in Korean rural areas. As for the scope and method of the study, data through quantitative bibliographic analysis (quantitative data) and research keywords by period were derived. To address the aim this study employed bibliometric analysis utilising netwok mapping interface analysis by VOSviewer and topic modeling analysis by Netminer. The findings were revealed that firstly mental health issues in abroad research and employment and discrimination in domestic research both derived from migrant mobility constituted staple key issues, secondly internal and external research differed two issues in health and violence where Korea has overlooked the issues seriously. Therefore this study presented implications which are about first, health and violence-related sections for migrants should be specified into domestic law, second domestic-focused MIPEX index should be developed in which the two issues are over-weighted and last such newly emerging approach ‘inclusive formation of social psychological mechanisms should be widely spread. Concluding remark is that delivering the implications can be foster to migrants’ integration in rural area underlining that this will ultimately contribute to migrants’ quality of life.

목적 : 본 연구는 델파이 방법을 적용하여 국내 감각통합치료실 구성을 위한 가이드라인을 개발하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 2020년 5월부터 6월까지 감각통합치료 관련된 전문가 패널 22명을 대상으로 델파이 방법을 적용 하여 전문가의 의견을 수집하였다. 델파이 조사는 2차에 걸쳐 진행 되었으며, 1차 델파이 설문에는 선행연 구를 근거로 하여 평가도구 40개와 치료도구 23개의 폐쇄형 질문과 안전을 위한 물리적 환경 10개의 항목 과 개방형 질문을 혼합하여 의견을 수렴하였다. 2차 델파이 설문은 1차 설문의 결과를 바탕으로 항목 삭제 및 수정과정을 거쳐 최종 수렴하였다. 결과 : 1차 델파이 결과에서는 총 59개 항목이 선정되었다. 최종 2차 델파이 결과에서는 59개의 모든 항목의 내용타당도 비율이 .42 이상으로 분석되어 삭제한 항목은 없었으며, 안정도 또한 모든 항목 0.5 이하로 분 석되어 추가적인 설문이 필요 없음으로 판단하였다. 최종 델파이 조사의 평균 내용타당도 비율은 .92, 안정 도 .15, 수렴도 .36, 합의도 .80으로 높은 일치도를 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구에서는 감각통합치료실의 물리적 환경과 치료 도구 및 평가 도구를 조사하고, 감각통합치료 자들에게 임상 현장에서 얻어진 감각통합치료실 환경에 대한 견해를 파악함으로써 앞으로 감각통합치료 실을 개설하기 원하는 기관들과 임상 치료사에게 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
Objective : This study presents guidelines for setting up a sensory integration room by applying the Delphi method. Methods : The Delphi method was applied in a survey of 22 expert panels asked to review sensory integration therapy from May to June 2020 to collect expert opinions. The survey was conducted in two rounds. The first round involved the collection of opinions based on prior research that used a total of 40 assessment tools, 23 closed questions about treatment tools, and 10 questions about the physical environment. Based on the results of the first round, the second was conducted using a process of item deletion and modification. Results : A total of 59 items were selected in the first round of the survey. In the second the contents of these 59 items were analyzed: each item scored .42 or higher, so no items were deleted. The stability of the survey was also calculated and found to be less than 0.5, so no further testing was required. The average content feasibility ratio of the final Delphi survey was .92, stability .15, convergence .36, and consensus .80, showing high agreement. Conclusion : This study is expected to help institutions and clinical therapists who want to create a sensory integration therapy room in their facilities by examining the physical environment, treatment tools, and evaluation tools used in sensory integration therapy rooms and understanding the views on such environments obtained from the clinical site to sensory integration therapists.
Integration Method of Multi-grid Evacuation Model in 3D Virtual Indoor Environment SCOPUS

Indoor evacuation model can provide scientific guidance for security solution design and emergency plan making in indoor environment, and virtual 3D scene can make the evacuation simulation more intuitive. An integration method of multi-grid evacuation model in 3D virtual indoor environment is proposed here. It maps 3D scene to 2D plane and establishes the grid table first, and then for each grid, calculates the shortest distance to accessible exits. After that, using the route selection method of multi-grid model to calculate the target position for each pedestrian in one time-step and matching the position to 3D scene, and invoking the action library to simulate the movement. Besides, the effect of ground slope is taken into account on pedestrian velocity. Experiment shows that the method is feasible and effective.

In recent conflicts, such as those in Ukraine and the Middle East, the critical importance of advanced combined air-defense missile systems for combat effectiveness has become increasingly apparent. These integrated systems are tasked not only to detect and engage a spectrum of enemy threats but also to adapt swiftly and reliably to dynamic, rapidly changing circumstances, especially after missile launch. To verify advanced combined air-defense missile system's functionality after missile launch, it is ideal to conduct comprehensive system tests using various scenarios and actual flight tests. However, due to limitations such as high cost and lengthy setup time, this approach is often difficult to implement in reality. In the past, system verification after missile launch has mainly relied on component-level inspections and HILS tests. While these methods can partially check individual system functions, they are not sufficient to fully verify all system functions as a whole. This paper proposes a system integration test method that uses a system integration simulator capable of simulating various combat scenarios and a missile beacon equipped with a missile flight model. Missile flight model uses the same algorithm as the guidance control method employed in actual missiles. Through the adoption of the proposed system integration test method, it was confirmed that a majority of previously limited and difficult-to-verify missile engagement-related test items can now be comprehensively validated. Furthermore, this method allows for comprehensive verification of the system's performance after missile launch, including its interoperability and response capability from a systemic perspective. It also contributes to increasing the reliability of the combined air-defense missile systems.

Because of the high security, shape complexity of valve cavity and the nonlinear of joint surface at sealing position, establishing the finite element model quickly and accurately that could meet engineering accuracy and calculation condition is the problem that need urgently solved. A new method on knowledge reuse process of finite element analysis among valve similar model is presented based on modular thought, which could effectively improve the simulation accuracy and efficiency. Evaluation index system would be constructed according to the characteristics of nuclear power valves in order to perfect the technical standard and the norm of nuclear power valve design in our country. And on these bases above, the integrated platform as practical engineering tools could be constructed, which integrates design, simulation, and optimization of nuclear power valves together supporting heterogeneous model transfer. It is expected to give theoretical development and practical application to improve the design ability and the product performance of nuclear power valves.
A New Network Traffic Classification Method Based on Classifier Integration

With development of scale, diversity and complexity of network traffic, the drawbacks of traditional machine learning methods on traffic classification is gradually exposed, especially the false positive problem in large-scale real network traffic classification is particularly serious. In this paper, aiming at reducing the false positive rate of network traffic classification, an effective network traffic classification method --- CMM method. CMM method contains three steps, including dividing the training set into clusters, forming sub-classifiers, and classifier integration in accordance with the principle of minimization and maximization. In this paper, we firstly demonstrate the effectiveness of this method in reducing the false positive rate. Secondly, we conduct experiments in large-scale national backbone network, such as the SSL protocol classification and experimental results verify the effectiveness of this method in large-scale the actual network traffic classification.
