댄스 스포츠(Dance sport)는 17세기 유럽의 궁중 무도회에서 사교를 목적으로 남녀가 서로 원형을 이루고 파트너를 바꾸어 추는 춤인 볼룸댄스(ballroom dance)에서 시작되었다. 볼룸댄스(ballroom dance) 는 각종 국제경기대회에서 경기댄스로 발전하면서 올림픽 정식종목 채택을 목표로 창설된 ICAD (현재, 국제댄스스포츠연맹 : IDSF )가 1995년 IOC에 가입이 되면서 2000년 시드니 올림픽 시범종목으로 채택되 고, 댄스스포츠라는 새로운 용어가 탄생하게 된 것이며, 이는 현대적 개념으로 남녀가 한 쌍을 이루고 음악의 리듬에 맞추어 춤을 추는 가운데 신체적 움직임을 통해 움직임의 미적 가치를 창조하는 스포츠라고 정의가 되며 또한 예술성이 풍부한 실내스포츠인 동시에 국민건강 생활체육의 한 분야라고 정의 되어지고 있다. 이는 넓은 의미에서 움직임이 예술적 범주에 속하고 오랜 역사를 지니는 문화적 산물로서 현대에 이르러 자연스럽게 부각 된 스포츠의 한 종목이다. 댄스 스포츠(Dance sport)의 핵은 건강 운동과 사교이며 운동 중에서도 대근육2)을 사용하는 활발한 신체 활동이 되며, 사교는 일반인과 마찬가지로 CEO의 Leisure를 활성화하는 생활 활력소의 활동이다. 또 운동 사교에 있어서 다른 커플보다 잘 추기 위해서 서로 협동하는 가운데 경쟁해야 하는 스포츠의 신체적, 심리적, 사회적 가치를 고루 갖추고 있기에 Smart Society와 Healing 시대 CEO의 Health와 Leisure 활성화에 사회성이 지대한 문화 활동이다.

“Dance sport” originated from ballroom dance, a dance where men and women formed circles and changed partners for social purposes during European court gatherings in the 17th century. As ballroom dance evolved into competitive dance at various international competitions, the International Council of Amateur Dancers (ICAD, now known as the International DanceSport Federation: IDSF) was founded with the goal of Olympic recognition. In 1995, the ICAD joined the International Olympic Committee (IOC), and dance sport was adopted as a demonstration sport at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. Dance sport is defined as a sport where couples create aesthetic value through bodily movements synchronized to music, combining athleticism with artistic expression. It is also considered an indoor sport that contributes to public health and physical activity. In a broad sense, this is a sport that falls under the artistic category and is a cultural product with a long history, which has naturally come to prominence in modern times. The essence of DanceSport is health exercise and social interaction. It involves vigorous physical activity using large muscles, similar to exercise, while social interaction, like that of the general public, serves as a vital source of energy for life, enhancing the leisure activities of CEOs. Moreover, in the social aspect of exercise, it is a sport that requires cooperation between couples to dance better than others, competing while collaborating. Therefore, it embodies the physical, psychological, and social values of sports, making it a significant cultural activity that contributes to the social engagement and invigoration of health and leisure for CEOs in a Smart Society and the era of Healing.

This study examines the status of use of national land and seeks ways to efficiently manage national land and commercialize it to increase its value in the future, thereby increasing the value of national land and improving the management function of national land in connection with the government's real estate policy. The purpose is to enable improvement. The scope of this study examines environmental changes and general status of national real estate, and focuses on national real estate in particular, focusing on the current status, management and operation status, management method, and profit model development, etc. from institutional, economic, and management aspects. We seek ways to increase usability. The spatial scope is the national land, and the temporal scope is the use status and management system of the national land since the enactment of the National Property Act in 1950 to the present. For the practicality and objectivity of the research, the research method is to cooperate organically with working departments of government-related ministries and utilize advice from external experts such as academia. Collection of basic and empirical data required for the research is conducted through existing literature, internet research, and related empirical research. It will focus on data, but if necessary, conduct field visits in parallel. Considering the future of the country and future generations, the problem of national land is not limited to its functions as public goods, environmental goods, public reserved land, etc., but more active and efficient management is required, and even productive management is requested. Considering this situation, future use and management of national land will need to be improved in a more progressive manner as follows. First, it sets standards for the use and management of national land. The standards for this may be determined according to the planned use and size of national land. In addition, even if the development trust and the target of entrustment are determined according to the standards, a land use plan suitable for the use area must be devised for idle land or bare land for which use is reserved. Second, national land should be managed by more specialized agencies and organizations. Specialization of the management organization is for efficient management of national land, and efficiency can be achieved through revitalization of use. Third, in order to promote the use of national land, it is necessary to conduct comprehensive and regular surveys of national land, promote grouping and enlargement, and establish, develop, and utilize use plans. Fourth, in order to ensure efficient management of national land, the entrusted institution must be specialized and composed of human resources and organizations with knowledge and experience. When national land is comprehensively managed by a specialized entrusted agency, the efficiency of national land management will increase and it will be possible to foster active specialized agencies as well as prepare for national land management in the event of unification. Fifth, build a database of information on national land, expand its use, and disclose it. In order to manage national land efficiently, information on national land should be converted into a database. Since national land is an asset of all citizens, it is natural to disclose information such as various national land reports.
