When it try to development of effective virtual reality game for cardiac rehabilitation exercise program, the accuracy of wearable machine application and the database of energy expenditure should be considered. These consideration can be suggest the accurate information of energy expenditure of cardiac rehabilitation exercise program for the improvement of patients or elderly subjects. On the focus of future perspectives, perspective of fusion projects in virtual reality game and cardiac rehabilitation exercise are as follows. 1. Analysis of detail exercise output and intensity for cardiac rehabilitation as age and gender. 2. Development of virtual reality game program for stroke, dementia, and muscular skeletal patients 3. Development of criteria for virtual reality game program as type and level 4. Development of remote control system for cardiac rehabilitation exercise program 5. Virtual reality game of balance control for the prevention of fall in elderly subjects 6. Development of virtual reality game program for the improvement of walking performance in elderly subjects

Frailty is known as clinical syndrome characterized (1st) and also known as fall syndrome (2nd) in the elderly people. It is also related concepts about involuntary weight loss, decreased flexibility, decreased muscle strength and even dysfunction of endocrine system. Therefore, increased morbidity, many chronic disease, sacropenia and even fracture is related mechanism with frailty. Until now, Many researches revealed that the participation of promoting strength and flexibility with regular exercise training in the elderly. The purpose of this investigation is about the impacts of muscle strength and flexibility on frailty in the elderly people. For this research purpose, PubMed database was searched from March of 2016 to July of 2019 using predefined search terms ‘muscle strength’, ‘fraility’, and‘ flexibility and elderly. Based on reference search, more than over 100 articles were identified whereas 27 papers (10 references) met the inclusion criteria and were well connected with frailty, strength, and flexibility. From this research, we analyzed the connections among frailty with strength exercise and flexibility with many variables in the elderly. Through this study, we analyzed the importance of muscle strength and flexibility promotion with physical exercise on fall and frailty in the elderly people. Further study about exercise program on frailty and fall is urgently needed in this area.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual condition and perception of the athlete trainer of school sports. We sampled 380 athletes and athlete trainers in seven areas, including Gyeonggi and Gangwon, using the objective sampling method. The questionnaire used by Mazury(2010) was revised and supplemented for the purposes of this study. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis and crossover analysis. The college athletic department is primarily conducting first aid treatment through a trainer, and preferring treatment that can be treated surgically or directly. Especially, the athletes have to give the athletes trainer psychological Even the part that is the role is doing. The athlete trainer, together with the coaching staff, develops the athletic program for the ultimate goal of improving the athletic performance. If the athlete coincides with the athletes, It will be able to have a better perception than the current one. Will be improved.

This study was performed to demonstrate the effect of schizophrenia and aerobic exercise training on agiogenic factors in skeletal muscle of rats. Twenty one SD-rats were randomly assigned to control (CON), schizophrenia (SCH), and schizophrenia+aerobic exercise training (SCH+AET) groups. SCH and SCH+AET groups were treated with MK-801 for 2 weeks and only SCH+AET group ran on a rodent treadmill for 30min at speed of 22m/min for 4 weeks (5d/w). The changes of NMDAR1, HIF-1α, VEGF, and FGF protein expression were analyzed by western blotting with soleus muscle. NMDA receptor and VEGF protein expressions were significantly lower in SCH than in CON group, however these were significantly higher in SCH+AET group. On the contrary, there were no differences between groups in HIF-1α and FGF protein expressions. These results suggest a possibility that induction of schizophrenia by MK-801 may occur decreased angiogenesis and regular aerobic exercise training could alleviate or improve it in skeletal muscle.

To investigate how the shouting types influence the capacity of anaerobic exercise, and lactic acid in this study, I carried out the wingate test with 17 male students who have weight training experiences. The shouting includes four types; shouting of measuring person, measuring person+subject, subject and no shouting. The results of this test are as followed. 1. The changes of the capacity of anaerobic exercise In the results of analysis of the muscle power by shouting types, A and B group have significantly higher maximum power, amount of total work and average power than D group. 2. The changes of the lactic acid When examining the results of lactic acid analysis according to shouting types, the results after the exercise are significantly higher than before the exercise. And also, the results of the recovery of 5, 10 and 15minutes are significantly higher than after the exercise. Therefore, when measuring the anaerobic exercise capacity, we could think that the environmental factors for the maximum muscular power are important, because the shouting types affect muscular power. And, we can consider that the methods dsof reducing the errors are to compose the measuring conditions through the mechanical voice, or to compose the shouting patterns as identically as possible. And also, it is considered that because the shouting and individual's performance are closely linked, the shouting is helpful to improve the ability of athletic performance, shouting could help enhance the performance during exercise.
